641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to have many altcoins or it is enough to have few? on: July 19, 2018, 05:32:06 AM
I know that there are many kinds of alternative coins existing today, but is it better to have that many coins instead of having just a few? What are the benefits and harm in having that many alternative coins?

Having many altcoins gives you more opportunity for any of your coins to pump in value and receive big reward. But having too many also will divide your attention and lost focus in following the trend of good coins. You might not be able to know if its value shoots up.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it better to buy during ICO or Market? on: July 19, 2018, 05:27:37 AM
On normal situation, I think buying in ICO gives you a cheaper offer especially when you get whitelisted during the early stage (Private or Presale) of the project. But there are some projects where you will be lucky enough to buy cheap on the market especially when the project is not yet know
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wasted 3-4 months in bounty and at end got nothing ?? on: July 15, 2018, 01:37:36 PM
I was a part of korona coin signature campaign from the bountyhive portal after working of 3-4 months i get to know that ICO did not reached the soft cap and i was not awarded any thing....that has caused me depression now....how the hell i choose a good bounty...after doing some research users suggested me bountyhive is good and i got this...what now...how to choose a good bounty that atleast pays somthing...some say good bounty managers but some of those campaign pays as well.....which ico rating sites are best for this please help....

Currently which is the best campaign to join can anyone suggest.... Huh

I can relate to you as I have experienced the same situation before. But that experienced helped me to be pickier in the bounty campaign that I am joining. Right now, the bounty manager running the bounty campaign is one of the major factors that influence me in joining bounty campaigns. Then I reinforce this with a little research about the project.
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I continue to invest? on: July 15, 2018, 01:20:21 PM
Investing in ICO is still one of the most rewarding crypto activities. But one should be sure that the project he is joining is a legitimate one. Proper research and analysis should be done to identify legit or scam projects. If you can do this, then go ahead. Else, avoid it cause the risk is great.
645  Other / Archival / Re: What you will do with your altcoins? on: July 15, 2018, 07:56:36 AM
During last time do a lot of bounties and get some different price. its near 17 numbers and all price according to the market no more then 350 USD for all... What you should recommend to do with this coins?
I would recommend selling them and exchange to one you think would really make a good long term value. Maybe btc or eth as these are recommended cryto buying pairs.
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcurrency do you think has potential? on: July 14, 2018, 02:21:00 PM
You wont go wrong investing in altcoins that are in the top 10 in market share. Check coinmarketcap and they will give you the updated lists. These coins have proven track record and have great community support that I think will help the coin go longterm.
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term investment. on: July 12, 2018, 01:19:43 PM
Long-term investment is one of the investment schemes that would give really big returns from your holdings. But you need to be really disciplined when indulging in this type of investment. Also you really need to choose coins that have already proven records and having long-term potential.
648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: KFC has accepted bitcoin payment in Canada? WOW! on: July 12, 2018, 01:14:27 PM
My friend in Canada told me that bitcoin payment has been used in KFC. What does that mean?

Though there are already many big companies accepting bitcoin in other countries, like Japan, the acceptance of bitcoin in North America, specifically Canada is a big and welcome news. This only means that cryptocurrencies are getting wider acceptance and going mainstream in some part of the world.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Power Of Hold ! on: July 08, 2018, 02:19:49 PM
The crypto market right is very supportive to buying and holding cryptocurrencies. I think the overall size of the cryptocurrency economy is going to grow bigger in the coming months and years, so it makes a whole lot more sense to buy and hold your cryptocurrency versus buying and selling it in the short term.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for a newbie? on: July 08, 2018, 01:59:08 PM
Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers

You have quite a good starting assets in your crypto profile. I myself have started zero and gradually amass through airdrops and bounties. I think it is better that you do a little more research about crypto trading and investing to build your confidence. The market is down right now and unpredictable. But I you can use this situation to buy low and sell cheap. If you plan to move your assets around, start low and slowly increase as you learn much about investing.
651  Other / Archival / Re: ICO without whitepaper on: July 08, 2018, 01:28:12 PM
Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

A whitepaper is good evidence that the project has direction. It is also a good way to check if the project has long-term potential as it details information about the team and the platform of the project. But currently, whitepaper does not necessarily mean that the ICO will be successful. Scammers right now are getting sophisticated that they could create great whitepaper. So, researching deeply about the project is really important right now.

653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good or bad idea!!!! on: July 06, 2018, 10:50:13 PM
Its good to invest money in cryptos or to invest it in share market.Which one is good and which one is bad idea!!

Cryptos and sharemarket have, in some way, similar trading principles. Buying portion of the project. But I think crypto has higher risks as you are investing in a still to be implemented project. There is a tendency that it might not be launched or maybe it will not click to the market when released. But if ever it succeeds, crypto will give you very big returns on your investment. Higher risks equals higher returns principle.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO still worth investing in? on: June 22, 2018, 04:57:58 PM
Is NEO still worth investing in? I have my final $150 and I'm not sure if I should buy NEO or ADA

I would choose NEO over ADA. Although ADA is also a great coin. But I choose NEO as currently, aside from eth, it is being supported by many projects that are reviewed to be bullished. It is Chinese supported also.
655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy low and sell high is very tough on: June 21, 2018, 03:35:32 PM
When you ask someone for advise they always say buy low and sell high but this is very tough.

What is your strategy for buying low and selling high?

Do you agree with buy low and sell high is very tough?

Indeed, with the current market situation, that trading principle is very hard to stick. The rise and fall of crypto price has been so unpredictable lately.
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hodl ether ? on: June 21, 2018, 11:16:30 AM
I think the market is not yet on its upturn. There is time to buy or trade crypto so you will have a great amount in your holdings when the bullish run starts. The more crypto you amass the greater the returns
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your tokens? on: June 15, 2018, 05:10:10 PM
Hey guys, where do you store your tokens? On your ethereum wallet or on an exchange, or maybe you store your tokens somewhere else? Give me some recommendations, where my tokens will be in complete safety?

I am still about to purchase a hardware wallet to store my cryptos which I think is the most secure option. But until then, my cryptocurrencies are distributed to my wallets and some in exchanges. I just see to it that all passwords and private keys are secure and well kept.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: June 15, 2018, 05:06:07 PM
Are you picky with ICOs?

Right now, majority of ICOs are scams or never take off. With that being said, I am right now more picky when investing as I have experienced many times currently never gaining from my investments
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People move out from cryptocurrency! on: June 14, 2018, 02:02:08 AM
I have heard from many people that there are many people to leave the cryptocurrency.

Is that right?
If  yes then what are the reason behind on it?
If no then why people spreading that kind of news regarding cryptocurrency?

I think most of the left are the ones that joined during the hype period. Hoping that they will also get big opportunity from it. But realized that the market is dipping and very bearish. Afraid that the downward trend will stay for years or will collapse.
660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: June 14, 2018, 01:50:28 AM
You are more safer buying coins that are in the top 20 as these coins have already the needed foundation (teams and platform) to weather the bearish market right now. Always see to it that altcoins your buying is feasible and has long term potential.
