141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★★ PandaCoin [PND] ★★★ New devs, old community ★ 100,000 PND burned every day on: June 13, 2017, 08:32:56 AM
Am so so late to the party. I can't believe this comeback started in 2015!!

I lost 60,000,000 PND coins when mintpal crashed (grauded). Also PND collapsed around that time (can't  remember  which was first.

This was my 2nd favourite coin after DOGE.  Wow!!

It all  seems like eons ago.

Not sure where to start but am definitely finding a way back in. Starting with that faucet.

This coin is going to explode.sooner or later  I just fee it in my bones.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Dreamcoin [DRM] - X13 - PoW/PoS on: June 12, 2017, 06:47:09 AM
Am feeling confidence slowly creeping back into dreamcoin. I take my hat off to you Tommi for  all you have been doing so far (that goes for everyone on this project since 2014).

My only request is that you continue keeping a healthy  balance between work time/family time and you time guys.  A slow but well thought out project will always win out in the end.

Personal health problems stop me from participating but am still here. Always a longterm Hodler of this as of yet undiscovered gem...in this crypto-space.

Au revoir mes amis!

Compare to other shitcoins that sell shits, like an admin who sells a bottled air in a coke bottle, which to me is useless,I like this new project, people can learn and can make a profit, who ever who post negatives about the membership site, are idots who do not want to learn new things I'm full support in this club.

If u find this bitchy coin any different from TRIG u are mental and I recommend u to get rid off fleas in ur brains. U were social engineered and surgically changed from the inside, ur wicked body morphed in a piece of melting biomass and gained a significant weight due to parasitic life form living in ur intestinal passages.

You have included this coin to your fud like what you have been doing to all the threads, you have a very deep language this shows what kind of character you have I find your post offending, stop getting masturbating and watching to much porns

I don't normally post in the forum.
But this is the very first troll like character who has made me really laugh. Name seems to be logictense. Dude if you are not a troll....my apologies! Don't have the time to go into your previous posts. ".....your wicked body morphed in a piece of melting biomass..lol
Lol...lol...lol!

Morphed into what exactly lol...lol...!
Dude you have given me so much joke.

Just started reading up on you victorious coin.
Haven't gone too far....but if you're for real, victorious coin, then you're whole team should not be anonymous.
That's my benchmark for a truly "real" project nowadays. Especially if you wanna take  a 10,billion  coin supply coin anywhere special.

This is literally the second page am reading....so excuse any lack of knowledge about victorious [Suspicious link removed]d luck to all genuine projects out there!
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: March 07, 2017, 02:56:38 AM
Wow.

I remember when dash was dark coin and it's price was in the region of $0.009 thereabouts.
It always looked interesting but was very much a newbie and didn't invest.

Still mostly an observer of crypto scene much more than an investor.

Am posting to say well done dash team and I have to remind you guys of this phrase which always stuck in my head.

"It's dark at the end of the litecoin tunnel" Cheesy

That was coined when dash seemed lite years behind litecoin.

Hardwork and patience pay off very well indeed.

Well done and good luck guys. Smiley

Hi guys...just stumbled upon influx.great project going on here...however could one of you fine chaps explain how influxcoin got from 12,000,000 coins total  to being listed on coinmarketcap as just over 1,000,000coins total?

The answer is probably buried in the thread (which I am going thru) but just thought someone may have it at hand.
Much appreciated  Smiley. Keep up the good work.

Just bought a good few off of yobit.
What can I say...am a dreamer.
Stay positive guys.
Hey mathgamain....don't do too much by yourself.
And that goes to every behind the scenes worker too.

153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PND]Pandacoin | First Hybrid Wallet | 5000% Faster Blockchain Download | Instant Sync on: March 17, 2015, 07:30:57 AM
Perhaps/also/maybe those of you who were active in this PND project and never went sour have more of a right to be angry with amdoge and bdanyo?
but Definately for me I choose to be extremely slow on judging anyone so long as I have never been in their shoes.  And like I said...i choose to be as positive as possible about people but at the same time I do take my own precautions against the worst in all of us...just sayin.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PND]Pandacoin | First Hybrid Wallet | 5000% Faster Blockchain Download | Instant Sync on: March 17, 2015, 07:22:51 AM
Firstly, I do not doubt the sincerity of Mani's post(s). Secondly, I am not defending the devs (amdoge included) as I feel they have let the community down. That being said, there's a couple things I'd like to point out.

