David Benavidez: I promise I’m going to knock out Caleb Plant

Quote
David Benavidez’s fight with Caleb Plant is now fully official for March 25 on Showtime pay-per-view, with the fight taking place at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena, and the unbeaten super middleweight is promising a knockout finish.

“I’ve been working my ass off like never before. This is my moment in life where I get to show why I am the best super middleweight in the world, and that’s exactly what all my fans will see,” Benavidez wrote on social media.

“I promise all my fans I’m going to knock out Caleb Plant. Y’all ain’t gonna want to miss this one.”

Benavidez (26-0, 23 KO) will surely be the betting favorite (DraftKings don’t have a line up just yet, but should soon with the fight now officially set), but Plant (22-1, 13 KO) is definitely his best opponent to date on paper. That can’t really be said the other way, but the only opponent Plant has had who comes close to Benavidez on paper is Canelo Alvarez, who stopped Plant in the 11th round in late 2021.

Seems that all spotlight is aiming towards David Benavidez now, I just hope he won't get blinded by the light and will still stood his ground about his goal so that he could face Canelo Alvarez in the near future. Honestly, I'm really not a fan of a boxer who will bark first before showing some proof and saying that he will knockout and defeat in a mere (figure) rounds. What I want to see is how will David prove his existence in this category so that he will be favored to fight the undisputed.
1482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Artur Beterbiev vs Anthony Yarde on: January 27, 2023, 04:56:23 PM
Looking at the votes ? Artur seems to be the dominant in this fight but looking at their stats? I'm not sure there are something special when they both have that long list of winning and also via knockout .

so I assume that this would be fairly judged and I don't wanna give my votes to anyone but Draw lol. because I am not interested in betting in this match but I will watch the replay .

Not seems because Artur Beterbiev has always been dominant throughout his fights and based in stats, he's the one who got the prettier record as aside from being an undefeated, he also got a 100% KO rate which makes him the KO specialist among all KO specialist in the boxing industry right now. Not to underestimate Yarde because I know he's a decent boxer who got a good record too but against Beterbiev? I doubt he can make a difference. And don't worry, I'm quite positive that this fight will be fair and square.
fair point mate , But what I do believe is that as long as the fight still not happening each boxer has the chance to improve and find the weakness of opponent .
and yes have just watch Artur's fights last night and it is impressive wins so there is a  big possibilities that he will dominate this fight and put Yarde on the ground .

Well, yes, the respective camps won't surely waste some of their precious times because every minute counts as they also know that the other camp is also doing everything they can to prove a point and to find such weakness to improve their boxer's chances to win the said bout. Already excited to see this fight soon and to see if Yarde can really prove what he is trying to say all this time.

I say something, if Yarde wins this fight, what will Beterbiev and all his fans think then? How could he face this? It is known that he is a boxer who has quite a reputation and is highly respected in this world, I don't know if Yarde is enough of this opponent, some say that Beterbiev will knock him out quickly, some put them in 2 rounds and so it is the maximum that he He will be able to hold on, I think the fight could be extended, I don't think it's that easy Yarde, I also see that in many forts they have underestimated him and that is not good, underestimating a boxer at this point is not good, everyone knows their strategy, but if something like not being capable is added to it, it can be a big surprise.

An interesting prediction:

Artur Beterbiev vs Anthony Yarde: preview and prediction

Quote
One of boxing’s most dramatic shows rolls into 2023 early. Light-heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev is known mostly for one thing: he hits ludicrously, cartoonishly hard. There are other big punchers in the sport, of course, but possibly no-one today — not even at heavyweight — lands each punch as concussively as the 38-year-old Russian. In his nine years as a pro, he’s steamrolled every opponent who’s stepped in with him.

The fight most want to see him in is, of course, fellow light heavyweight champ Dmitry Bivol. In the absence of that, though, he’ll happily look to wreck his way through all comers, so here he is, travelling to London for this one, against the flawed-but-dangerous Anthony Yarde.

