1461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch gambling problem and Sliker issue on: September 19, 2022, 10:49:52 PM

Will this be the straw that will finally break the Camel's back and will force Twitch to ban gambling streams?
I hope it does.
If there would be some petitions specially if its on big or huge scale then Twitch might consider on having that ban but so far if they arent getting that much complaint then they would just let those people do continue on what they are doing.
If we do speak about ethical or not then it would always boils down on someones perspective, view or opinion. It isnt really just right that you would be having that sort of online begging
just for you to make out some sports betting.
Somehow, these people wont make out to have some bets if there were no people been sending some money.
1462  Economy / Economics / Re: How to be more effective working remotely. on: September 19, 2022, 09:40:31 PM
Working from home has actually become a double-edged sword to a lot of workers. It would have been better if working from home remains to have fixed time setup. The problem is that there isn't to many workers. I have heard of complaints from teachers here in my place that working from home has actually made them a lot busier than it was when they worked at school. They're now heavily loaded that the time they're spending working has actually increased. So while you're working from the comforts of your home, it isn't a big deal since you're still too absorbed in your work.
Well, it might give an advantage for some but for others, it may end up ineffective. Especially if you have other responsibilities to be done at home, then your main job will be compromised and become less priority. The reason why some workers still want to go out and work in their own working places because that’s the only way that they can focus to finish their jobs without the intervention of others.
When working remotely then the main thing that would really be affected is about socialism + health which would really be both of those things will really be making some adjustment which you should really be that watchful specially into your health and since there's no much activity nor movement you would really be making then it would be sensible that for you to take care of your health at least then basic exercise is needed.
Its true that working from home does really give out that convenience but its true that there are people who doesnt really like on having this system but rather much preferred on dealing with other co-workers
which they can make out some interaction rather than making themselves been spoiled on their own homes.Well, it does really vary on someones preference and options.
1463  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading gambling in another form? on: September 16, 2022, 09:45:01 PM
Gambling is betting something valuable on an uncertainty outcome right? Isn't this the same with Trading?/i mean even pro traders said out of 10 trades you can lose 4 and win 6, is this not a form of gambling? I had this argument with few of my friends that are traders some hours ago and I will like to here from you all what hou think about this.
If you develop a system and have a record book of your trades in which you can prove a 60% win probability over a sample space of say 100 Trades, then it's definitely not Gambling. Gambling just has 49% probability of winning over a longer term which means there are 100% chances you will end up losing money over a 100 or let's say 1000 gambles sample because of the House Edge. In trading first thing that you can do is have a risk-reward ratio to ensure that you are losing less on bad trades and winning more on winning trades with this even 60% of correct trades can give you 50-60% ROI on your money. But yes if you are doing it blindly just buying and selling then obviously it's nothing less than a form of gambling.
Trying out your best on having that 60% chance of winning rather than on going below 50 but it doesnt mean that you are already doing gambling because as long you do put up any analysis and in depth application of

those things that you do have learned then it isnt really something that you can called gambling. Both things are entirely different because if you do make out some trades without having any analysis
that backs up on it then you are just doing gambling.

Trading does have that risk which is normal because in every investment that we do really engage, then there's always comes a risk.
1464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some of the legalities behind hosting an offshore casino? on: September 16, 2022, 08:37:59 PM
How does one who lives in a gambling restricted country legally get around owning an online casino that features provably fair mechanics? Are there things that most don't know when stepping into the business?

Thank you, all.
If you do pertain yourself as a business owner and knowing that there are some prohibitions or legal issues of such business that you are tending to build then it would be better not to bother yourself on doing so.

If you dont like on getting involved with some legal actions or something related or totally trying to avoid those headaches then its better not to stress yourself out but if you are really that eager then there's way.

Provably fair mechanics or other related things wont be a problem but rather you should mind off first about legality aspect.
1465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin should u mine right now? on: September 15, 2022, 10:47:42 PM
It is a bear market trend, so I think buying directly on the market is the most beneficial.  Mining it raw is good, yes but buying them will solve us maintenance expenses and other stuff.  Besides if we buy, it is a guaranteed coins/token while if we mine, we need time, pool mining might be helpful but at the current price it points that Buying is way better.

