Why would anyone buy at inflated prices? Surely you would just buy at market rates, as determined by supply and demand, right?

Well quite a lot if you mined it when it was a "SHITCOIN". It's a bit like saying I don't want to work but I am entitled to money. ASIC miners forked out money and lets not forget without those ASICS, the network could would not be able to cope. The Buzz word of the wild crypto west is shitcoin, history shows us during the gold rush fortunes where made and lost. Did the guy who dug, get more riches from the gold he dug up or did the guy he wholesaled it to? |

No matter how much those hacks try to fuck with your freedoms, we will always find a way out and the cryptoworld will continue, with Bitcoin, the few good alts, and the lot of shitcoins altogether. This is unstoppable forever.

Nothing decentralised about a premine, IPO, Crowdfund, ICO, Presale.
Or POW. Millions of blocks mind by a handful of people in the early days of BTC. Satoshi has 5% minimum of all BTC that we know about  Depends what type of POW you are talking about. A long POW with the right difficulty targeting and with a number of pools on board it is fair. Early adopters are not always there in the long run. What about for people without mining rigs/ASICS? Or your grandchildren's children? Exchanges?? Buy it or Earn it. |

Every single coin, except bitcoin, is conceived, designed and developed with a main purpose, regardless of features or anything else: to make money for its developer. Andvthat money comes, logically, from the investirs. Not the real ones, mind you. The real ones buy large amounts directly from the developer at less than half the price you buy them from the exchanges. In the case of Bobsurplus and others, for free in many instances. Everything is done in the background. The regular individual investor has no chance and, in fact, is actually playing lotto... or russian roulette. Even when investing in established projects, such as NXT. All ICOS, by design, are scams. No exceptions: devs are putting their money from the right pocket and into the left one while keeping 90% or more of the coins and faking volume and investor interest to dump those free coins on noobs ... or cretins. Or both. The longer you hold the bigger the risk you are taking, of couse but, unless you are able to escape by pure luck with profits, you are just a mark. A walking target. A bagholder.
I disagree with the statement of every coin except bitcoin. I have no premine, no ico, no presale on BATA. It costs me money to run and my time. It is now out for everyone to have a fair chance of mining or obtaining them. Of course I will mine or purchase the coin as I go along. I am not here to sell the coin. I think people forget why bitcoin has become what it is and where it started from. |

in the crypto world, you either go fully legal legit business wise or totally under the radar, problem with most crypto business particularly exchanges, they kinda go partially legal, and only one thing dumber then going half legit, thats going half legit and based in the US  Or you go Decentralised. |
