1441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there gambling games/sports that suits a particular gender the more? on: February 04, 2023, 08:14:45 AM
Not all female gender plays Call of duty and shooter games, most I have come across do not like such type of games, when it comes to gambling and casino games females are more into slot games, Black jack, Bingo, etc, some women are into sports and they like taking bets on football, volleyball, basketball and even golf but such women are not that much in numbers.
1442  Economy / Trading Discussion / Why I will never trust top exchanges on: February 04, 2023, 07:20:07 AM
Weeks ago Binance admits to the mistake of storing users funds in a collateral wallet, is this not why they passed the Reserve Audit?🤦 All they have to do is just move crypto assets that belongs to exchange users into their collateral wallet and pass the audit and avoid getting caught. Then they go on Twitter and make a tweet that "Funds are Safu".

https://dailyhodl.com/2023/01/24/binance-admits-to-mistake-of-storing-its-users-crypto-assets-inside-collateral-wallet-report/

I believe the came out in the open before someone else does, to keep their reputation in checked.

As for the auditors, they don't even know how to audit in the first place, or is it right to say that exchanges just know how to get smarter than auditors?

Anyway, it's easier for them to meddle with users funds and do what they feel like, FTX Sam was caught doesn't mean he is the only bad actor, others aren't pure as well.

No matter what you plan to do on centralised exchanges, do not trust them.
1443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Act local and think global on: February 04, 2023, 07:07:06 AM
Today too many people are in worries about Bitcoin adoption, they want to see the global adoption happens overnight, that is impossible, I had some chats yesterday within a mist of friends and they are talking about how they don't notice any fast global bitcoin adoption, I told them that it won't happen instantly.

Bitcoin came into the world in 2009 and so far it's been doing so well. My last piece of advice to them is that Bitcoin adoption starts with us, let's forget about the global side, how many people have you lectured about Bitcoin this year locally, I asked.

The same thing goes out to all of us on here, every part we take locally will have a big impact on Bitcoin adoption, never get tired of spreading the news, it's worthy.
1444  Economy / Speculation / Re: My fear in fall of Bitcoin. on: February 03, 2023, 04:06:29 PM
God damn, newbie you need to adjust yourself, I can't even understand a thing, Bitcoin can't go higher just like the previous year? What previous year did Bitcoin failed to go higher?

The higher the number of people that get into Bitcoin the better it's value will be, I thing you need to learn about Bitcoin from scratch, if you believe you know anything about Bitcoin you are wrong.

I don't know if you can understand this picture ...

This is currently where we are right now, I am not saying you should buy Bitcoin because it's a good time to buy, you need to know what you are using your money to buy, so some readings about bitcoin first.
1445  Economy / Economics / Re: Is taking a loan/debt addicted ? on: February 03, 2023, 03:14:02 PM
In my country as a borrower, you have to pay an extra percentage on the amount you borrowed and if you fail to pay back in time your percentage will start to increase, it will get to a point where cops will be on the hunt for you if you vanished or the lenders can't reach you on phone.

I have seen friends and families getting addicted to taking loans for businesses and some doesn't end well, they took loans and it turn to massive debt. When you take a loan to invest in a business you can't be sure that the business will prosper because everything is risky.
1446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Charitable Casinos on: February 03, 2023, 01:49:57 PM
There is a motherless babies home in my state and a well-known figure who owns three gambling outlets in the city wants to donate, the catholic father who is managing this motherless babies home refused the donation, it seems they have something against gambling den owners or something, this is why I thing your idea won't help, maybe in very limited countries that don't care but the majority won't accept, maybe it's the law rules or something with religion, that I can't figure out.
1447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why running NFTs on Bitcoin blockchain is a dumb idea. on: February 02, 2023, 05:05:57 PM
I don't have anything against NFTs because I don't even buy them, good for those that sees or develop interest in NFTs but bring this to Bitcoin will just ruin the permissionless open-source project, I like meme coins and I have a few bags of them, it will suck seeing such on Bitcoin blockchain, I believe such trashes are better off on other blockchain projects like Ethereum and Polygon. I can never imagine a day that I will invest my hard earned money on any Jpeg of a cartoonish character, it will never happen.
1448  Economy / Economics / Re: Keeping money and keeping bitcoins? are they similar? on: February 02, 2023, 04:26:52 PM
To me one is more valuable than the other, in my local currency it sucks to keep your Fiat in the bank, some may say that Fiat is more safer in the banks but not in my country, unnecessary charges and deduction of your money is very common and also the value of the Fiat decrease in time, holding Bitcoin gives me peace of mind more than holding my Fiat in the bank, 80% of all my money are in crypto and the 20% are in Fiat for survival.
1449  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Throw more light to the associated risks involved than just the profits. on: February 02, 2023, 03:24:17 PM
Any newbie will easily fall for the same strategy of buying high but you did well by telling him to hold, even if he is not prepared for this there is no other way unless he is willing to leave with his losses.

I know someone too who was told by another person that Luna can be mined through a platform, and you all know that Luna was never a PoW algorithm project I told him it's a scam, he avoid my warnings and still went ahead, someone created a Ponzi scheme and told people to go buy Luna and deposit on the platform and click on a fake mining tab, thing is when it got to his own turn to cash out the platform seized to exists.