Source: https://www.bloodyelbow.com/2023/1/26/23572551/artur-beterbiev-vs-anthony-yarde-preview-and-prediction-boxing

Well, I think nobody here is underestimating Anthony Yarde, really and I understand them because I know that they are just basing based on facts and not just because they have a hunch. Moreover, saying that this fight would only take two rounds because Beterbiev will defeat Yarde by then is a bit extreme and haven't yet read or talk to someone that they're indeed predicting the same scenario.
1483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia on: January 26, 2023, 08:57:52 PM

Hehe no doubt about Manny Pacquiao, the guy hasn't faced any criticism that he avoided the fight that's why lots of people and fans are favoring him and labeling him as one of the greatest boxer in the history. Anyway, rumors will remain rumors as long as there will be no official announcement but think that the Davis-Garcia fight will materialize but for the profit discussion, Davis has got to be in the A-side even if he's already flying alone now.

That's why I miss him, he is a kind of fighter that does not care about his undefeated record, he just fight and always go for a big fight, the reason why he is one of the richest in the sports of boxing. Manny Pacquiao had already retired, but good thing he still do some exhibition fights, so we can still see him in the ring although not pro  anymore.

Davis and Garcia should show the world that they don't care about their undefeated record, they have to fight the best to entertain the fans, because the fans looks like they are robbed when a boxer is just cherry picking to ensure their win.

Manny's mindset is really of a true warrior, he doesn't care about if he has losses or not, as long as he will face the best of his division or for every division that he goes up. But the best is that he fought 3 of Mexico's great warriors, all HOF'ers and that's what makes money a legendary fighter.

As compare to the new breed like Ryan and Tank Davis who are protected by their promotions and doesn't want to see them losses because they are cash cows. But in this fight, someone will experience his first taste of defeat.

Although Bob Arum is known for milking his cash cow, he was able to give Manny Pacman a great future in boxing, and he is the main reason why Pacman is now a legend in sports of boxing. Maybe things have really change now, boxers just like to be comfortable in order to retain their belts, they don't want to risk against a fighter who have a good record, and if that will continue, this boxing industry will suffer in the long run.

Both Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao needed each other and both benefited from the situation, it's not a one-way road for them and Manny Pacquiao wouldn't leave Bob Arum's stable if both of them got a pure understanding towards each others goal but no, Bob Arum still wanted a safer journey for the getting older Manny to maintain his value but the latter doesn't want that treatment as he believe to himself that he can still win some fights even if he's age is getting older. Hence, why MP Promotions was built.
1484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: January 26, 2023, 08:38:18 PM
And don't forget the next World Cup will hosted by three separate countries, so expect that there will some games that will be played simultaneously.

Yes, it's not hard to do more games simultaneously, USA alone is a huge country, with great infrastructure to travel, Canada and Mexico will host only 10 matches each one, but it will help, so it's not a impossible task.

Yes, I just found out that the USA will host most of the games especially the qualifiers onwards, 40 games to be exact and it's quite reasonable because they got bigger stadiums that can cater hundreds of thousands of people at once. The FIFA won't let the players get exhausted for travelling in and out towards other countries especially when the games are getting more intense.
1485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: January 26, 2023, 07:34:46 PM
It is really just that it is that too fast on dealing with Fulton? Im not really that have doubts on Inoue's capability but pretty much sure that this wont really be a walk in a park
type of fight that he would be facing on.
Inoue is a hungry boxer, I think he's want to collect any title if he's given a chance to get it and we need to respect for Fulton which not scared to fight with Inoue, because we've seen a lot drama where a big fight get cancelled, postponed, dodged, etc because there's a politic on the boxing organizations. There's might a reason if Inoue think he's still in prime and he have higher chance to win rather than waiting when he's get older and older.
I was somehow surprised too.
The expectation was for a test drive against a high-seed boxer in the new weight class that he joined but it looks like it cannot wait any longer and he already wants the 2 titles in his belt. If he wins this, there's no doubt he will try the other two from Murodjon Akhmadaliev if he will win in his incoming match against Marlon Tapales.
Yeah, all respect to Fulton's camp for not even doubting their boxer and they accepted the challenge in a rush. I mean, they could just snob it and wait for Inoue to win fights against the number 3 or 4 but it's like Fulton's camp is really sure they can win this one.

