1401  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: best coin for long term investing on: August 05, 2018, 09:23:07 PM
If we intend to make long-term investments in crypto currencies, bitcoin can be the best coin to choose from. Bitcoin has been proven to live longer, more popular and has good development.
1402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: August 05, 2018, 06:14:56 PM
Quote
How do you hide you're a gambler and who do you hide it from?

Why should anyone have to hide honest intentions to spend money they honestly earnt.   The only negative I can think of here is people who go into debt to gamble, then yea thats risky and should be avoided and it probably become too much of a habit and should be discontinued not hidden.

How I spend a wage packet is my business nobody elses.   If I want to spend my earnings on a bottle of whiskey and a pack of cigarettes and ruin my health a little its my business, in fact because of the tax people should be thanking me for my additional contribution to the country's endless budget fiscal spending.
If one guy isnt paying taxes like this, the burden will fall on others some of who had nothing spare.   There is zero to apologise for or hide imo.   Almost all sites allow players to ban themselves, if you have any regrets then go ahead and suspend your access to the site

The point of view may differ from one culture to another. At some places, to be known as a gambler will give a bad reputation in a society. Therefore, even though someone uses his own money and never use someone else's money to gamble, to be known as a gambler can be very annoying and embarrassing. Tbh, gambling is a very complicated thing and it is weird why people love to do it.
1403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sometimes enough is enough on: August 05, 2018, 12:57:32 PM
Its hard to say that, specially if you are already addicted even you reach your limit you will keep going on until you didnt notice that youve lose lots of money already. For those new at gambling make sure you know your limitation to avoid addiction like op said at the title of this thread enough is enough.
If you are a gambler, controlling yourself is easier said than done. You will leave your ATM card at home and bring only certain amount to gamble but if you lose you go home and get that ATM card and go back to gamble hoping that you will regain that lost money only to lose more. Have experienced this kind of scenario, self control is very hard when you know that you still have money back home.

True, once we become a gambler, it'll be hard to stop it right away. But by bringing only small part of our money while we gamble, at least we still have time to think whether we want to risk the other money or not. The decision may differ from each person.
1404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: August 05, 2018, 06:14:12 AM
I always have a mindset that gambling is fun and entertaining, I used to played for profit but now I played for entertained myself, I like to share my point of view about gambling, but I afraid when I introduce gambling to someone who cant control himself or herself then it can become a problem, and I can become the one that make him/her become addicted

So in one my hand I'd like people to enjoy gambling but in one hand I afraid it can turned into disaster and I could the person that cause the person become addicted, so I kind of confused when someone come and asked me to teach or explained thing about gambling, should I teach them or I just ignore them? How can I teach or convince them that gambling is only for fun? Is it a wrong idea to teach or convince them to gamble for fun?

When someone came to you and asked about gambling stuffs and things, it is better to tell to him that gambling can be a bad thing to do if he did it wrongly. Even though you can enjoy the game as an entertainment thing, but I don't think the other guy will be able to apply it for himself. There are bunch of emotion things to manage in gambling which is impossible to teach to someone else.
1405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: August 05, 2018, 05:26:42 AM
If you want to quit gambling successfully, then you need to actively pursue some other activity such as sports. And you need to make sure that you are not feeling lonely or bored.

Being active in other things such as in sports can help us to forget our habits, but that won't happen in an instant. It takes time and a strong intention to achieve it. Make friends with people who don't have a gambling habit will also give a help.
1406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What you do when someone say bitcoin is illegal thing? on: August 04, 2018, 04:44:34 PM
Most of the common people think that bitcoin is used only by hackers and criminals, even one of my friend said that it is used by hackers when I am telling about crypto currency to him.Later I explained what is bitcoin and other crypto currencies but still he confused,he can only get what is bitcoin when he research about himself.

In this situation how can we explain that what is real bitcoin?

