for projects airdrops are very beneficial. But for the participants, its now a days really becoming worthless. As you said, for one of the projects the airdrops tokens deposited were so less that it even could not meet the withdrawal criteria. To withdraw the received tokens members need to buy more tokens. Isn’t it funny?
For projects they are getting more investors due to social media advertising by airdrop participants but I personally feel it’s not an good idea.
Only when I participate in bounty, I participate in airdrop. Otherwise its very difficult to keep track for almost nothing.

At the moment there is kind of flood of scam projects and exchanges and wallets hacking news. All these situations are creating nothing but loss of investor's money. For not having regulations, there is no authority to check the upcoming projects legit. With regulations not only investors’ confidence will increase in crypto market but will definitely attract new investors which will help increasing the entire market capitalization.
What are your thoughts on regulation topic and when to do think its possible to apply? will there be any negative effects to the market as well?

Till now in my previous articles, we have seen how blockchain technology is bringing different idea or concept in the cryptocurrency world. We have seen with my article about the transformation of advertising media, content management system, supply chain management and even the petroleum industry in blockchain technology.

With this article, let’s go back in the past. Whatever platforms are moving to blockchain technology, this is nothing but they have moved their assets from real to digital form via blockchain technology.

But how tokenization is possible?
Today’s world is of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies based on that platform. The revolution of blockchain technology is steering the entire range of industries and kind of forcing them to transform their products or assets in the form of tokens using blockchain technology.

Today, everywhere we see assets. The examples of few assets are, real estate, stocks, gold, oil and so on. These assets are quite complex to transfer or define into a physical format. A great solution to this problem is blockchain technology. With the use of blockchain technology, such not so easy transferable assets can be transformed into digital form or system.

This is called nothing but tokenization of assets.

Faster transaction speeds, low operational costs, transparency and enhance security features of blockchain technology are attracting almost every industry to move towards tokenisation.

Due to this there is a huge growing interest in tokenization of assets. But still there is not much attention to the tokenization and its implication, because it's not yet fully understood by the projects. At the moment, financial institutions are working towards how they can move the real assets to digital assets which will be residing on blockchain technology i.e tokenization. However, there is a challenge to keep the connection between a token and an asset.

Looking at the above problems and challenges, there is a necessity of a platform or ecosystem which can help the transformation of these assets into digital form via blockchain technology.

Bull run can not be predicted at the moment because so many  ups and downs are happening regarding crypto world.For markets I should say no bulls without bears and no bears without bulls.
I think still the situation is not that much good by which we can say that bull run has come.
Markets are raising high due to some news and again going down.
At the moment from my point of view, hold is the best option.

I think, there is large difference between Airdrop and bounty. Airdrop is one time task which happens usually initial stage of project to attract more community members, users, investors and so on.
On the other side, bounty tasks are daily or weekly until the end of ICO or given specific weeks’ time. If we compare 1 single task of bounty and airdrop, then its definitely higher reward by airdrop but if we look t the time stamp, bounty will definitely give you more earnings. Also, with bounty you have additional tasks like article/blog writing,YouTube video campaign and signature campaign, which will give you most handsome reward than any other social media tasks.

Yes, Steemit Inc announced that 70% of their employees were laid-off due to the company restructuring. It is clear that there are major issues at the company. This mainly happened due to the entire cryptocurrency market downtrend. The price of STEEm has dropped more tha 90%, decereasing the overall market capitalization.
If the main moto is to write ust articles, I prefer Medium. This is one of the best platforms.ther options are Dtube, Sphere,futurepia, Sapien(I am using Sapien at the moment and the experience is really great), yours.org and so on.