Is this bout already inked? Because I'm not seeing any news that both camps have already reached a deal and decide to make the fight happen in Saitama, Japan where their profits will be maximized and both camps will surely benefit from it. If so, I will be surprised that Al Haymon didn't even try to react as that's what I am expecting from him right from the start because Fulton is with PBC.
1486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: January 26, 2023, 06:44:28 PM
Honestly, Rui is not a good enough player just for the three second round picks, let alone Nunn, and I agree that Nunn is not good neither, if it was a straight up trade then I would say they are good, but three second round picks? That has to be terrible man, that's really not a good trade. Lakers basically do not have any picks left, they are trusting this team to either work very well and get a title next year (can't get one this year lets be realistic) or they will just suck for another 5-6 years in a row, not even tanking because they have no picks, they will just suck and that's it, end of story, don't even have a plan to get better.

Did you really expect that the Los Angeles Lakers can just have it their way and expect a good trade from giving away their second rounders? I mean c'mon man, let's be reasonable because we all know in the first place that the Lakers can't give a good package to any given team in-exchange for a reliable shooter. Rui Hachimura is quite decent and young as well, he's been favored because he got some history with T. Bryant and R. Westbrook back in the Washington Wizards, moreover, you can't possibly get any good picks in the second rounders. I'd say it's a good trade after all, not what we expect because they don't have that much to offer.

And speaking of Wizards, Westbrook has 3 of his former Wizards players in Lakers now, Rui Hachimura, Troy Brown Jr. and Thomas Bryant. Well we can say that it's a good trade as it will benefit both parties in this trade.

But in the long run, we all know that this is like patches things for the Lakers, they might not survived another season with this kind of players surrounding Lebron just like what happen to them last season.

What I'm seeing is that the Lakers are slowly acquiring some new and young players that will be the face of the franchise soon when LeBron and others won't be around anymore. Whether they like or not and I knew that the management are expecting this already, the Lakers will be needing some renovation to construct a new roster. For Rui Hachimura, he might stay for a while and get a good contract if he will be show some guts on his exposure.
1487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Caleb Plant vs David Benavidez on: January 25, 2023, 07:22:06 PM

David already got skills and I trust that his prowess can take him up to a much higher league where he can own either one of the 4 belts or even became the new undisputed, although, saying this is quite premature for now as he's still up for a tough challenge where he has to beat Caleb Plant. He indeed got to impress the whole boxing industry in this fight because Plant will be his ticket to lock a fight with Canelo.
That could be his main goal here, at least get 1 belt and then fight Canelo in the future (assuming Canelo is willing). David Benavidez is very young and has talent, so it's promising to see this kind of fighter trying to challenge Canelo in his division.

Plant is no pushover himself, but I guess he is just a over hype fighter when he face Canelo back then because we thought that he has a good chance against Canelo. But he was broken down. So this might be the case here, when he feel the power of Benavidez, he might broke down as well and maybe David will go for a knockout win.

What belt? Canelo Alvarez is the last waypoint as he possess all four belts hence why he is the undisputed boxer at 168 lbs.

Whether they like or not, one of them will have to face Canelo Alvarez after this fight but for Caleb, I don't think he got something that would upset the undisputed. But for David, the kid got something that would be interesting to see in front of Canelo and remember, the kid's dream is to fight Canelo.
1488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is ok to sell your Bitcoin. on: January 25, 2023, 04:20:14 PM
Yes, it's acceptable to sell your bitcoin when you've made a lot of profit. As for me, I buy bitcoin when the price drops and sell it when the price rises because we can't let the price fall on bitcoin when we've made a lot of profit lest we lose the money we've already earned. I may therefore sell bitcoin if the owner approves of the decision.

That actually depends on your plan and what market price is your goal, some are also giving a full 5-year of pure hodling for the bitcoin they bought before trying or thinking of selling those bitcoin they hodl. For me, I'm looking forward and patiently waiting for the specific price that I'm looking for before taking some actions like selling a part of it. There are also some kind of investors that I know who are still buying some coins even at the height of the bullish season because they believe that they are still buying cheap compared to the future value of the coins they bought.

Artur Beterbiev Not Bothered About Being on Yarde’s Home Turf

Quote
Artur Beterbiev apparently could care less about having home court advantage.

The WBC, WBO, and IBF light heavyweight champion from Russia will face contender Anthony Yarde on Jan. 28 in Yarde’s hometown of London at Wembley Arena.