Considering ETH, I think pointing your hashes to ETC  is a good move.
It do all matters with calculation but if you dont bother yourself with mining expenses like electricity cost and other maintenance or related to set up then go ahead and mind.
But if you dont like all the hassles then its better to buy directly with the coin and its true that since the market is on bearish trend now then it wouldnt really be that too expensive on acquiring those.
Sometimes, mining isnt all about making profits or money but also it do pertains on someones interest and dedication on how to learn up on doing mining or simply saying this isnt always on money talks.
Mining a particular coin will really be depending on you but in most cases they would be sticking into those most common top ranking coins including Bitcoin of course.
1466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bonus Abuse: Who is to Blame? on: September 15, 2022, 09:47:31 PM
The casino is in the right position to control and regulate whatever goes on on the site, and if ther are any abuses of the bonus system, then the casino is in the right position to bring things to others. We had hard one of two cases of site bonus abuse in the past and the resultant effect on the casino was massive to the point that some of them run into a lot of troubles from such abuse.
When abuse happens then it would really be giving out significant effects on a casino not only on financial aspect but also into its reputation which would really be also be affected on these kind of incident.

No one else would be blamed but the casino on why they hadnt really checked out those security measures for them to avoid such incident. There's always those people who would really be taking advantage

whenever they do see opportunities which they could really make abuse actions if ever they do see one thats why it do always falls down on casinos security on the first place.

The effect won't be felt by the casino on the spot and in the process, there will be always some sort of people who will take advantage of it and abuse the system while the casino and the team behind it didn't know. Sooner or later, the casino's finance team will start asking questions why they are losing huge when in fact their system is programmed in casino's favor.

By the time the finance team spots the puzzle, it will be too late because they have already lost and it will be much better to hire another team that is more competent that the previous team.
In most cases then this would be the scenario where something cant be detected on point until finances would really be making some huge hit or decline. This is the time they would really be making checking but its true

that it is already late and had been withdrawn already. This is why some casinos does have manual confirmation or verification whenever some players do pull out huge amount withdrawals.Yeah, it sucks on having this

but i cant blame them out on why they do have this kind of procedure but most of the time we would always prefer on having instant withdraw no matter what the amount is.
1467  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the Mt. Gox coins affect Bitcoin’s price in August? on: September 15, 2022, 08:39:50 PM
And then we went to $18k and the possibility of another lower lows, but it seems the market has bounce back above $19k but it was not a relief.

Maybe the news really affected us a bit because we remain below the threshold of the whole numbers - $20k. So the best thing now is to observed whether we can touch $19,700 at least this week so the pressure of selling might be taken off at least this weekend.

The news about the release of MT. Gox bitcoin which will start this month will play a huge factor in the next trend of Bitcoin.  I think this news will greatly affect the market because of the possible new volume of BTC to flocks in the sell order of Bitcoin market and might push the price of BTC even lower.  Another thing is the pressure of the next rate hike of FED as stated by Swordsoffreedom.  It looks like Bitcoin will possibly fall under 17k this month.  I hope it won't happen though.

I don't think the mtgox funds are going to start being distributed this month.  They just finalized claims.  More likely we will be given a page to select which payout we want (early or full) and then that process will likely go on for 3-6 months before they start distributing.  Just my opinion, it could be wrong.  I don't think anyone is going to get any funds from mtgox this month though, or next.  We have to decide what payout we want before the trustee can do anything and given that claims took almost 10 years to finalize, I don't see payout types being finalized instantly.

And since we are now in the second week of September, it seems that this news have been forgotten already. And if in fact it did have some effect, we definitely didn't feel it as the loom and doom prediction of $10,000 didn't happen. On the contrary, the price reaches another milestones in $22,000 and up.

So we will see if there is another news about the Mt. Gox coins being being dumped in the market. It might be a slow process or maybe the trustee knows that it will have a bad effect on the price right now, so much better like it will be in the next 3-6 months.
When Mt.Gox announced the release of BTC in August, there was a mixed reaction in the market. And I also think the market has fallen further due to this effect. But at current prices experienced people will never think of selling it. In that case the market will not be affected much. It will recover soon.
Not that much i should say yet there might be some price decrease but it was really just like an ordinary day.How about on the current decrease that we do have now on Bitcoin price as of this moment?

What are the news and sentiments around that we are seeing? None right? It does mean that market could move out without the need of any fundamentals around. This is what make things even more harder
to speculate and presume out on what would be the next movement of Bitcoin.

Now that we are on September it seems out that Mt.Gox talks had been out already or didnt really get that much mention lately.
1468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: September 15, 2022, 07:31:55 PM
Just got my observation people today keep picking the death prophet into a  different role still as a core and because it is too much op partnered with the vessel at the same time is the shroud for the life steal, I saw it again with the match of Team Nigma vs Brame those games have death proper and with the earth spirit, game 2 becomes chill for the nigma and too much chase but at the end still, they manage to win the game.

