1542  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am a newbie and I need an advise on: September 08, 2017, 10:34:59 PM
You get easy to spot scams and then you get almost know or legit u till they run scam out there. They come in different forms. Mostly it's Ponzi bit lately many ICO scams are around. Becareful of that. If it sounds too good to be true it is. If it doesn't make sense and has holes in it's story then stay away or at least exercise extreme caution. Don't just listen to what anyone says. Think for yourself and always do your research with everything you do.
1543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 500,000$ to invest on: September 08, 2017, 10:26:42 PM
You could make an investment with yolodice. Cisir the site the explanations to how investing works are very thorough. Going can use leverage as well. As of the sites existed which was the beginning of the year your profits would be between 13% and 130% by now.
That is high and you should have a look at considering it.
1544  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can i remote install gpu driver while being headless? on: September 08, 2017, 10:23:19 PM
You still using VGA ? Why !? What monitor do you have ? I think k the best thing to do it but a new monitor you seriously need one.
Otherwise do you not have a friend or work colleague ? Family ? That you can use a monitor from. Maybe you can even take it into the store and ask them to help set it up for you ? Are you mining with this card ?
1545  Economy / Gambling / Re: losing from freebitco.in on: September 08, 2017, 10:15:55 PM
I don't think it really matters. You wouldn't be saying this id it has been a win. I'd you woke up with more Bitcoin then you would have been happy. It's just how it works. You never lost because you left it on. You lost because of random odds. The house edge there is very high so the odds are low to win. You left the bot on and if you go too long you will eventually lose but who knows when that will happen. You must tell the bot to stop after a certain amount of profits.

Rather play dice at yolodice with a low 1% house edge.
1546  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♦♦♦ Coinasino.com | 3 Stunning Games | Multiplayer | Bitcoin only | Fair on: September 08, 2017, 09:58:03 PM

Oh damn, so they are lying because OP said that withdrawals are automatic but yours is not being processed after more than 24hours and they do not even reply your message. Really a bad start for a new casino, this is why we should not trust a newly launched casino.
Sorry for your issue but thanks for sharing and warning us about it. Hope they will back and process your withdrawal.

They Scam just for 0.0168 my deposit Huh
Nice JOB for noob..

I know coinasino, u looking this thread..
Enjoy with my money..

If you don't like if there and feel robbed then why don't you come play at Yolodice ? Yolodice is a fun dice game. Why is it fun ? It has features other site do not. You can level up and work towards greatness. You can invest as well. Good returns. Very fast withdraw and the option for a cheap withdraw because they do withdraws in batches. The owner is active on this forum and there are mods on the site to help you at anytime. Play at Yolodice instead.
1547  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Greatest Bitcoin Gambling Experience Ever! | 12 Exclusive Games on: September 08, 2017, 05:17:50 PM
Most of the available dice sites offer 1% house of edge ( bitsler,duckdice,yolodice....). 999dice 0.1% house of edge. Do you have any valid reason why people should choose stake (here dice house of edge is very high 2%) over other dice sites
Firstly, disregard 999dice completely because they are a scam. The dice game is 2% at Stake which is true but the other games are 1% edge, with blackjack at 0.4%. (Stunna, I would still like to see the Blackjack house rules for verification purposes). There's also a variety of games here [most of which are 1%] thus unless you are exclusively a dice player, it should compensate the doubled edge which most people shouldn't touch.

The blackjack house edge is very low. If you like dice I suggest you look for another site as you said. But the blackjack here is nice. Look at that nice clean interface. It looks so easy on the eyes. Smooth too. It just feels right.  Yes 999dice uses the 0.1% house edge to our you on then steal your bitcoins by not paying you out on a win.
1548  Economy / Gambling / Re: A non-martingale PrimeDice script! So far so good! on: September 08, 2017, 05:05:08 PM
Yolodice let's you use your own script, you can use api input. Why don't you try making this bot for Yolodice ?

I have a concern though. You have only 2 posts and you want people to download something that has to do with money. That seems a bit suspicious don't you think ? I would exercise extreme caution when dealing with this sort of thing. Please be careful and aware of what you download. Perhaps someone can download and run this bot in a safe environment and report back ? That way others will know. If the OP is legit he will not mind.
1549  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why has no fiat casino adopted provably fair gambling? on: September 08, 2017, 04:46:01 PM
Because fiat doesnt use a blockchain that's why. Provably fair sites like Yolodice use cryptocurrency and as such run on the blockchain. The blockchain is used to determine fairness and randomness. Noone knows what the next blocks hash is so each hash is used for a bet as a sees so noone can tell the outcome untill afterwards. It's like if you take a pack of cards and shuffle them them pick odd or even . The variables on the blockchain are way way more then a pack of cards that's only an example.
1550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I made my own Water/Fire-proof Metal Bitcoin Cold Storage, short guide. on: September 07, 2017, 08:04:45 PM
Nice work. That's very good that you were able to make such a nice looking wallet back up. I really love that it's wood. Dire proof and water proof is a great thing. Perhaps it is a must. I have seen less then 1ml of water ruin a whole printout beyond recognition. This is really bad and your wallet backup design prevents that really well and it looks great and artistic. Very good job and thanks for sharing it with us.
1551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: September 07, 2017, 08:00:43 PM
I assume more Bitcoin work any spare change I collect and I add smaller bills in the collection then buy bitcoin and invest them on other coins. I invest the Bitcoin and make more then add that onto my main stash. I so this lots and I always need more so I always add to it and I don't use what I have saved already that is for permanent savings. I have a second *savings" this is my major investment fund. The Bitcoin from my spare change and small bills is to make small safe investments to add to my investment fund to use on bigger investments then move those profits to my main savings wallet.
1552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think all online stores have to use bitcoin as main currency? on: September 07, 2017, 07:55:22 PM
Not not all. It is up to the store owner if he wants to use bitcoins or not. We all would love it and it would bring more customers this more money to store owners and there really is no reason not to otherwise you shut down a whole demograph of Bitcoin users which are sales tou could have made. Still it is up to the store owner and free choice is important.

