141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bloody Markets on: February 08, 2018, 12:42:32 PM
Like I said markets are seasonal too. Especially with crypto markets since none of the coins or tokens are in actual use - 100% pure speculation. That's also the reason why buying now is the best because once one of them tokens have real world use. It wouldn't cheap for so long.

Coins with their own blockchain and infrastructure would get real world use a lot sooner than some token would.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do I prefer LTC over BTC? on: February 08, 2018, 12:39:02 PM
Many coins support segwit, many coin are already faster than litecoin. Actually all of those things you mentioned are already being done or handled in a better way than LTC does them.

Compare ltc to some other coins instead of btc, and you'll see ltc is nothing special.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON (TRX) Scam on: February 08, 2018, 12:35:38 PM
That name they came up with  Roll Eyes straight out of a bad science fiction movie due to lack of creativity.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Someone Stolen my 10897 ETN! on: February 08, 2018, 12:06:43 PM
So you still have no clue of how this happened? And as I understand you used a local wallet? So don't know why people are saying you got phished.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GREEN, GREEN, GREEN a great color on: February 08, 2018, 12:03:03 PM
Let's hope things stay green for a while. I would hate to see a double bottom, but it could happen.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can BitConnect recover? on: February 08, 2018, 12:00:12 PM
Of course it can't recover, ever. they might try to , they might throw some cash at it, but it would be dumb to put your money in.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS CRYPTO TRADING ADDICTION? on: February 07, 2018, 02:22:01 AM
Trading requires a lot of attention and a lot of time, whether this is addiction or hard work? Hard to say, it could be either or both.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The END is NEAR! on: February 07, 2018, 02:14:30 AM
Could that happen, sure.

Will it happen this year, probably not.

While that would be nice, there is still plenty of time to get in on the ground floor.  It's said less than 1% of the world's population had a clue about cryptocurrency.  I think we are in great shape.

After todays meeting with the sec things seem to be looking up, and we immediately went from 6+ to 7+.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum surpasses Bitcoin market cap - is Bitcoin then considered an Alt? on: February 07, 2018, 02:07:13 AM
I don't know about being considered an alt, bitcoin was still first. But it would probably be a turning point.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blood-Bath Over? on: February 07, 2018, 02:03:15 AM
It's bouncing back to soon I wasn't done buying yet, waiting it out for today and will see what tomorrow brings.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AIRDROP]ETHEREUM.BROKER presents VIX Coin Token Airdrop. STOP BEING DUMB!! on: February 07, 2018, 01:51:40 AM
It doesn't make sense, you want everyone to get coins but you are only distributing to 100 users?
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Instagram bans ICO and crypto ads on: February 06, 2018, 07:36:19 PM
It is logical that the fact that Instagram and fb is owned by the same company when facebook banning of crypto add was announced Instagram too won't accommodate it. It is simple as that.
Telegram is where most people learn how the ICO's work. Facebook and Instagram is missing out by Centralizing things.

As you can see facebook and instagram don't care. Why should they? Apparently there are lot's of people getting scammed through those platforms and it also seems like it's the target audience some of these ico's prey on.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rebranding Altcoins on: February 02, 2018, 05:54:07 AM
I see it like some sort of pumping technique, usually done by bagholders. Once in a while the name change is justified.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins are in red again ?? on: February 02, 2018, 05:53:12 AM
A lot of bad news lately we get. I think that's the problem in this. Soon there will be holidays in China. No one wants to work)). It is necessary to wait a while. I think that for three more weeks everything will be bad.

On the positive side, most of the news is either fud or fake and get's debunked pretty fast.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram ICO - is it for real? on: February 02, 2018, 05:51:24 AM
Didn't telegram already deny that they were offering any sort of ico? Would they even need ico money?
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[BOUNTY] MIRA 🔥 - Cryptocurrencies have never been so easy on: February 02, 2018, 05:43:41 AM
Hi all. Bounty will be valid till 20 of April because of tokensale delay

You are not updating our stakes for the last 2 weeks

So if the campaign length is changing, are the bounty rewards changing as well?
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AIRDROP] Current: Blockchain Streaming Backed by Mark Cuban | 200,000+ 🚀 on: February 01, 2018, 07:27:47 PM
You do understand a referral program is not the same as an airdrop right? Feels like clickbait.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BCC] Bitconnect Coin - Decentralized Cryptocurrency on: February 01, 2018, 07:23:59 PM
Here we are , i thought some investors already sued Bitconnect for scammery ? I personally don't invest in MLM coins such rubbish

How are they going to sue if they don't even know who those scammers are? Suing some random LLC or Ltd in some offshore location isn't gonna do anyone any good. Suing youtube shills is also a dead end.

So nobody knows who the people at those bitconnect presentations are or where they come from?
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can crypto help citizens with weak national currencies on: February 01, 2018, 06:43:11 PM
In countries with failing economic systems, is common to find weak national currencies whose value has been significantly depreciated. This “weakness” may include a high rate of inflation, deficits, exaggerated level of imports, and everything that comes with a poor socio-economical situation for a country. Statistics show that citizens of countries with failing currencies in every part of the globe are turning to crypto for investment and wealth protection as they want to diversify from their home fiat currency. As they face financial crisis, they’re constantly searching for a better store of value.

While consumers access to cryptocurrencies is broadening rapidly, so is the market for crypto projects.

Do you think crypto is a viable solution for these complicated countries... or it may make it worse long-term?

It's not like every poor person will get a share of crypto and everyone will be rich all of the sudden. Ultimately the value comes from fiat.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How exactly wil government owned crypto work? on: February 01, 2018, 06:40:43 PM
It will work like all government owned things work, manipulated in their own favor.
