We cannot solve this on our own, Blocktrail and Blockchain plays a huge part in these delays so we just have to wait till the transaction reaches us. it still hasnt because of what we explained few times over, yesterday, here on forum Please be patient. gosh, it is no wonder why site operators run off with user's funds after I see all the support involved. Good work so far, Surf. Yes , it is a lot to take in. But it is not our members fault at all. I can agree with each member that they expect deposit to show up after 1 confirmation as said on homepage. And that is how it should be so i cannot be mad at people trying to find out what is happening. Many new members have joined BTC.SURF and made a deposit to double theyre earning,
We have paid out more than: (info can be checked live on homepage)
We have resolved issues with small payments not going thru because of miner fees,
so we added small amount from our side to cover the outgoing payments.
We are having a bit of delays with incoming deposits not being registered in our system,
that is purely BlockChains fault as they are acting up today and delaying this for many
bitcoin related projects, check other threads for example.
While members are profiting our developers have cooked up something new.
A new fresh data table, in which now you can sort payments, check every deposit
till the first one made, check every payment made, search for your own deposit so you could
see how much has been paid back.
So let's say thanks to our developers for keeping us all updated 24/7,
but mostly , Thank you all for making this a possibility!

When the delays started today, we sent out a support request to Blocktrail,
where we have our api, to ask why are we experiencing these API webhook delays,
Just now we got a response from them:
I'm very sorry, we've had one of our users use our API / webhook system in a very funky way which was causing a major load in the management of the webhook jobs. It seems as 12~18hrs ago this started growing past what our system could deal with and as a result webhooks started getting heavily delayed! We've made sure that the behaviour that this user showed no longer affects the system in a negative way.
I'm very sorry for the slowdown, but even more for failing to detect and respond quick enough!
So it seems that because of some one project the whole Blocktrail system started to delay.
As far as we understood, then these delays should slowly disappear and deposits should be
registered instantly after 1 conf as mentioned on btc.surf
To simply say, a Webhook sends out information to our system to register your deposit as received.
As these delays happen, we just dont receive the the notification for incoming payment. We can see it,
but as our system is instant, we cant manually add it, so thankfully they are right and the delays wont
be a problems from now or in few hours. Can't tell by myself how much time do they need to recover.
But our guess is few more hours.

I guess my transaction went through, however this website would be so much better if you can see how much you deposited when you logged in with your wallet because this confused me. When I deposited it didn't show that mine went through, and the deposit list may be a bit bugged since it didn't show too, however I managed to start getting payouts so this website is trusted. However, this website is relatively new, so there may be some bugs that can mislead some people, thus causing some potential distrust. So I hope you can improve the member/wallet area/user interface... Thanks
Yes, currently we have a small bug with the delays of payments showing up on homepage in time, This should be resolved soon, but as you said you are receiving payments. Check back on the website once in a while and use the new "search" function, enter your deposit hash and if its listed, it will show up. Currently there are arpox 20 deposits delayed from around 230 depsoits in total, so that is not a worse situation that could happen, but still we are fixing it. I Will update this situation as soon it clears out . |

What is this promotion about that you say will launch in 24 hours. If it is a giveaway of some sort then I might be interested. Is it available to existing members or it is available to new members only? So you say if a deposit is not showing up on your list you can not add it manually to you system? That seems odd as with all the existing members saying they are missing theirs.  The giveaway is going to be available for anyone to participate in. There wont be a need to deposit at btc.surf to participate in the giveaway. Not many members are missing theyre deposit from the list. Only some from who made deposit during the last 12 hours. We cannot add it manually as once the payment goes thru it would make a call to database and put out errors as there would already be a transaction like that. No, this is not a scam, we are paying our members up to this day and we have only started a day ago, so we have a long journey ahead of us to become a stable , profitable BTC doubler. it won't be too long though and you'll run like hell away from here. this kind of sites don't work anymore, you gotta find another way to scam. in fact people are fed up with doubler scam. be creative and find new ways to scam bitcoiners. Everyone has an opinion on these sites. BTC.SURF will have to prove and gain trust over time. Currently we are doing that by supporting our members, resolving problematic cases and paying out deposits on time. I deposited about 4 hours ago and haven't received anything back yet. They say they're having issues due to blockchain. If I don't see something by tomorrow I'm considering scam. Doubling an investment is kinda too good to be true. They have list of thousand sites, that they think are scam, that's a way for them to earn profit thru theyre site, adding programs just so search engins would index them and they would get traffic.