1) I do not believe PND's intention was ever to be a "pump and dump" coin. WAYYY to much work went into the coin for that to be the case imo. I remember when PND was trading for 4-5 liteoshi, and skyrocketed to 800. The dev team could have dumped then and made a killing... they didn't.

2) Assuming Mani's suspicions are correct and bdanyo has acquired ~4 billion PND at or around 1 satoshi... at today's BTC price that's nearly $12,000. That is not pocket change and it simply defies logic that ANYone would invest so much into a coin that appears to be on deaths door. You wouldn't front that much money with no faith it could be recovered.

3) Expanding on "way too much work": Pandacoin.org, the crypto crash course, hybrid wallets, reduced blockchain times, etc... that's a lot of innovations to just toss aside for a quick profit. If the whole intention was to scam people out of their money why bother with all this stuff? Just make a bunch of false promises and dump when everyone panic buys as has happened countless times in cryptos. Aside from the 100k merchants, every promise made was kept.

I'm not saying PND is or isn't dead, I'm just saying the whole shit doesn't make sense.

This moment is extremely sad. What happened to the dev team was simple burnout under all the work which was done without regular pay. And they all bdanyo ozzke and amdoge did amazingly well. the only thing to keep em going really was guts alone and hope that rewards will come when PND finally grows in value. Guys, guts and beleif in a cause do not pay bills and put food on the table. Remember that bitcoin received highlevel funding from the winklevoss twins. and the likes of litecoin and dogecoin frankly dont seem to have the ambition that our original devs were actively pouring into Pandacoin. It was burnout and lack of real investment that has brought Pnd coin to this place. IT WAS NOT AN INTENTION TO SCAM. If anyone is going to try and revive this coin (i really hope some good people with the neccessary skills step up)......There must be transparency/communication at everyturn...constant honesty about how much workload is too much for one person...and everyone of the old dev team must be spoken to and about with a little respect. negative words only ever place the speaker on the same level as the object of their criticism. those who are going to lead us forward (if thats possible and i hope it is) need to also lead us in a positive team spirit.
PND for me has been the most inspiring crypto coin since the battle against wolong and everything scammers stand for began.
i also remember when asiacoin bagholders were offered compensation by pnd community (good times). nothing more to be said. whats done is done. must move forward. It's damn hard to let go though. thats my 2cents worth.

I find it so remarkably odd that there are these sudden "thunder posts" of soulful and economic advice, etc. from all these "newbies." Oh yeah, SellPNDforDOGE, it'll be so easy to get back to 10 sat so you can prosper. My ass. That's just a hard one to believe. It's just like the situation in general: who can you trust? Nobody. What on Earth makes you think PND or any OTHER coin, new, old, or in-between will ever be any different, including the second coming of Jesus, Bitcoin? Human nature makes certain that greed will, in the end, rule the day. Every fucking time. You can't control people. You can't guilt 'em into not pumping and dumping. It's no different than anything else: buy low, sell high. Manipulate the market and its suckers as much as absofuckinglutely possible to that end. Step on heads & necks. It's cool. How do you think the Stock Market works?! And it's all about the scam there. Same here. Again, I'm just holding my stash to be a contrarian. I know it'll never be worth a damn. I'm keepin' it around as a souvenir for what might have been, and as a reminder to quit conning myself. My last point forever: there is no such thing as transparency, or people who you do not personally know that you should ever trust.

Hey Pelgoran....check my profile and you will see that I registered in April 2014.  I took interest in crypto just before dogecoin was created when the list on coinmarketcap.com was only about 30 coins long.  Not every newbie account is as suspect as sellPNDforDOGE.  Have never dumped my PND and am still holding. ...and I choose to not be cynical and to keep believing the best about people but at the same time to always take precautions (as much as I deem necessary) against the worst in all of us. Simply cos am not entirely blind. Not every fan of PND has been as involved as you pelgoran and that's a shame...but it's also life. But I Definately acknowledge that all of us who are silent and in the background owe those who are leading,  yes people like yourself pelgoran and dare I say it even amdoge/sellpndfordoge,  a big debt of gratitude for all the input that went into this coin before the workload broke the few people who were willing to be in birth and get this project off the ground.  As crazy as the situation has become PND coin does not in anyway fit the m.o of a scamcoin.  I daresay the larger community who were not actively involved (of whom I am part of) took everything for granted and  we never considered that those leading us were carrying too much on their own.  I don't hate anyone from the pnd team The way I hated woLong.