The funny thing is Luna crashed a month later... This person knew I was into crypto before him yet he choose to follow a stranger's advice.
1450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: really no kyc crypto casino on: February 02, 2023, 02:16:32 PM
Well im planing to deposit decent amount of eth and make sports bets, but i really prefer no kyc casino/sports bet.
Most of casinos that i tried with clearly wriitwn NO KYC still asks for docs even for 0.0002btc withdrawal.
Does anyone know normal no kyc casino without bs?
so far i tried vave.com , they are good,  but who knows what will happen if you withdraw more than 1k, maybe annoying kyc procedures will begin trough email.
Anyone tried cloudbet? or bitcoin.com games?

Vave does ask KYC they just fucked me with multi accounting. They are NO anonymous book:

https://prnt.sc/kld7tXtAWAQ3

May I ask why you went ahead to create multiple accounts in the first place? What is so good about multiple accounts on a gambling platform? Also why don't you spend some time reading the gambling platform rules and regulation? Every online casinos have indifferent sets of rules and before opening double accounts and deposition on the accounts you should have checked, you are pretty fucked, like you've said.
1451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My dream has become a reality on: February 01, 2023, 10:35:57 AM
Congrats on achieving your dream, I am trying to work towards such a dream in my locality too, I have a big wine store and I have already start accepting bitcoin payments, the result is not that good but at least people are seeing it, the road to adoption doesn't always happen over, some are curious what Bitcoin is while some don't even bother to ask, I will try to improve more, maybe create a sign board but that's after I am sure that Bitcoin is legal in my country.
1452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Is it advisable to stay away from yield farming in a bear market? on: February 01, 2023, 09:06:39 AM
We all know how lucrative yield farming can be if you choose the right DEFI platform but my question is when is the right time for a newbie to start Yield Farming? A bearish market or a bullish market? My second question is what risks comes with Yield farming? I have once heard from a popular figure in crypto space that the beginning of a bull market is when staking and yield farming makes sense but how true? I haven't done this before.
1453  Economy / Gambling / Looking for paying online casinos for refer on: February 01, 2023, 08:17:18 AM
I started earning money online before crypto through affiliate marketing and other, I still have my tools and I feel like taking the next step to crypto and online casino, I am looking for list of online casinos that pays people for referring other people even if they have to make deposits first, what is important to me is finding the highest paying ones as I have ways of promoting that I believe will not fail me or waste my time, also is there anyone into this type of side income thing? 1454  Economy / Gambling / Re: I accidentally deposited to self-excluded stake.com account. on: February 01, 2023, 07:44:55 AM
Exactly, I just forgot that I had a self exclusion.
That sounds exactly like the reason why you choose to protect yourself by self-excluding yourself.
Man you are so mean 😂😂😂, it seems this fellow will keep self-excluding himself everywhere, very funny..

I do feel pity for him, in this case the only person that can help you is the stake dot com team, you need to get their attention one way or the other, have you try to reach them on their telegram group? I believe that's the fastest way to get attention.

I do some research right now, they have Facebook and twitter link available on their website, there is also a community forum where you can create a topic about this problem, hope they help you out.

1455  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin halving dates in one graph on: January 31, 2023, 01:26:14 PM
In few more years Bitcoin will become extremely rare to come by, maybe that will be a wake-up call for the unbelievers, some hit a BTC block on a pool weeks ago with roughly 12TB of mining hash rate, this block consists of 6.25 BTC, I believe this persons is now rich if they can just hold till the next bull season. It's crazy how some people are so lucky in this world lol.
1456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My greatest fear about Bitcoin Halving. on: January 31, 2023, 11:01:33 AM
I will be more concerned about how big the next bull run will be, not what will happen after the next Bitcoin halving, moreover in the past halving event Bitcoin did not surge instantly, it still takes weeks to a few months before we start seeing big bullish momentum, I believe that's what will happen again, a BTC block right now consists of 6.25BTC and after the halving, it will go down to 3.1BTC.

When scarcity meets demand the sky is the limit.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Scammers are good at using the most hyped utility on: January 31, 2023, 08:44:41 AM
There are over dozens of meme coins that are now almost dead or dead already because they are the most trending hype in last bull market.

Today the next big thing is called Artificial intelligence and as a coinmarkcap user I am seeing many new A.I projects, I investigate two newly listed on CMC and I found out they are rubbish,  it seems the Doge and INU race is over, now it's A.I call for scammers.

Most new projects listing on CMC are now having _____ AI name, for example AkitaAI, StableAI etc, there is nothing to be expected of these new projects, they are here to grab some attention that won't last and they will make tons of money doing so, it's always the money race.
1458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I will invest in bitcoin for my child's cost when they grow up. on: January 30, 2023, 02:52:37 PM
There is nothing wrong with this plan but how sure are you that you will be alive that long to see your kids get married or something? I dont wish you bad but if you want the best for your kids you should teach them about crypto while you are still alive, what is the use of buying Bitcoin and when you are not here anymore they can't even sell.

I think a better plan is to teach your woman first, just in case, you may not be around while your kids are still very small, teach a trusted adult like your wife, and when you live to see your kids grow you can teach them later.

Whatever plans you have always think about when death comes knocking, no one lives forever and no one know when their time will be up.