Today, its very difficult to find legit projects. We have to keep away ourselves from scam projects.At the beginning of any project, it's really difficult to identify if the project is scam or legit.
Many times we get attracted and inspired by the project idea, it's website, and very large number of community members in telegram.
Now a days every system, idea, concept can be transformed into blockchain technology ecosystem. It's very much possible to design a very good looking website with lot of graphics in it. I have seen there are thousands of boots possible in telegram community.
So if we feel the project is good, we have to get ourselves engaged daily in community discussions. This will keep us updated about project specifically the development part. We also consider at what stage product development is.
If we have technical knowledge (I don't have), GitHub code also can give better idea about project. One example I can give here is MultiVAC. I am engaged in this project so much and due to that get updated on their daily development updates, team members information, any events they have and so on.
One of the thing I have observed that if any product is already existing and through a project they are migrating to blockchain technology, it's most likely genuine project. For example, Bankera.
There are many other factors which  can be checked to know if any project is good by or not.
I see a solution to scam projects, Regulations to cryptocurrency and ICOs. Hope the situation will be better in near future.

Yes. May be, but should not be.
In such a uncertain situation of cryptocurrencies or rather I specifically mention of bounties, it's not possible or feasible to earn enough for bread and butter through income only from bounty tasks.
For example you earn lot of or thousands of coins from one project due to bounty, but what will be the price  after few months after when you try to sell?
Also now a days, bounty is earning in pennies.
Looking at these points, it always better to have some fixed income system like job!
However while working , one should continue or you should continue doing bounty tasks. This will feel you relax and also with free mind(only time will west if nothing to loose in worst scenario), you can do better.

For me if we compare ETH and BNB,I would like to go with ETH.
At the moment I still see Etherium is the leader of projects coming to blockchain technology. There are projects building their own blockchain, but I haven't seen projects to other onown existing blockchain ( at least I don't know). Etherium blockchain is much scalabe to adapt decentralized large scale applications.
Etherium is working agresively towards scaling solutions to increase adaptation by dapps. Also concentrating deeply on sharding techniques which will increase transactions per second to a great extent.
Launch of web 3.0, d apps store will definitely bring Etherium to new highs in future, no doubt on that.
On the other hand, BNB is in the development stage at the moment and in terms of market capitalization, far behind the ETH.

wallets are also possible to get hacked. No difference in wallet and exchanges. Recent news about myethr wallets, private keys were stolen. Best way to keep us aways from these kind of hacks is one, we should store our cryptos in diffeerent i.e. more than two exchanges. Doing this we can surely minimize the risk getting stolen our cryptos.
Second thing is using harware wallets. This is quite difficult or in other words, impossible to hack. But only if our investment is more than the price of hardware wallet, this is afforrdable.

I think your second point also comes under regulation topic. Once the reulations are applied on the projects there will be mny mandatory formalities which projects need to follow.
But still, regulation topic is under discussion and no one knows when it will be implemented. Till the time, from our side we have to be more cautious selecting the projects for investment purpose. For hacking alsos we have to ensure that our investment is diversified. Here i mean to say diversification in terms of exchanges. Using different exchanges, we can lower the risk of our cryptos getting stolen.

You are right.
There are two factors:
From my point of view, Bitcoin was once kind of altcoins as we see today. If the project has that much potential, it will surely give awesome returns. Of today, we are at loss means tomorrow or in near future we will be in profit. At this stage, we can consider the situation as an opportunity to accumulate more. Long term investment gives good profit for sure.
Second thing,
In this world of rapidly developing technology, there could be a situation that some projects may become outdated. So we have to be very careful and need to keep ourselves up to date on the current news and updates.
We have also to decide how long we can wait until the price rise? Or our investment could become zero.

Hi, Good article though. From my point of view blogging is still part of bounties. I have not seen any blogging work which gets you rewarded aprt from bounty campaigns. Regarding the crypto jobs, at the moment most valuable posts are at the moments are advisors an dcommunity members. To be an advisor, one should have good knowledge and ecperience in blockchain technology. I we can donate few hours consistantly, community manager is also good option. But I think we can not do this while working. At the meoment, to become bounty manger(managing end to end bounty program) is also a good opportunity to earn cryptocurrency.
My favorites are bounty campains and airdrops. Though, at the moment I feel airdrops are not worthy as it used to be.
