But I don't think the one who 'lost' his balance would agree without getting anything But they didn't lose, they won. The only mistake the user made was trying to cancel their bonus. Now I understand taking away the bonus when it's canceled, I also understand taking away profit made from the bonus. But taking away the initial deposit as well? Now that's a bit harsh. A better way of fixing this would be either refund the initial deposit and make updates on bonuses like what actmyname proposed. Or if possible just make the player get the whatever amount he have and 23% to unlock the bonus. |

 I also find a strange thing on the slotstreak leaderboard. How come players with 0 points are placed on the leaderboard? Is it a glitch on your leaderboard updating system or above image is the real current leaderboard? And why only 2 players ? I think it should be like 3-10 winners if I see the amount of the first and 2nd prize (0.3 and 0.15). Still 0.55btc for other winners, how much for the 3rd, 4th and so on? When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?
I am the kind of person that if I won I will save the half of the money and play the other half. Why? Because I am not sure what will happen in next. Maybe I lose. So just to make sure I will save my money. I will not dream for much big money. I feel like I am greedy. It is still gambling after all, you are not sure if you are going to win again or lose. What is said right. If we already get 2x profit from our initial capital. Better to save first. Because we will not know our fate will always win? At least our capital is secure.
