141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: June 23, 2017, 01:33:35 PM
Yes, the values of Bitcoin did increased a lot recently, but I don't think that affects how the way big whales are gambling at casino sites, I still saw a lot of big whales rolling the same amount of big bets in dice sites. The only difference might be the starting betting amount that they are wagering with are much lower as compared to the past with the martingale strategy.

The big whales in my opinion are not even bothered about the transaction fees. The smaller fish, players who gamble with a few bucks are the ones who are affected by the transaction fee. I would say most of these players and very hesitant to spend their money on gambling sites nowadays, because they don't want to lose money before even playing. I'm an example of those small fish players. I used to gamble a lot on primedice and satoshimines back in the days but now its come to an end.
142  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: http://mining-graphic-cards.com - BIG SCAM WEBSITE on: June 23, 2017, 01:27:50 PM
The domain itself looks suspicious enough along with the website design. Anyways, you still haven't received any tracking or confirmation from them?
143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For sports bettors on: June 23, 2017, 11:52:14 AM
It's depends on the match, if there are more than 1 match that I interested to make a bet, usually I made 1-2 bet, but I often choose 1 match that I feel and know I can win, so I choose no.
Plus it's for making a limitation of my gambling activity.

Taking into consideration the obvious factor of risk in sports betting, I would never bet on more than 1 event in a day. The way how I play smart in sports betting is by taking the winnings of the previous bet and betting again on an event which I'm very well confident on some other day. If I would consistently bet on more than 1 event per day, I would lose it all.
144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about Casino with 0% Edge? on: June 23, 2017, 11:47:19 AM
Edgeless will be 0%edge,house,currenty blackjack is in beta, you can try without spending real money. There is also work on dice,it will be decentralised casino builded on eth chain, than video poker will be under development

I doubt a casino like this would be ever successful for the owners. Sure, the players will definitely enjoy the 0 edge policy but don't you think this is a foolish idea that can instantly drain the bankroll of a casino site?
145  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Just bought $xx Amazon Giftcard from eGifter. on: June 23, 2017, 11:36:40 AM
For you guys wants to buy gift cards such as Amazon, iTunes and others using your bitcoin, you can do so by signing up thru www.paxful.com It is a secure and trusted site where traders do the buying and selling of bitcoins and giftcards. Just so you know.

Nah, I would suggest paxful only for the people willing to trade gift cards, not buy them for personal use. A lot of egift cards are carded as well as a ton of scammers waiting for an opportunity to scam. Egifter is a legitimate business and you can receive the gift cards after a few confirmations.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: June 23, 2017, 11:25:40 AM
Well I think its because of the fact that many countries fear that their local currency might get negatively affected with the introduction of bitcoin.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening ? = all coins down by 20 to 35 % on: June 22, 2017, 12:00:37 AM
Its because bitcoin's price has an indirect effect on altcoins as well I suppose. Many people directly trade btc to altcoins. This months bubble and dump of bitcoin might have been the reason for indirectly affecting altcoin prices.
148  Economy / Economics / Re: The Crash is gone, and we will see 3,500 usd within 60 days from today on: June 21, 2017, 11:57:52 PM
I absolutely agree with you. I surely think that the crash is gone for good and now we can expect a massive growth in prices of Bitcoin within a month or two. There can be a increase in Bitcoin price many time because of segwit as well so yes Bitcoin can reach 4500$.

Yeah surely, the crash that occurred recently was because of a panic sell or dumping I assume. But there was a plethora of other reasons as such as exchanges getting ddosed and other problems this week. If the same problems do not reoccur in the coming days, we can hope bitcoin to gain more value.
149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince people into you using Bitcoin? on: June 21, 2017, 11:38:18 PM
I'll go ahead and teach them about the value itself in the first instance because that is what interests them the most. Also to add is the factor of bitcoin being decentralized and is money which you can control.
150  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I need best ad network for gambling site on: June 18, 2017, 07:51:08 PM
If your goal is to attract gambling users using bitcoin then this forum can be a place to market your product. Signature campaign to be one of the most active and influential media and proven to have increased advertiser income. So try and feel the various benefits that you will get.

Apart from signature campaigns OP can also advertise on some slightly unconventional medium's for bitcoin based sites such as on forums, facebook advertising, google ad words etc.
151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any free trading bots out there? on: June 18, 2017, 07:42:00 PM
If you are looking for free trading bot, you might want to check out gekko. As far as I know its not as easy to set up like the gunbot or catbot which are sold in this forum and is far from being effective and bug free. Also I think it does't provide any kind of strategies for you to work with so that's a disadvantage.

