Crawford vs Spence fight would be a interesting and crazy since both fighters are have same boxing styles and their speed on fighting is same level as Manny Pacquiao. This fight has been talked about for a long time and I hope it will happen. However, both sides are not interested on this fight because of the money, they not interested on the rewards because it is so small unlike in Pacman vs Mayweather. It will not happen if only one party agree to fight, most importantly, there should already be a contract, otherwise, this fight is not gonna happen and they will only let us continue to make hype of this fight. Crawford is willing but it seems like Spence has no answer from it, if he has, it's not specific or confirming that the fight will happen. Yeah, finally. I just don't like how Russ boastful gestures with just one win. They have to win more. Two losses now for the Warriors team. This is not normal and they were up against a Detroit Pistons team.
They will surely be more intense in their next game against the Miami Heat. I will be expecting them to win this one and avoid a 3rd losing streak.
I'll probably back the Warriors against the Heat when they meet again, because that game would probably require a better preparation from for the Warriors, I don't want to say the Warriors were caught off guard or they were over confident because Detroit Pistons were literally just so solid and earned the win for themselves. Based on the stats, Heat is not a good home team as they only have 1-3 home record, however, Warriors are worst since they are 0-3 on the road, so if they'll win they will have their first win. I think there would be no team in the league right now who will accept Westbrook if in case the Lakers will choose to trade him. I guess it's just too late.
There will always be a team that will sign Russell Westbrook but not the same as what the Lakers offered him. It's a good catch if teams can get him at a fair price. During the off-season, there are lots of trade packages offered from other teams that the Lakers received for Westbrook but none of those satisfy them because as reported, part of the Westbrook deal should also include some of the future first-round picks of the Lakers which seems a bad idea to risks with. Therefore, instead of pushing trading Westbrook, they keep the current roster intact for this season and that's what we are seeing right now. As I said before, trading Westbrook depends on how the team will behave this season. I'm thinking that the decision of trading Westbrook will be finalized after seeing their progress in the mid-half of the season. He will be traded if there's a good package from other teams who are also interested to get him to without risking the Lakers future draft picks, currently, Westbrook's salary is too high for other teams especially when his performance doesn't synch well with the price of his contract. Anderson Silva had to walk back comments he made today in an interview when he said his sparring partner had knocked him out twice in last Friday’s sparring session. He now says that he misspoke because English is not his native language. Apparently there were some concerned individuals that were considering having Silva pull out of the fight. True or not, it sounds like Silva has been getting his ass kicked by his sparring partner. Good news for Jake Paul fans I guess. I just hope when all is said and done that Silva is happy and healthy.
This fight isn't technically licensed pro boxing is it? I'm assuming that the rules for exhibition stuff like this versus official pro-boxing are different in terms of concussion protocol stuff. If he really did get knocked out twice by his sparing partner, one, he probably shouldn't be fighting period, and two..that's some scary concussion stuff to have to worry about. However I guess at the end of the day all these guys know they are taking huge risk for having mush for brains in their latter years. It's a pro bout. Silva has also recently been fighting as a pro and won both his fights last year, the last being against Tito Ortiz so I don't think you have to worry about Silva. Crawford is really in an odd situation if he remains a free agent. He is not Canelo that can easily jump to any promoters and networks but still dictates everything in the deal. If he fights the WBO number 1 contender, the undefeated banger Vergil Ortiz Jr., it will be promoted by Golden Boy and DAZN will televise it. Highly risky for Bud with no legacy returns except money. Ortiz is a superstar in the making. Huge fanbase and is a very charismatic guy. I believe Crawford-Ortiz will beat all of Spence's previous PPV buys. But Crawford can also move up to 154 and hunt for his 4th division title but he seriously needs a promoter to depend on.
