No. Strict rules help avoid having cheaters on the campaign which in turn is good for you (the participant), the bounty manager and the project owners.
No offense to any bounty hunter here, but, there are plenty out there who would not think twice in exploiting any loopholes in the rules and tasks on any bounty campaign just to be able to gain a little advantage.
Having these strict rules and tasks would mean only those who are sincere and serious in promoting the project will remain.
Also, as long as the rewards are up to the standards or even higher, I don't see why it isn't appropriate to make harder and a bit more complicated tasks. 

"Target 4 billion users globally" - that's a lot of numbers.
You guys have this huge amount of user base already? Doesn't a user have to download your app before they can earn? So, 4 Billion users have already downloaded it?
Or these numbers are just put in place for marketing and pure theoretical?

Hmm. It is not about how popular it is in your country. Utilizing LinkedIn would greatly help you and your team reach clients globally.
Also, having a LinkedIn profile promotes the authenticity of your team member's identities which means, transparency; Plus it helps to make your team look more professional.

This way, not only you guys could potentially get more clients but also, bounty managers will have a more clear reference as to who's working within your "team".

It isn't easy getting a new campaign to manage nowadays.
Aside from tough competition; companies/startups are not keen on running a bounty campaign these days which probably has something to do with the current Covid-19 pandemic problems we are all facing.

I hunt alt accounts within any campaigns I managed by cross-checking their addresses and finding connections such as pooling tokens/eth into some address; rarely, I check their social media channels (such as on Youtube) as sometimes fake accounts/channel can easily be created which I think this time (through the enlightenment of bubablex's post) is not the case.

I just checked some of their Video review entries on the campaign I have managed and true enough, different people pop up and speaks directly in front of the camera. Some of which are familiar faces (from the photo peteranh910 have shared).

I've removed my neg trust to the accused accounts (it doesn't have any weight anyways  ) and also put some note on my report (and edited it a bit); but, the whole report will remain; this is just to remind them not to do similar acts such as pooling tokens/coins into one address or using similar social media accounts because it can be grounds for alt-account farming accusations.

Nothing wrong with sharing information bro. It's also a great way of helping.

You, posting here is proof enough of "you being on Bitcointalk"  I'm not sure, what's your point here.
I'll tell you why.
All of the accounts I've mentioned are all enrolled on a bounty campaign which I have managed (Geoma DAO).
Seeing as those accounts shared the same connections (pooled their tokens into one address), I suspect that only 1 (one) person is using those accounts; with that, he/she broke the rule within the bounty campaign; All participants are prohibited to enroll multiple accounts.

Disqualifying those accounts on the bounty campaign for cheating won't be enough; so, tagging them would be sufficient to avoid similar accounts joining other bounty campaigns and cheating again.
That right there is the reason why I posted the report.
Great photo. But then again, it doesn't prove anything. One can simply take a groupie with their friends and make it an excuse something like "we are a bounty team". Old excuses. We've heard that before, so, no, my report won't be deleted.

Note: Some evidence has been presented by the accused accounts [HERE] stating they're a team of Vietnamese bounty hunters who usually joins similar bounty campaigns and pooling their tokens into one address. Take that piece of info into consideration if you plan on tagging them (whoever you are reading this).

Having partnership is one thing, but they would need to do more than that to gain new users (which I think they badly need right now).
I think now is a great time to rev-up their marketing plans and put it into action especially when most people these past few days are just a home and always online (lockdowns, quarantines and all).

I see you've built your website now but it seems it is still a work in progress 'cause some pages are still blank.
I hope in due time you'll add info about your team, whitepaper, and an achievable roadmap.
As for the token's use case; a token for charities and social causes isn't all a bad idea, but this has to be accompanied with utmost transparency especially on where or to whom those donations would go.

Sure, the name has already been popularized but only as a meme, not an actual token that would have any market value.
Like I said, if your aim is just to build the website for fun, then go for it, nobody is stopping you.
But, if there will be money involve such as trying to ask people to invest in this token, then, that's a hard No.