Death Prophet spirit siphon is buff with additional damage. I just heard it on the caster but I don’t read the current patch so I don’t know the exact details. You can see that DP is so OP once he is linked to enemy hero using his siphon. This makes her tanky and very perfect for his exorcism.

Many heroes now are being use as pos1 just because they have a buff skill like undying that recently used by Ana on SEA qualifiers.

Only ANA is doing this kind of experiment heroes because heis confident that Topson will carry him. Morphis the real pos 1 on that game while Ana only serves as back up carry although undying damage is really good but its completely no match for slark.

Topson and Ana is just trolling SEA dota because they knew that they can manage to beat all the teams that participate on this qualifierswith there current line up that's why theycan do crazy pick. Let's see if they will still do this on there match against Talon.
Good thing that other 3 members of T1 do able to caught up on what this top tier players been doing.Lots had been saying that they are just indeed trolling up on SEA region which been heard off that this region was the

weakest among all regions which i dont really believe but rather i could say that it would be NA.  Cheesy. Basing up on picks of T1 then you could really say that it wasnt really that much a serious draft but still they could

pull it off and executing good game plays and clashes. As expect for Ana, this man is a beast specially on farming and he seems like on enjoying experimenting heroes which is unusual picks for the said position or role.
1469  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading is good for traders with passive mindset on: September 14, 2022, 11:38:03 PM
So trading suits people with passive mindset as they make Profits and these set of people always have a way of handling or escaping the bear market.
Trading suits those who can remain calm in a bear market and in a bull market. Trading is not just about making profits but know how to make and when to make profits. If the goal in trading is to profit and not learn the process then it is going to end up as a chore.

What most traders get wrong is that they take up trading as another earning mode which is wrong. A speculative market is good for making side earnings but should not be viewed as a main earning. For this the passive mindset does not matter, what does matter is that you get into the right coin at that right time.
But it would make a lot of difference if you started learning the process first and develop it so you can obtained future skills and strategies in trading. That way, making profits through trading will be a lot easier. And with having a passive mindset as a trader, you are not only going to wait for the time to make profits, but you should be the one to look for ways on how to create profits regardless of whatever the market condition is.
I dont really consider out those people who do just simply wait for the right time to make a sell but rather to be an investor than to be a trader because if we do talk about being a trader then this is usually talking about

active engagement with the market price volatility which does involved such actions which is comparable into those people who had just been simply waiting for a long time before they would make some sell action.

Being passive isnt really that bad but ofcourse when it comes to profit taking and chances then it would be entirely be different into those people actively dealing up with the volatility.

1471  Economy / Economics / Re: Rebuttal: Rich Mindset vs Poor Mindset on: September 13, 2022, 11:43:03 PM
Cannot expect for people to agree on any ideas given about rich and poor mindset because everyone has different meaning towards what they believe people think about that discussion. But what most important think about this is what you believe and if some of your explanation can motivate you towards what you are doing to get rich then its good and lets accept the other people's opinion since they are also right base on their opinion.
When it comes to opinion and sentiments or other comments then there's no wrong or right because we do have our own ways and methods on making a living.Progress and success will really vary on how hard you do
work and how smart you do deal up with things and making up wise decisions which would really cause whether you would really make yourself successful or not but of course it does really mix up with some sort
of luck and perseverance at the same time.
Lets just accept that there are things in life which isnt provided which make more things to be more hard to achieve goals.Just do the usual stuff and stick with your own
goals and targets in life. Its impossible that each person doesnt have.
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casinos vs money laundering. on: September 13, 2022, 09:58:19 PM
Nowadays most casinos has KYC, but i don't think that is enough to stop the money laundering, what casinos should do is to investigate the source of the deposits to fight against this illegal activity, but that will not happen because is a win-win game from them.