156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Dreamcoin Revival 100% Proof Of Stake 15% Stake Rate [DRM] on: June 03, 2014, 12:54:17 AM
No worries.
Things just aren't adding up for me on that front. Besides that I don't think that any node based system is a good idea. Whether it be Dark or XC either way I see them both open to exploitation and both depend on high volume traffic to be remotely effective on top of opening anybody on the network to federal investigation if by chance a transaction used for illegal purposes passed through their wallet. Just all around to messy for my liking...

Then you are going to love Cloakcoin's approach.  They launch in a little over an hour and are saying that they will utilize exchanges to anonymize their coin.  Not too much information on it yet though...the ANN was posted yesterday.

Personally...I am not a huge proponent of anonymity.  I think that the next big things will be Maidsafe, Ethereum et cetera.  DAC's seem fun too...
That's the same thing mastiff is proposing with coin recycling That's an even worse idea than most That's to say they guarantee an exchange...
Too shady

Very good instincts johnny. Checked out the cloakcoin thread. Everyone with some experience of crypto is calling it a scam-shitcoin. For very good reasons which I won't go into, but if anyone wants to settle their minds on cloakcoin, just spend 10mins in their thread reading the variety of opinion from experienced people.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Dreamcoin Revival 100% Proof Of Stake 15% Stake Rate [DRM] on: June 03, 2014, 12:45:15 AM
Hello dreamers...someone has been voting. Just found DRM with 117votes, wow, it was on 105 for sometime, now we have started. Just pushed it up to 118 votes. WOOHOO!! (Am happy cos a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step) methinks only a true dreamer would take joy in each step. ETA to my purchase of some DRM...Friday!! YAAY! Cheesy
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Dreamcoin Revival 100% Proof Of Stake 15% Stake Rate [DRM] on: June 01, 2014, 07:55:02 PM
The 105 to 109 was the number of votes by the way. It's position is 280 on the list, above catedoge and below cashcoin. Have just put it in position 280 with 110 votes.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Dreamcoin Revival 100% Proof Of Stake 15% Stake Rate [DRM] on: June 01, 2014, 07:49:01 PM
Just over a day ago I voted up dreamcoin from 105 to 107. On mintpal. Well done to the one or two people or took it to 109. Hey... I don't yet own any DRMs and am voting it up. How about you! I like the feel of this community guys, keep up the positivity.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DRM] Dreamcoin Revival 100% Proof Of Stake 15% Stake Rate on: May 27, 2014, 07:12:24 PM
still around folks. the people involved in dream seem very solid right now, and that's always a huge part of my consideration before I buy into anything. unfortunately I have to wait 6days (for payday) b4 I can purchase some dreams of my own. however on two separate occasions, yesterday and today I have noticed the price of Dream jump to $0.12 and then back down to below $0.04. would much appreciate someone to shed some lite on these crazy spikes, , a comment from johnny_non would be appreciated, but anyone with any insight?? I strongly suspect a friendly whale type investor who I won't mention by name, maybe he is attempting to get the attention of potential buyers? the reason I ask is because these sudden spikes resemble pump n dump spikes I have seen on blatant shitcoins, which am sure this is not, (in truth I have also seen this on goodcoins which were temporarily manipulated by unscrupulous individuals) anyone have any insight??
I don't really know who is doing this in the market, it's not something i have any control of. I don't have any coins on any exchanges. You could be right it could be some whale or somebody trying to stir the pot as it were. My address is in my signature if it makes you comfortable feel free to monitor it. I do know that Myfarm bought a bunch of coins driving the price up and wanted to us to pursue his vision for the coin and then dumped out when we didn't go that direction. That's probably the major spike you are referring to. In all honesty I couldn't sell out all other dreams for one mans dream no matter how big an investor he was and you can fault me for that...

This is probably it.  Since then, however, the price on the buys/sells has stabilized and the jumping won't be as severe.  Currently there definitely seems to be a holding pattern.  Doesn't look like too many people want to sell at the current price.  I know I wouldn't.  Dumpers are mostly out, and now we work to build the coin with REAL growth.

thanks for your replies guys. still have enough confidence in dreamcoin to come in as soon as I can. incidentally MyFarm was the friendly whale I was referring to. was unaware that he pulled out like that.  but  yeah..am busy counting down the days....6...5 and a half....