When asked, in a recent interview, if he is at all concerned about fighting in Yarde’s own backyard, Beterbiev demurred.

“I’m not focused on the city,” Beterbiev told BT Sport. “I’m not like this person [who is obsessed with location]: London, New York, Moscow, I’m not focused on city. I’m more focused on opponent."

Source: https://www.boxingscene.com/artur-beterbiev-not-bothered-about-being-on-yardes-home-turf--171709

That just means that he's not seeing Anthony Yarde as a threat because he knows that a much stronger opponent will face him in the unification fight. Be it in Wembley Arena in London or anywhere inside the USA, Beterbiev just don't care because his eyes are already fixed on the price. Excuse me but this is not to disrespect Yarde and his fans but, I don't see this fight to last much longer or end in judge's decision.

Well Yarde is seen as a strong boxer, I don't know what kind of training he has taken, but it seems to me that he is a person who should not be underestimated, I know that Beterbie is a bold boxer, he has many things he can offer and he is also a boxer that he can make a difference at any time, perhaps we are used to seeing the best of him and not focusing on a Yard that probably has everything against him, I think that the reputation of every boxer here weighs a lot when it comes to having several references, but there is still a long way to go, it is a matter of waiting to see how the facts and details of this fight continue to develop.

The same goes for Beterbiev, he is not the kind of boxer who should be underestimated and I strongly think as well that it's not that we are so used seeing the best of him, it's just that he is actually good no matter what angle we try to look at. Moreover, it's Yarde who is underestimating his foe while Beterbiev has been silent all these days. Yarde should watch out for that because there's a big chance that he will eat his words back.
1490  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: January 25, 2023, 01:35:14 PM
LOL.. your memory is vague because it happened long time ago. Until 1994, only 24 countries were allowed to participate in the FIFA world cup. In the group phase, there were 6 groups of 4 teams each. For the Round of 16, top 2 teams from each group will qualify, in addition to the 4 of the best 3rd placed teams. And back in 1994, it was Argentina, Belgium, United States and Italy who qualified despite getting relegated to 3rd place in their respective groups. All these teams lost crucial matches and were on the verge of getting kicked out. Belgium lost to Saudi Arabia, Italy lost to Ireland, and Argentina went down against Bulgaria (famous match in which Hristo Stoichkov and Nasko Sirakov scored).

From 1998 onwards, the number of participants was increased to 32, and from 2026 we will be having 48 teams participating in the world cup. I believe that it is a step in the right direction. There are a few people who complain about the duration of the tournament, but IMO the merits overshadow any potential demerits.

I remember 1994 because it was the first World Cup I watched
I think the change from 24 to 32 in 1998 was the right decision, but the 48 teams we'll find in a few years, maybe it will be better too, more people enjoying a great party.

About the duration of 2026 WC, I think it will be the same, 1 month:

Source

Not confirmed by FIFA yet, but they can get all the games in 1 month. For us it will be difficult to watch all the games, because it is possible that there will be more simultaneous games.

And don't forget the next World Cup will hosted by three separate countries, so expect that there will some games that will be played simultaneously. Although, everything are still in a projected scenario because as you've said the FIFA is yet announced the schedules and while the date is approaching, I think there will be some changes that will happen to maximize the profit and the audience and players won't be getting too tired from travelling all over across three countries.
1491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: January 25, 2023, 01:05:22 PM
LeBron broke another record and scored 40+ against all 30 teams in NBA. LA Clippers was the only team he couldn't score 40 but tonight he did it. That was a spectacular performance from him but they still lost. LA Clippers is dominating Lakers lately, they won last 10 games against them. Without Anthony Davis, Lakers don't have much chance. I heard he may return tomorrow.

The Lakers needs to perform their best as a team for them to win. LeBron alone couldn't carry the Lakers at this time of his career. But, that was some spectacular performance from LeBron, adding some achievements in his résumé.
The fans really do hope AD would return as soon as possible, to help the team lift at a better spot or at least secure the 8th seed. The Western conference this year is pretty crazy, because of the tight competition, they all have closer standings. So, it's not really that hard for the Lakers to get that 8th seed.