So, what do you say, does crypto casinos really care about money laundering?
Crypto casinos definitely care about Money Laundering as they are also casinos and are subject to enforce AML & KYC regulations to avoid penalties that can cripple their business. They may not make it too strict so as not to scare away some customers who may be wondering the importance of these details, but they must show a level of compliance to prevent being shut down by the people in charge of ensuring that AML & KYC RULES are enforced.
For sure they are doing their best on not on being caught if they arent really enforcing it that much but since these business do really make out some reports about financial flow or something in related then it is really

somewhat hard to make out some exemptions on whatever big transactions would be coming in but we do all make out some presumptions yet it is really hard to tell on what are the things that do happen
internally.
Whatever site or business it would be as long it is regulated or licensed then expect that everything would really be known by those governing bodies.
1473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too good to be true? on: September 13, 2022, 08:52:12 PM
Is it possible to invest 100$ in altcoin and turn to 7,000$? Have this ever happened to anyone on here? Is this even possible?.
Possible!

$7000 is just 70x of that 100 bucks that you had invested and basing up on real experiences and things that could happen on crypto space then it would really just small. We could even hit 100x-1000x
in a short time and could really make huge money but the question is, what project you would really be able to invest on?

This would be the primary things that would really be playing on your mind considering that lots of projects or coins that we do have in the market and this is where
we do talk about risk taking whether you would gamble out on investing on a particular coin since you do believe that it does have potential.
1474  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Advice for poor people who wanna get some crypto on: September 13, 2022, 07:58:19 PM
Actually with crypto not ever person can get cash back but sometimes it is the struggle and sometime it can also be called a luck to accelerate your money in positive direction because some people just put money without awareness that what is the future of this chosen coin and fortunately it becomes accelerated. Other thing is that if you are financially not good so just learn about another way, crypto is not for making you wealthier in blinking of eyes.
if you are not financially well-established, of course there are other things that need to be used as capital to get wealth from crypto. namely by learning crypto knowledge from basic to a more professional level. Cryptocurrencies do not provide any guarantees and anyone who wants to learn about it will benefit. Even from the beginning, I was in crypto with only the time and energy to participate in several Bounty and Airdrop Campaigns, and from there I had the capital to be able to further develop and deepen my trading knowledge so that I could trade and start investing.
A good advice is not to give up under any circumstances, because it is a challenge and the beginning of it all.
Its never been an easy money or something that correlates with that holy grail on making money since you would really be still needing to work you ass off before you could really make money into this market.

You would need the ample skills which would really be the reason for you to make income and there are indeed some tasks which doesnt really need up that much skills but via those simple ones which

even to those people who do have simple understanding could able to do so but being chosen would be the toughest one yet competition is still high into this area.
1475  Economy / Gambling / Re: Punt.com | Crypto's Finest Casino | INSTANT WITHDRAWALS! | VIP 💸🚀🎲🔥 on: September 12, 2022, 11:53:57 PM
his casino is somehow new but let's hope they are planning to be one of the biggest since those who aim high stays the longest.
True, promotional efforts and continuous improvement will yield good results. I've seen a lot of casinos spend a lot of money on their promotions and I think it's worth what they make. So there is always an opportunity for any crypto casino to compete with other casinos if they have good power over money.

In my opinion, there is no success that comes instantly, it must go through a process and struggle and sacrifice. Although not all crypto casinos will be successful, but if the service is good then I think they will get success gradually.
Promotions would really be just a waste if the offering or the games or overall quality of the site wasnt that good then it wouldnt really give out positive results no matter how heavy you've been spending through marketing. It should really get in line with the sites overall quality and at the same time you would really be that aggressive in terms of market.Even though it wont really give out those guarantees of success
but it is really having much better chance or odds on getting recognition and popularity here on crypto space.Just be consistent and be attentive on what the community been suggesting and
preferring and made out some changes basing on that then you could really eventually see the results of those.
1476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing for a real Assets on: September 12, 2022, 10:58:43 PM
While Going through the book Rich dad, poor dad my mind refrain back to this; INVESTING FOR A REAL ASSET