I'm also thinking the same way, I also thought that a unification fight between Crawford and Spence is the next thing to happen when Bud haven't re-sign with Bob Arum. And Crawford knows that if he is not that active and suddenly he will have a fight with Spence, then it will take more time for him to train and be back in form 100%. It's a great start for 2023 two have two of the tough fighters in the superwelterweight, Tim Tszyu deserves to have a crack at the title he has a good record and a good rating I remember him knocking out Jeff Horn, that was the first time I watched him fight his fighting style is similar to his father and he also has a good chin and hard puncher, but I have Jermell with a slight advantage against Tszyu, this is a very tough fight to predict.
charlo can KO with one punch, its highly fair to say betting him by stoppage. that is if he can find a spot to stop Tim from pressuring him. charlo will be the favored by bookmakers. a lot will probably pick him to win but i'd not also be surprise if he lose either. after Tim beating Horn, he really made a good run knocking the rest at 154. That is also the probable result I'm seeing, I know that this Tim is not an easy boxer to defeat and so does his record said but I reckon Charlo can find that correct timing to give that knockout punch that will end the fight instantly. The Brooklyn Nets lost against the Memphis Grizzlies. Desmond Bane is the guy who did most of the damage, especially in the 2nd half where he made 32 points while Ja Morant never stops to amaze his fans with 38 points and 4/6 from downtown. He's doing better in shooting threes than the previous year. Defenders cannot just leave him alone behind the arc. I am really sad for Ben Simmons, I think the officials are targeting him. The 5th foul was questionable already and he just spent 1 minute in the game then the 6th foul happened which made Coach Nash furious. Good sportsmanship from Kyrie after the game. The Brooklyn Nets haven't started well into the league this year, either. To be honest Memphis is a good team, Ja Morant and Bane's performance was pretty good. I think it's one of the best playing teams of the year. But the Brooklyn Nets also have a pretty good roster. Despite this, I think it's a bit sad that they are losing the match, actually Irving and Durant are playing very well, but these performances are not enough to win the match  Both stars are really performing but the chemistries around still not reflecting for the entire squad, Even Kyrie and KD will score a lot if the defense and the support for other role players to help ain't their Nets will continue to lose games. They need to work things out and create additional game play not just to rely on the stars but more on ball movement and how they will execute the play. Exactly, they won't be winning many games right now if that's their current play. Kyrie and Durant may contribute a total of 80+ points per game but that won't be enough to bring the team to a win if the ball is just circulating to these two superstars, they need another contributor to help the team in each game.  Based on sportsbet.io many people are bet Silva win by KO rather than decision, while people are guess Paul will likely win via decision rather than KO, this is indeed funny. I'm more interested to bet Jake Paul via KO for few dollars because the odds is juicy. It's not really worth for me to bet by Moneyline, Jake Paul was an underdog before, but when the fight get closer, now Paul is the favorited in this fight. Wow! Thanks for sharing this mate, indeed you're right, the moneyline is not that worth it to bet on. But look at that draw, the odds is so juicy and maybe I'll throw a few, we never know So, Jake Paul here is the favorite and that's reasonable enough because the man started his journey in the ring and this fight will happen in the ring too, so the bookies are putting him in the throne as he have the sport advantage. But considering Silva, he is not a beginner in this sports too and if we're talking experience, he surely had the higher hand because he had experience two sports. Yeah back to backs are nothing to mess with in betting. The coach tends to give players a little more down time so it's more second squad doing the heavy lifting.

I forgot to input my bets yesterday. Suns vs Warriors at halftime. I caught a bet of Warriors +3.5 during the first quarter while the Warriors are still down by 6, iirc. But now they are down by 6 again and the line didn't change.  The Pelicans still manage a win against the Mavs despite not having their stars. Wow. Final score: 134-105 in favor of Phoenix Suns, it was a 29 point play and the Suns have won all 4 quarters without giving the Warriors a chance to have their own turn. Klay Thompson was ejected on the game after playing less than 20 minutes because of their heated conversation with Devin Booker. But the Pelicans though, they are still too powerful even without Ingram and Zion as they defeated the Dallas Mavericks, even Luka was overwhelmed of their strength. This will be an interesting season folks, the Pelicans are so confident these days knowing that their stars are on the works with them. Just not with this game. They will be facing the Suns next. |
