Just a couple of quick notes.
1) The email for the order and the first shipping destination (in your group order) can be 2 different people. So the shipping address would be the person in EU (or Canada, for example) and the email address of the final person in US. This would add security for loaded coins since they can't be activated & loaded by the first person receiving them (activation requires both physical code & email code).
2) The multisig coins are nowadays always E series. Keep that in mind. M serials have been discarded and they are not sent as L coins regardless, since the coins themselves will not be loaded in a multisig setup, instead a separate multisig address is loaded where the key in the coin acts as one of the signees.
Thank you for the clarification. This does give me some peace of mind in buying L series coins. I PMed someone I trust in the UK to see they are willing to reship. I need to order soon though since there are only two painted coins left and I planning to order both of them. Update: order placed 4 x silver gold 2 x painted silver (last two in stock) and a few gold plated brass coins Update2: everyone has paid

Cost is $215.15 in USD per coin plus shipping.
Yeah, there seems to be a 1eur processing fee being added for each of the 1btc silver gold coins. So, 200.90eur converted to USD. The 10% coupon is working, but for the coins only (not BTC, shipping, or multi-sig fees). I am going to nix the funded coins option unless there is a reputable member from the UK/EU willing to volunteer to reship for free or a very low costs. I don't need the BTC up front to order, so I am moving forward shortly. Anyone who wants in post or PM me by 2:40 PM EST / 19:40 UT forum time. You can order anything available that is E or M series. Please PM me a public key for each multi-sig coin. There is a smaller processing fee for each coin besides the silver gold 1btc, I will send everyone in the group buy a copy of the final numbers.

I got a coupon from denarium spear that can be used until the end of this month. 10% discount. [not for btc or shipping] This coupon was waiting for a denarium groupbuy, I will send a copy from the voucher to Pistachio.
Great! Thank you. Any discount would help. Edit: I am not trying to make anything off this, so any discount will be equally applied to everyone. I'll take one unfunded as well as a patinated silver unfunded as well.
Sounds good. Let's see if anyone else wants to join. I would be interested in (2) funded, if that can work.
Let me see if I can work something out. It would require reshipping via UK/EU first. There could be custom fees and possible fee for the reshippers time.

For example, if three other people want to do this. It's $13 each for shipping to the USA. If six others want to do this, it's $8 each. Then you can send me a prepaid USPS shipping label or I will send it priority mail at cost. I am paying in BTC, so I would expect payment at the exact amount of BTC I paid or in USD at the original price. Paypal is fine as long as it is a confirmed shipping address and you cover the added cost for signature confirmation and insurance with USPS.
Happy to do reshipping thanks Great sounds good to me.

Have more small prizes to spread out the statistical probability of making such a large sweep. One large 5btc prize fine, but mostly 0.5BTC prizes after that.
Edit: TMAN is welcome to buy half of the tickets for any future raffle as far as I am concerned. Everyone else's chances of winning don't actually change.

following, they look great!

well aware - this is a museum piece... not a wallet
Glad to hear it. I updated the OP to reflect that this is an unfunded coin. To encourage early bidders, I am setting the following thresholds to unlock the bonus coins. If the high bid is greater than 1.55BTC, then the winner can pick one of the two bonus coins. If the high bid is greater than 2.05BTC, then the winner gets both bonus coins. I will post photos of the mystery coins if the high bid goes above 1.55 BTC. Both mystery coins are listed in the Encyclopedia of Physical Bitcoins and Crpto-Currencies. They both date from 2014 and come unfunded.

1BTC
Well, that escalated quickly...
is that one coin or more than one(set) The auction is for only one coin, #5. If you look at the full sized pictures, you can see the custom hologram is quite nice and specific to this coin. Is this funded? I believe his first ones were with 1B. Mine is not, and based on the prefix shown on the COA, I'm guessing this one isnt.
No, this coin is not funded. I should have stated that earlier. If anyone who bid was under the impression this coin is funded, you are welcome to retract your bids. I would be very leery of someone selling a funded Jinn Physical Bitcoin anyway given the small number out there, the hand painted number to connect the coin to the certificate, and the lack of a track record from the manufacture.

Up for auction is an extremely rare Jinn Physical Bitcoin (unfunded) with certificate pictured below. I have never seen one for sale before and I doubt there will be another anytime soon. Auction format Starting bid: 0.5BTC Bidding increments: 0.05BTC Final bids: each bid extends the auction by 5 minutes from the last bid. Ending time: Saturday January 14 at 19:00 EST / 24:00 UTC Buy it Now: 4BTC (escrow required) minerjones , Blazed or other trusted escrow must confirm receipt of funds before the auction is ended early with a BIN. BONUS: To encourage early bids, I am offering two additional mystery physical bitcoins for free if the bids go high enough or if someone uses the BIN. Both coins are rather obscure and I have not seen them for sale recently on the forums. I will post pictures and info if the threshold is met. Escrow is always accepted and encouraged. Buyer pays any escrow fees. Shipping is free with USPS tracking worldwide from USA. Other shipping options (UPS, Fedex, DHL) are available at actual cost. Payment address: 1GhFgZrRaWM6kt6KJKeiAHpTcfq6tm2Gi1 -----start----- Jinn Physical Bitcoin auction ends on January 14 2017 -----end----- Signature: H3YlVgvZvrbyFnGS9yxCUJ0Kp87HS9KQHcGe0zNqCOflerQOXQOgOZCz6HLBNku8ytB9RvGQP/stYbRfHhZVYSU= Basic info about its origins https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=323173.0 and https://www.indiegogo.com/project/preview/a76eda22#/.
