I know it is hard specially when you see the price dropping and your investment slowly going down but there is no choice because if you sell you well loss hold and keep calm there is always a bull run we only need to wait for it.
I have a lot of coins in my wallet that I bought back in 2017 and the price of which is currently about 10% of the purchase price. And the chances that their price will return to the purchase price are very small. So it is not always the right decision to hold coins until the price reaches high.