Even that 40+ point that he made didn't help and keep the team afloat to defeat the Clippers and for me, it's just another day of an inconsistent production of the Lakers after having a few good games. Been patiently waiting and hoping that Schroder will explode from time to time like he did in the EuroBasket because it's the main reason why he got a contract with the Lakers.
1492  Economy / Economics / Re: Excessive Rain Can Hamper the Economic Cycle on: January 23, 2023, 09:28:05 PM
I guess most of the Southeast Asia have been hit by storms and flooding in the last century. The thing is that the climate has change a for the worst, and now we can't really define when is the monsoon season as it is not as it used to be.

And probably this is the reason why some countries can't cope with it because of the ever evolving season.

In any case, I do agree that it has bad effect, on the contrary it could bring water to our rice fields and it could be one positive side of excessive rain in my opinion.
My area was also once flooded maybe two weeks ago and I can say that it has cause tremendous effects on the business owners as some of their items were damaged because of the excessive water that has entered already into their floors. So it’s not helping at all, even the animal farms here are also seen dead because the water is overflowing that made them drown and died. Maybe it’s more of a climate change, but if this will constantly happen, it will be a huge reason for the country’s economy to fail and will hard to prosper again.
1493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cheat the Lottery Winner on: January 23, 2023, 08:59:43 PM
There will be no reconciliation from me if that were done to me. I don't get why people need to hand financial matters over to other people that clearly aren't professionals. No matter how closely related you guys might be, if something involves money, that blood connection is at risk of being severed due to greed and lust for money. Luckily, the winner still got more than half of the winnings, because if not then that will be a long court battle or worse, violence might ensue.

This would have been avoided if the winner traveled to collect his/her winnings and just kept a low profile.
Once money is involved, it should be taken more seriously and privately. The owner itself should deal it secretly, without letting other people to know since it can build greed and selfishness towards the money. To be honest, I find this story quite impossible because if you talk about lottery winning, it means a huge amount so you need to grab it and take it as fast as you can, being anonymous will still be possible if you keep the news only to yourself and to your family. No need to involve other people, as there’s always be possible cheating knowing the amount is very tempting.
1494  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trade vs. HODL - avoid traps on: January 23, 2023, 08:46:28 PM
Stay away from trading by technical analysis

HODL instead!
.
.

tl;dr:
HODL, don't trade!  Smiley
I tend to agree with this and I think you nailed the right point.

I tried trading once when I had free time when I don't have a small business outside but now, I can't focus too much on crypto just like trading which is time-consuming, or else, it's a wasting time.  Technical analysis won't work, it might I believe in fundamental analysis that's based on news than this technical analysis.  It's always the price is unpredictable.

I learned to HODL in the long-term and aim for profit than trading.
But, if you want to gamble your money and have a short-term of waiting profit, trading is good for you.  It's a high risk if you're lucky enough, there will be a quick profit too.

The market is so unpredictable so even if you have the best of your technical analysis, that won’t work anymore. That is why trading these days may mostly turn out into gambling, except for those professional traders who really have their own guts to trade and still succeed. But for beginners who aim to trade to maximize their profits, it’s better to just focus on hodling first and when they think they’re ready to lose, they can start trading at their own calculated risk.
1495  Economy / Economics / Re: After Budgeting, How Do I Deal With Unexcepted Expenses? on: January 23, 2023, 07:59:04 PM
Unexpected expenses will always ruin your budget plan no matter how good the plan was.
Sometimes I do set aside a small amount for unexpected situations out of the original budget because life is full of unpredictable situations.
In order not to make this unexpected, i would always prefer to include this in my budgeting and save some extra funds for emergency funds for unexpected problem that will arise. That way, I won’t have to worry touching my personal savings as I have my own budget for that cases. But if you don’t include it in your savings since you only have enough amount to save, then maybe adjust your expenses so you will really have a budget for unexpected events.
1496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto banks replace traditional banks on: January 23, 2023, 07:41:47 PM
How is something that doesn't exist today is going to replace the backbone of global economy in just 3 years? If you listen to bitcoiners, Bitcoin should have replaced fiat many years ago. Yet we all still go to supermarkets and pay with fiat for groceries.