It can only do good for your shop but you know how some people are so stuck in their ways so change is harder to bring to them.
1553  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where do you see bitcoin 5 years from now? on: September 07, 2017, 07:51:38 PM
What are your thoughts guys or is it worth to hold Btc for 5 years.

Obviously it is. Otherwise why would you even bother getting involved ? Bitcoin is good in long and short term you can enjoy some good spending money after each price hike and you can then save the rest which would be your majority investment to grow larger on $$$ value and the you have enough to be financially free from worry. This is what most strive for and the true value of Bitcoin become apparent.
1554  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS It Decentralized??? on: September 07, 2017, 07:48:24 PM
China Ban new ico. and lots of news.  which is Effect on Crypto market. I was Thinking BITCOIN is real world Decentralized System. How could China Can change its position. Why people got panic by this news. Is china can change crypto world, Decentralized system??   NO.

WHY YOU GUYES GOT PANIC??

I love This Situation,  Every where Is BLEEDING.
AND i Will got the chance to buy some coin, in lowest price.  Smiley

i didn't want to know, but one thing for sure i love this situation because i can buy the coin i really like very cheap
If you really love bitcoins, it is the right time to garb bitcoins because they have shown decent decrease in values. Bitcoins are providing another chance to those who missed last epic ride given by bitcoins to its investors. Still there is chance to catch the train of 5k dollars.

I don't really know what happened it's all very confusing. I am not sure why things like this leads to so much panic. Why do they even panic ? If you just wait and be orientation it just passes. Maybe you one of those people that takes high risk then it is maybe worth selling because then you buy after you dump when the rest of the people that dump after you, you buy from them make profits and have even more Bitcoin. Maybe this is the tactic of large holders.
1555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The next Bitcoin? on: September 07, 2017, 07:40:46 PM
Ethereum and waves look like the next big contenders. So many Devs now launch tokens instead of coins. If you look at the market capital ethereum is catching up so maybe there will be a half half split between them. None the less all 3 are here to stay. It's very interesting to see how things change and technologies grow and become better and more varied.
1556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paper wallets and airdrops on: September 07, 2017, 12:31:24 PM
I have a few questions about paper wallets. Firstly why do you have to transfer all your Bitcoin out of a paper wallet or risk losing the *change" I don't understand that.
When you generate a well secure paper wallet, your private keys haven't toucher anything connected to the internet. This means that your coins are 100% isolated from anywhere that may be infected with malwares. That's why a paper wallet is a good option for long term storages.

When you want to "cash out" the coins from your paper wallet, you will normally import your private key in a device with internet access. Now the private key isn't isolated anymore, so there is always a risk of having your paper wallet data stolen by someone. That's why people always tend to generate a one-use paper wallet, that is disposable after its use.

Next is the real reason for posting this and that is do I get airdrops such as BCC if my coins are in a paper wallet ?
BCC wasn't an airdrop. It was a fork from the Bitcoin network.

Imagine that you send 1 BTC to your paper wallet. The blockchain has this transaction recorded as X sent 1 BTC to Y wallet. This means that for every one in the network, this specific address Y contains 1 BTC.

When the Bitcoin Cash chain was created, it took the same blockchain from Bitcoin and continued as a different coin in a different path. Since your 1 BTC where registered in this specific address, and Bitcoin Cash started using the same Blockchain as the legacy Bitcoin, you have the same amount on both sides of the chain.

Oh ok. Thank you very much. Smiley

1558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie Portfolio Question on: September 03, 2017, 08:18:29 PM
I think k you should have a bigger spread. 3 coins is not good that's 33.33% each of #1500 so it's a very large chunk. Rather invest in small amounts in different coins. Learn what works and doesn't then work towards other coins where you know you can sink more money into. I don't go above 10% I'm not sure about others but I play it safe.
1559  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: for you guys WHAT IS THE ALGORITHM OF BITCOIN on: September 03, 2017, 08:07:45 PM
I think he wants to know if you can reproduce the same algorithm bitcoin uses. The answer is yes you can and there already exist other coins sharing bitcoins algorithm called Sha256 as explain by the second poster. Beating sha256 ? It's not something that you can beat is a method of doing Something. Google "algorithm" to know more.

So I think you wanting to make a coin. There already many coins and you nowhere near ready to make one yet.
1560  Economy / Gambling / Re: DiceMax.com || Jackpot || 0.99% House Edge || Instant Withdrawal on: September 03, 2017, 06:49:54 PM
I've just been thinking about something and would like to run it through some of you. DiceMax has a 0.99% house edge. On shops you often see the price of something also has .99 to make it seem cheaper. Do you think psychologically this also has an effect on a gambler choosing which site to gamble on ? I think it does.
