When an arrest warrant is issued against you, the best course of action, irrespective of whether you believe you are guilty or innocent, is to show up voluntarily as soon as you have been informed about it. It is taken very seriously by the courts. It is a very big plus in your attempt to show your innocence. Even if you are guilty, the court credits you for your action e.g. by lower sentence.

The worse thing to do is decide to go on the hide forever.

First, its the psychological pressure. Gradually you develop psychological disorder from the "escapee's syndrome".

Secondly, your case becomes much more weak in that the courts "assume you are guilty until you prove your innocence before any reasonable doubt".

If you have a red notice issued against you, you cannot escape even if you go to the moon.

AKA.... "you've got it all wrong, im a victim here"
1542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IPO of MaidSafe:  Entering the Future of the Decentralized Internet on: May 01, 2014, 07:14:35 AM
Not sure what you are intending with the link to that particular page.  I see a lot of bickering and not a lot of comprehension.

For one, the IPO seemed like it was underestimated.  I actually woke up in the middle of the night to participate.  But many did not.  While I used BTC as I had no desire to go through Mastercoin, even I had no idea it would go so fast - I just wanted to be a part of what the Maidsafe is doing (seriously, read their material; good times).

For two, transferring Maidsafe is not easy now as it requires a wallet capable of transferring Smart Property which I am thinking Maidsafe, as a proxy coin, is classified as.  As far as I understand, version 4 of Master Wallet will indeed fix that problem as is mentioned on that page though I don't know when.  Remember, the IPO was intended to last 30 days and all of the technical aspects of transferring Maidsafe is presumed to have been done in that time, so technically, that aspect is still on schedule.

For three, I participated because I knew that this was a long term project.  I didn't expect anything to happen overnight and while the IPO did, until Maidsafe is integrated into other exchanges/is user friendly like other alt coins, the rest of it is going to need to catch up and that might not happen until Maidsafe is exchanged for the proper and USEFUL Safecoin.

So.  That is my answer. I still don't know what the intended page link was supposed to convey but it sounds like a lot off topic and ad hominems.

What do you think he intended?  It's shows a racist idiot (rawdog) claiming he's an official representative of this coin, which is indeed totally embarrassing for those involved and a warning for those who are thinking about investing.  I would never invest in anything that has an official idiot on staff.  Does that make sense or are you still in the unknown?
Unfortunately, Rawdog goes by other alts on these boards, and one of those alts made himself out to appear completely aligned with the core Devs of Mastercoin, whilst being vulgar and abusive to anyone and everyone even breathing in his direction, publicly and via PM's.
I'd like to hope someone from Mastercoin would have acted to not let the perception in the readers mind think, the (madeup) association was real, but then, the mods on these boards do nothing valuable anyway. Unless an issue becomes legal, I wont be reporting anymore posts to the mods, as they are weak and powerless here, and as i see it, condone and contribute to the juvenile nonsense.

Free speech either has value, or it doesn't. You choose.

1546  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Selling quality collectable Casascius coins........ on: April 30, 2014, 08:39:26 AM
How much for the 1 BTC Casascius coin?
I posted previously 6.5btc.

This is now reduced to 6btc, including tracked postage, + the upgrade pieces.
1547  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Selling quality collectable Casascius coins........ on: April 29, 2014, 10:23:22 PM
What is the cheapest thing you have for sale, just out of curiosity?

I do have 10 7x Original Casascius 5btc blanks that were going to go on Ebay at £50 each. They are still in the blue tape Mike wrapped them in.

I also have 10x Gold-plate commemorative coins (including capsules) - £60/lot, + 8x Copper commemorative coins £50/lot. Including standard postage. Im not interested in splitting these into smaller lots. Sorry.

Above coins are in pics.

Appears to be a transparent and self critical attempt to address real issues that people have. Its a lot more than we would often be given, in the Bitcoin share markets.

Chang, change your coffee brand.

@Chang

Why have you reverted to vulgar and pointless posts, now?

Considering a breaker is there to protect the integrity of the circuit.............Get an electrician to check those cables and circuit connections, NOW.

That's a bit melodramatic! The breaker did it's job, so the circuit and it's breaker are sound. The load on the circuit is being raised as new machines are switched on so at some point the breaker will likely trip during a power spike. They just need to throttle back on that circuit now and start on a new one.

Dont mean to melodramatic, but breaking 200A on overcurrent is pretty stressful on the breaker, the circuit, and its inter connections. The fact its 'likely' to trip again, is further stress that needs to be avoided, not expected.

This is good, HOWEVER he also received strong warnings from several respected members, pointing out how he was clearly clueless about what he was doing, and he completely ignored them.
Even if he's not actively scamming you, he'll most likely be brought down by "the next big break". It's only a matter of time.

That's hearsay unless you can provide links to comments. Anyone can claim "he was warned!" Just to make him look bad. But that's disingenuous without links to back that up. He cannot disprove a negative. It's on you to show that it happened.

This very thread is full of warnings that someone who doesn't understand database transactions should not be operating a currency exchange. He's still operating a currency exchange. You just have to read it from the start. You're not seriously suggesting that we have to do that for you, are you?

Does Mike Hearn understand why redlisting bitcoins cannot operate?
1555  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Trezor: Bitcoin hardware wallet on: April 27, 2014, 02:00:58 PM
That's right, they should give us a small update, and explain firmware and or security issues if they exist.

There will be an announcement next week. The only thing that is holding us back are the plastic cases. Firmware is ready for quite some time, but there will be a small change on myTREZOR wallet because of the newly accepted BIP44 (https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0044.mediawiki)
If the plastics cases are the only thing holding you back, then doesnt it make sense to replace the plastic orders with metals, so that you can at least start openly selling the metals, with the intent to produce the plastic version, as and when you feel? Is the cost disparity really an issue for those pre orders?

New drama unfolds every day.
Its been around 1year now. Theres enough content in this story, for a great TV soap or docu-drama!

I also note the poster adjacent to this was just deleted. Yes it was a bit harsh. It is dangerous to censor though in such circumstances

This isn't a moderated topic, how can censorship be happening here?
I think that just demonstrates how much 'conspiracy' is brought on to these boards, too many times.

@jubalix. It was my post, and i deleted it because i noticed afterwards i had posted the same link as drawingthesun previously.