And it says a true luxury is a reward for investing in and developing a real asset.having read that I was contemplating and as well need clarification for this.If BTC is an asset.because it was said that an asset is money in your pockets,so how does BTC relate to being a real asset, and what is a real asset and how do you invest for a real Assets.
Apparently, the answer to your questions are all up to you. If you believe in bitcoin and see its potentials to be profitable in the long run, then obviously it a real asset. But if you have doubts and become hesitant on the potentials of bitcoin, then it won’t be a real asset to you. After all, assets are just there waiting to be discovered, it’s all up to you how you invest in it and show the right attitudes as an investor.
No one can really force you on what you should think off on a particular thing since its your money to be invested on the first place then it would really be depending on what are your impressions and views towards things.Real assets? Something that generate out income? If we do really talk about possibilities or probabilities then Bitcoin is qualified but as mentioned that it is really pertaining on someones impressions
and views.
Real deal on here is that we should really be trying out our best on accumulating assets as much as we could considering that these things could really give out that kind of financial
freedom that we've been hoping or seeking for.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some Popular Themes for Online Slot on: September 12, 2022, 09:45:57 PM
HAH! Sometimes I also feel the same. I win some decent amounts on Egyptian-themed slots compared to any other themes out there. Managed to double my balance in 30 minutes of playtime before I called it quits and moved to dice. Heck, I guess that's the only slots theme that I ever win anything, ever. Usually the slots that I play on are money sinks; never even recover from a sad losing streak. But yeah, I guess destiny likes to screw with us sometimes that we think we are lucky on X when it's only some mere coincidences.
CRAZY RIGHT!!! This always happens to me when playing slots, I always try to play on other theme or design first to see and check if my odds have changed however I always tend to lose but when I go back to playing on the Fruit Styled one, I sometimes recover my lose from other themes and win a few bucks from it. I'm not really sure what's happening but I'm enjoying it. But I kinda want to play on a different themed one such as Western Style theme however luck is not on my side on that one.
That is some sort of mind tricks where on the time you do make out some bets on fruitstyle and ends up on making wins and then out of curiosity you are playing on other theme then ends up on losing streaks
then you would definitely be having those reconsideration and coming back.
We know that slots does have different when it comes to Rtps and other related things which it would really be understandable and pretty obvious that they do really
differ on the time you do tend to play.
Themes or graphic design is also one of the factor where people do get interested. If you do see it to be interesting then it would be normal
that you would stick on it.
1478  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you guys think is the best crypto signals group on Telegram? on: September 12, 2022, 08:44:21 PM
Don't be eager to make money every fast especially in time of Crypto if you do, you'll undoubtedly end up crying. Never consider looking for a Telegram signal because, in my opinion, none exist right now, particularly during current bear market. Actually, the majority of Telegram users who claim to have a signal are scammer.
Depends if those signals do need up some subscription fees or something an amount before you could make out some access which its never been worth of your penny and its really a bad or non ideal on making yourself

believe that these signals were precise and accurate.Nothing beats out if you do rely with your own analysis and dont make yourself believe that there's an easy way on beating up the market and make easy money.

Better not to make yourself do bother that much on joining these groups on TG considering this place had been manifested out by lots of scammers and fraudsters.
1479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of Mobile Gambling Is Leaving People Ruined and Unable to Quit on: September 09, 2022, 09:25:42 PM
I beg to differ. The rise of mobile gambling isn't leaving people ruined and unable to quit, it is a lack of discipline. A lack of self-control that's leaving people ruined. Did you realize that there are just as many mobile apps to prevent or ban access to gambling websites as there are mobile apps themselves? Think about it. And even more to prevent addiction (although I doubt they are successful).
Those huge number of mobile apps which helps prevent gambling only shows that gambling is now rampant these days and that is also due to lack of self discipline by the people. Me either I doubt they are successful because there will always be a way to bypass them for a seriously addicted gambler. At one point they can decide to stop but later on they will have the urge to gamble again.

It is truly hard to quit once you are heavily attached already on one thing but a strong will power can help you fix that. You just need to think about other things and think also about the worst thing which it will cause to you in the long run if you won't stop it.
When you are already get addicted with gambling then no matter how you do try on avoiding gambling but you do still end up on having access with these apps then you would really still likely to play again and again.

Just like on what most people been saying on here is that it do all boils down on someones self control and discipline when it comes to gambling.Quit if you can but if you are still exposed with these things then it would

really be hard on doing so.We are really that exposed on technology and development nowadays on where access is really easy as simple as browsing with your own mobile phone.
You wouldnt be ruined if you are really that having that good control of yourself.

For me Bitcoin would never die it has faced so many ups and downs before but it is still kicking.
I don't know how many times I have heard something like this whenever Bitcoin is having a downfall we would hear so many negative comments about Bitcoin.

Not really something new which whenever we do see a declining market then lots of people do freak out and do keeps telling that this is the end of Bitcoin or even with this market without even trying to look back over

decades time on how this market did behave out specially with Bitcoin which does have its price to be moving whether going up or down.Everything is really just part of a normal phase of a market.

We cant really just be having a single way or path in regarding with price or into its movement. It is really just people been freaking out whenever this market do really make out those
dumping season or declining market without even realizing that this moment are the best time to get yourself into.