Anything can be used for bad things including crypto currencies. When there is a crime that uses bitcoin as a means of payment, it doesn't mean that bitcoin is illegal. For me, as long as my government still allows crypto currencies, I will still use it. No matter what people's opinions about crypto currencies.
1407  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁NEW UPDATE★★★WORLD CUP PROMO★★★🎁 on: August 04, 2018, 09:30:31 AM
I cant open Bitslet now, what is going on there? I tried with both PC (chrome) and mobile but still unable to access bitsler. Just checked, but bitsler is up based on https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/bitsler.com Any other users facing the same problem with me?
Mine works perfectly fine, I was able to log-in with out any trouble aside from the usual security email that they send to the email address linked to my account since I am not using the same ip address. Other than that no problem encountered so far.

It is weird, it seems that the problem is with my IP. Never had this issue before, I just tried with a VPN and I can access it as usual (not yet log in). What makes me confuse is that the issue is on both my phone browser and PC browser without VPN. Need to check it myself, must be something wrong with my connection setting or something else.

Bitsler has been blocked by most internet providers in our country so that to be able to access bitsler from now on we can use VPN or similar services. So sad with this fact but nothing else we can do!
1408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does hard work in gambling count? on: August 02, 2018, 08:14:21 PM

I think hard work in gambling is counted because every effort have a price as a payment. So l think l can meet my expectations in hard working even in gambling.lf l do hard work in gambling l will sure to be succeed.

Luck is everything in gambling and therefore, no matter how hard we try but if luck is not present in us, then our hard work will be in vain. To be success in gambling is just a dream that will be so hard to make it true.
1409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some people say Bitcoin and Crypto will disappear from the market, is it really? on: August 02, 2018, 06:19:48 PM
As long as the use of bitcoin and crypto is increasing. Different country and company are constantly bringing new crypto currency to the market. Statistics show that the amount of investment is increasing in the crypto sector. Some banks are already accepting Bitcoin payments. Bitcoin is being used in most countries of the world and there are no restrictions on the use of Bitcoin in those countries. Bitcoins are being accepted on various online sites. Since the discovery of Bitcoin, nearly 2000 more cryptos have come to the market.

Despite the so-called bright future in Bitcoin and Crypto, why do many say that all the cryptos will disappear from market?

Maybe they are just the haters who spread bad news like that or it could be from people who try to manipulate the minds of crypto holders to gain their own benefit. If we do believe that crypto will last longer then we should ignore the negative news like that.
1410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: August 02, 2018, 01:08:51 PM
No i never think i am gambling expert because gambling will work to those who have luck, to the people who feel they are perfect gambling will lose more money through gambling. Gambling is not an easy way to make money and it is very hard to make money through gambling.

If we refer to positive profit as a reference in determining one's expertise in gambling, of course this will be very difficult to achieve. A gambler will look good when luck is on his side, but on the other hand, when luck is gone, he will look like, sorry, a fool. The ability to self control in gambling may be the right reference to use to determine the expertise of a gambler.
1411  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the usual mistakes that newbie traders usually do? on: August 02, 2018, 12:16:44 PM
Biggest mistakes are being too greedy, getting ito projects on fomo without any research and selling with a loss.