You can check it out here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=209149.0
152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather Vs McGregor: Info and prediction thread on: June 18, 2017, 05:01:46 PM
I can't bet on anyone to win because there is a 50% chance for them to win. Comparing the two, McGregor is quick, agile and very much flexible. He also plays tactfully with his mind which is an added bonus regarding him. Mayweather as well all know is experienced af, built and is undefeated till this stage. If he plays with same strategy and skills as how he played with Pacquiao then McGregor is pretty much done.
153  Economy / Exchanges / Re: New to Bitcoin, Safest place to buy/sell bitcoin... on: June 18, 2017, 04:50:09 PM
Localbitcoin is the best way to buy and sell bitcoin, is for me experience the best way to secure the transsaction and totally secured.

Localbitcoin is a good place to buy bitcoins but I wouldn't suggest a newbie to make a purchase over there because of the associated risks such as scamming, huge price mark ups etc. On the other hand, coinbase is a very newbie friendly place I would say to buy and sell bitcoin since OP is new to the bitcoin world.
154  Economy / Speculation / Re: ITT: We laugh at idiot HODLers [OFFICIAL THREAD] on: June 16, 2017, 07:16:15 AM
Here we laugh at idiot hodlers who are too dumb to sell the peaks and buy the dips and instead hodl like the stupid meme sheep they are.

So DUMB!!!

There is nothing dumb about being a hodler (meme). Its just a way of being on the safe side and also investing for the long term I would say. Trading is quite stressful and and risky thing to do so not everyone follows the same path. Besides I think a holder makes more profit than the average trader lmao. They are patient enough to sell at the right time and make a good profit. So why complain?
155  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Poloniex alarm, for Windows! FREE on: June 16, 2017, 07:10:30 AM
Looks like a useful program but the download page looks really fishy to me. Waiting for someone to test this out then I may do the same.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Name your favorite cryptocurrency on: June 16, 2017, 07:08:33 AM
My favorites currently are bitcoin, ethereum and monero. I entered the cryptocurrency world with none other than bitcoin so it comes first for me. Plus I have easily made tons of profit with it.
157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: June 16, 2017, 04:36:26 AM
I don't use any method when it comes to dicing. I just press the roll whenever I want and there's no certain time and date on when it is effective to play dice. I just keep on reminding myself that I need to play only with the amount that I'm willing to lose.

That is the most risky way to gamble. You don't set a plan, strategy, so you are more vulnerable to losses. You start clicking and clicking without thinking and then you lose money for mistakes that could be avoided. To play Dice game without a strategy set is worthless, you need to calculate first how much to increase on loss, back to base, these things.

Exactly, this is how I was in the beginning when I started to gamble. I just pressed the roll button waited for my account to drain lmao. I just didnt make any profit at that initial stage. Later on I followed a strict martingale strategy that definitely had some risk but earned me a profit of 4$ per session with some loss as well.
158  Economy / Speculation / Re: price getting down on: June 15, 2017, 08:02:10 PM
bitcoin price is decreasing. its  time to buy bitcoin.

To decide whether it is a good time to buy bitcoin or not, you need to analyze the reasons behind this crash. If it is just a correction due to profit-booking, then you can purchase at current levels. But if the crash is due to the block size issue or due to the delays in transactions, then you need to think twice.

I think the two main reason for this crash are :

• The introduction of new bill titled “Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, and Counterfeiting Act of 2017" by the congress.

• Exchanges such as BTC-E and bitfinex getting heavily ddosed this week.

So I dont think the price drop is a correction at all. Anyways, it looks like the perfect time to buy more of bitcoin as well as ethereum because it looks like even it has been affected indirectly by the price drop of bitcoin.
159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of the money on: June 15, 2017, 04:48:07 PM
Nothing from gambling has ever made a good amount for me. I only tend to loose in the long term and this is a common thing for almost all gamblers. The least I earned is 11$ and recently 90$ from bitsler with a good martingale method. But anyways at the end of the day its all based on luck.
160  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitlaunder.com - scam on: June 15, 2017, 04:38:17 PM
Never heard of them at all, looks pretty scammy to be honest. Anyways you should have avoided them at all costs and should have gone for reputed services such as bitmixer, chipmixer which has a large user base and better service.
