we can't totally discard such emotions because we are only humans. and that is human nature. but a person of course can contain these emotions. but he should have good tactics on how to control such feelings so as not to drag himself on going down.
and for me, one of the major factors that can influence my trading decision is the availability of funds, and to what extent i can use such funds. trading knowledge can be learned and once you have enough money, you can actually start learning those tricks.

Isn't there a specific age for the military recruitment process as well? I think there is, it might differ from the age limit when you are allowed to gamble in a certain jurisdiction, but they are two different things altogether. As ambitious for money as FIFA is, this would be a totally inappropriate suggestion for a competition of the magnitude that the world cup has.

In order to hold this event, there must be large investments by the host countries, a lot of mobility and changes in the schedule, there is no way to do this every two years.

Fifa has already increased the number of teams in the competition and this is what they can do best.

Another solution would be to make the tournament a regular competition and more spread out between the years, but that would take the "brightness" out of the tournament and become a "normal" competition.