Frankly, to be greedy isn't just an issue for newbie, even professional traders can be greedy as well. The most common mistake for newbies may due to the lack of experience that caused them to be in panic situation when they see their investment down deeper. At such condition, newbies will cut the loss because of afraid to lose more money, which isn't good decision from my point of view.
1412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does crypto mean to you on: August 01, 2018, 07:41:20 PM
Crypto is more an asset to me because by saving it I can benefit when the price goes up. Crypto is also a tool that I use in gambling. Trading and gambling are two things that I can do with crypto until now. I wish I could use it for other things soon.
1413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i lost my private key of my etherdelta account on: August 01, 2018, 06:08:49 AM
To avoid the same mistake, it's better to keep our private key in a safer place. Write it on notepad and make some copies. Save the file on some other device so if we lose one, we still have the backup. Losing a private key and not having a backup is a disaster for us.
1414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What currencies do you gamble with? on: July 31, 2018, 05:00:21 PM
Most of the time, i used to gamble with the Bitcoin and Doge. It is a convenient way, for us to gamble because of the transaction are very fast compared to other coins. Some gambling websites will not allow us to invest in other cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin is the most widely used crypto on gambling sites. And it is not surprising that many gamblers use it as their main crypto in gambling affairs. Other coins can certainly be an alternative when bitcoin transactions are being slow as long as the site we use accepts it.
1415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: July 31, 2018, 10:59:47 AM
Quite gambling is quite yourself isn't right always. It's depends on your choice. Just stay patient and take a break from gambling life. Then meet & enjoy with other people. It may help some to quite gambling.

we don't have any reason to stay in the gambling games if we cannot win any money and it is better to quit and leave the games. I think if we decide to quit, then it means, we need to leave the games as soon as possible because the longer we are staying in that games, the more money we can lose and we cannot get it back again. but I agree that you need to take a break for a while and refresh your mind from any of gambling games and you can still come back in the other days.

The desire to chase losses will be difficult to avoid and can persuade people to continue to try to gamble to meet the satisfaction of the heart. If we are able to resist our inner desires, maybe we can leave gambling immediately.
1416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What you should do when you lose most of money? on: July 31, 2018, 09:48:00 AM
You will not be able to stay calm when losing money but it is important that you keep calm, not to sell off to lose your capital. Waiting is the best way when the market returns.

Impatience will surely come to our minds when we see our portfolio is in a downward trend. At such times, we tend to rush into decisions and usually the decisions we make do not match our first goal in investing. It is better if we leave our investment momentarily so that we are not wrong in making a decision and come back a few days later to check it out.
1417  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Volatility on: July 30, 2018, 06:29:10 PM
Is volatility over in cryptocurrencies? Nothing is moving.

Volatility will not come at any time. Prices can be stuck in a certain price range in a relatively long time. But in the future, prices will definitely move, both up or down, drastically. Let's wait!
1418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Really! Where is the fun at? on: July 30, 2018, 05:07:34 PM
Online gambling is a real salvation for a lot of people, who can't play in real life, but want to enjoy the game, such as introverts, or old people, who feel uncomfortable in casinos, being surrounded by much younger audience, people from countries, where gambling is prohibited (but they can risk and play using TOR/VPN), also for people, whose families are against gambling, and there might be also a group of people with poor health, who can't reach real world casinos. You may be right that playing in real life is more interesting, but not everyone can handle it.

True, we, the people who can not play in real casinos for several reasons, of course make online gambling as alternate. The chat room where we can share experiences to people with the same interest is a place where we can have a bit of fun.
1419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: July 30, 2018, 11:10:00 AM
It makes me laugh when I'm realizing my promises to myself to not gamble again whenever I'm losing in all in bet. After that when I have bitcoin again, I would think to gamble it first and ending up losing all of it  Cheesy Now I had control to myself but still gamble a few bets sometimes
You are not the only that struggles with these promises. You can neutralize yourself but you can never say that you will quit, right?  Grin

We may promise to stop shortly after experiencing bad things in gambling, but over time, the intentions will gradually be eroded by the dream of winning or the desire to pursue the loss that can arise at any time.  We can't just stop the activities we've been doing for so long.
1420  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you actually think major coins will be live in 2025? on: July 29, 2018, 09:52:41 AM
In my personal opinion only few coins like bitcoin, ethereum and few other coins will last that long, all other faster then bullet, partnership coins, and many other shitcoin will die. what you think?

Only few coins that available today will still have value in 2025. Most of the alts will be hard to survive due to lack of support but maybe the new coins will be created during that time hence the number of altcoin will still high I guess. Bitcoin and ethereum are the two coins that in my opinion will last longer.