Regular people have no incentive to switch to crypto banks and crypto in general. They don't care about fiat's inflation that much. And they don't care about privacy. And control over own funds. And let's not forget that even if crypto banks started getting traction, governments and traditional banks would either resist this trend or hijack it.
Crypto may be globally adopted in the future, but that won’t mean that it will replace fiat and traditional banks. Crypto will only serve as an option to fiat, fiat will always be the main currency. So it’s hard to expect that crypto banks will replace traditional banks because majority will still use traditional banks over crypto banks.
1497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury - February 25 in Saudi Arabia on: January 20, 2023, 07:00:00 PM
I think I’d rather be betting on whether or not this fight takes place. Tommy has ducked Jake so many times now, it seems more like he’s trolling Jake by accepting these fights. If they do fight though, I don’t think Tommy has a chance. I was watching some of his fight videos and he really doesn’t look like a pro fighter. Jake will probably be able to knock him out at which point I think KSI or Nate Diaz would be the next fights to make.

Fair point, and for that, Tommy still has another month to decide if whether he will continue to fight Jake or not. I know that this fight has been inked already but considering Tommy's past decisions towards this fight and Jake Paul in particular, it's not that far that he will make a run again and leave Jake in the air with the thoughts of finally having a bout with Tommy. But in any case, if this fight really pushes through, Jake Paul will eventually defeat Tommy Fury, no doubt.
1498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: January 20, 2023, 06:24:59 PM
If this fight will be at 154 lbs then it's clear that Spence vs Crawford won't happen now not unless the latter will also move up.

The fight was one of the weirdest matches I have seen. Why not just Spence moved up in the usual way and vacate his 147 lbs belts?

How did it become possible to fight at 154 lbs when the title at stake was meant for 147 lbs? There's a current champion at 154 lbs so how this fight between Spence and Thurman will turned out? After the fight, like it will still consider as 147 lbs fight lol.

WBC is making things confusing and a bit technical. Why this fight should be that way when there's a normal process? They are crazy.

There's no opportunity for Crawford even if he will follow Spence or Charlo at 154 lbs because in the end, the same thing will happen, he will get toyed with Al Haymon and eventually, would waste another year that could be more fruitful. Crawford just need to be patient about his situation because eventually, Spence will vacate all the titles because I don't think the latter can always bring his belts with him at 154 as there's already an existing champion at the said weight class.
1499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: January 20, 2023, 04:39:02 PM

Also, these Mexican cartel won't be messing with any foreigners that will be around in their country during these games because surely, the respective nations will hunt them down and destroy each one of them until their whole business will turn into ash and I bet they don't want those things to happen. Besides, it's also their pride that their country will be hosting some of the World Cup games and they know that these things are rare.
I agree that Mexico may not want foreigners to have a negative experience while visiting for the World Cup, but we also can't assume that they will be able to completely prevent any crime or violence from occurring. Additionally, the idea that the Mexican government would be able to control and prevent all crime during such a large event is unrealistic. It's important to remember that crime and violence exist in all countries and it's important for visitors to take necessary safety precautions. It's also important to note that Mexico has the right to handle its internal issues and it's not fair to assume that other countries should intervene

Yes, it is indeed unrealistic believing that the Mexican government can handle the situation well and prevent such things from occurring in the said event because they can't even handle the chaotic cartels inside their jurisdiction, what more about these said events? Well, I'm also one of the hundreds of thousands of people that is hoping that there won't be any chaos during these games.

If the issues are just an internal problem that are occurring almost every day, then indeed, the Mexico has every right to handle and solve the situation. But these things will change if there's an unfortunate event that a foreigner will be involved in such disaster, the countries will do everything on their power to intervene and to help solve the case as soon as possible. Truth is, this is not new anymore because there's a lot of documentaries about these stuffs.

You are not alone in this forum because I bet there's somebody out there too who wasted some of their precious time neglecting bitcoin despite the fact that it was already introduced to them few years ago. Even me, I only started working and knowing more about this crypto stuff more than 3 years after it was introduced to me and believe me, I understand the feeling.

Although, the last line is a bust because believing that no one can steal your bitcoin is totally false and actually, you could lose it all in just a blink of an eye if you're not that careful. I guess OP should know more about the security stuff and how to make your coins much safer.
