1581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a good time to buy altcoins? on: February 03, 2018, 12:50:56 PM
Most of the coins has reached the lowest amount yesterday and they are around 35-50% lesser of what they were sold in December. You may even wait longer but we can't judge the market and if it starts to increase then you will lose the precious time now. This kind of a drop in market is very rare and may give good profits for you in the short time. Each and every coin in the market follows btc. If btc increases the coins too increases. I don't think that btc can go even below this and it may suddenly increase. This is the time to really make some good profits and do some study while altcoins as most of them don't even increase in time and do diversify your investments as if the other coin fails another coin may help you.
1582  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How does bitcoin work? Who actually pays for the mining done? on: February 02, 2018, 04:16:15 PM
For example If you have some btc in your wallet and you need to transfer some to your friend, you send them by entering their address in your wallet. Once you have made a transaction you will digitally sign the transaction and inform publicly that you are transferring some btc from your address to another. This unspent transaction gets stored in a block which is a collection of huge transactions like yours and it is protected by cryptographic numerical puzzle. The miner who confirms your transaction by solving complex puzzle gets rewarded by the network and your transaction is confirmed and btc is send to your friend.
If your transaction needs to get in the block you need to pay a miner fee and higher you pay more faster your transaction would enter the block and it will be confirmed. Hence a miner receives his fees from network in the form of newly mined coins which is 12.5 btc per block and your fees. This block reward would be reduced time to time and will become 0 when last bitcoin is mined, such that the network was designed.
To prevent the double spending everything is made public and once your transaction is complete your transaction would be feeded in the blockchain network and so the size of blockchain increases day by day.
1583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When to sell Bitcoin to get as many ETH or XMR as possible on: February 02, 2018, 07:59:33 AM
BTC nowadays becoming low valued and day by day passes the value of btc dies. We don't know where this price could go before it increases. Everyone are thinking to sell BTC as most of them are going in loss. If you had invested in BTC a few years ago when it was 1000$ you should wait and not sell it as it may increase in future. eth on the other hand has a solid value in market and is so stable that most of them are switching themselves to eth. BTC is volatile hence when it increases too high sell them and you can get eth and xmr.
BTC is too volatile and hence holding them is good if you didn't go into the loss as they may give you good returns not today but may be in the future.
1584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto? on: February 01, 2018, 06:58:34 AM
Bitcoin being the first established and widely known as the first cryptocurrency it will be very tough for ethereum to dethrone in terms of market cap but when comparing it with large amount of coins eth has in its network when compared to BTC this can easily be beaten. But ethereum has a vast expansion nowadays and large number of tokens are released day to day with eth as its base. Even in transaction fees BTC is skyrocketing and eth has minimal fees by which people use it for transfers. BTC prices are fluctuating to the core and there has been no stable price for past 4 years whereas eth has stable market price.
The last year launch of Ethereum alliance consists of major giants from all industries. These factors will not leave eth to sink but to reach sky high in the following years.

Well developed social media Facebook is currently banning ads which promotes cryptos and ICO's saying they’re ‘frequently associated with misleading or deceptive promotional practices.’ Earlier this month, Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg referred to cryptocurrencies and other technologies that decentralize power as a trend he was studying in 2018, part of an effort to correct problems on the social network.
While some enthusiasts took this as a positive sign for digital currencies, Zuckerberg wrote at the time that he was looking at both the positive and negative aspects of the technology.
These factors lead to the BTC go down nearly 28% in markets  Sad

1587  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Lightning network, reduction in commision costs? on: January 31, 2018, 08:50:49 AM
If you have a large number of customers then you can definitely go for Raiden Network or Plasma as you only spend a small amount for fees rather than spending for each and every transaction. Moreover RN/Plasma allows you for fast, scalable, off chain and very low fee transactions which is too good for people like you as you do lots of transactions.
Raiden/Plasma is more superior to Lightning as it supports all the ERC tokens and smart contracts whereas Lightning supports only btc. These are great solutions for ethereum which has been facing a backlash due to sudden increase in miner fees and this could help the currency reach great heights.
I think you should have posted this topic in altcoin discussion as you have been discussing about eth and it's fees here. (correct me if I am wrong)  Tongue
1588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Ideas on transferring BTC? on: January 31, 2018, 03:34:20 AM
It is impossible to transfer BTC from one address to another without paying fees,  that too now the fees being too high even if you need to transfer small amounts you need to pay high fees larger than amount you are transferring. If you have two of the accounts in coinbase exchange you can do it literally for free by just inserting the mail id. If there was no fees, people would just spam bitcoin transaction Grin I think lightning network will help us out by minimizing the fees to large extent and making it free of cost for paying only once in the beginning and in the end while withdrawing funds by setting up a payment channel. Hope LN strikes soon.  Smiley
1589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: myetherwallet.com is big scam on: January 30, 2018, 06:12:39 AM
You don't need a 2FA verification if you hold down your private keys. I have been using MEW for past 1 year and I had no issues with it as you are the one responsible for your private keys. If you had stored your keys elsewhere someone accessing your network would have stolen it. It is a very safe wallet and they give out lots of ideas for protecting your funds. Maybe the airdrop you applied would have asked for the private key and you would have accidentally given it or would have typed private key instead of public key.  Grin
By seeing your transaction it is clear that something went wrong with your account. It is one of the most trusted wallets out there for storing funds and you are solely responsible for losing your funds may be
Huh Sorry for the lost funds Sad

1590  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: hi on: January 30, 2018, 03:42:05 AM
Can you give the link for the campaign as most campaigns will not allow newbies to join. Anyways if you need to join a campaign first read the rules of campaign and if it is a facebook/telegram/reddit/twitter campaign just do some simple tasks which they say and fill out the form they provide you.
If the campaign is signature campaign then see how much posts you need to post per day/week. This would be mentioned in their requirements list. Then reply in their thread as they would say or fill up the form. Check their spreadsheet if you have been selected from time to time. They would update with your name if you have been selected. Once selected wear the appropriate signature according to your rank and start posting meaningful posts here and you would receive your payments.

1592  Other / Meta / Re: How to earn merits easily ? on: January 28, 2018, 06:05:19 AM
Most of the people present here are only for signature campaigns and not for learning anything new by replying garbage to off topic posts and trying to increase their rank and join in campaigns. Since the price of BTC has increased nowadays more and more people are joining this forum. Hence there is no way of getting merits easily you need to post top quality in order to gain merits. If you indulge in any of shortcut ways of increasing them you may end up in red trust  Sad Hence improve yourself and you will automatically rank up. Ranking up so easily in this forum by posting shit has become common and hence this system will give a fitting reply to those senseless spammers Grin Grin
1593  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen to BTC price day before the last bitcoin will be mined? on: January 27, 2018, 03:57:31 PM
As of now 80% of the bitcoin has been mined. Still 20% is remaining, but to mine this remaining 20% it would take around roughly 100 years from now. In the course of year the hardness of mining increases. As the years passes by the cost of electricity will reach very high rates and it will be impossible for miners to continue mining at a profitable rate. Hence greater transaction charges would be charged and there would be panic everywhere and BTC values if lower they cannot be transferred to one another at a affordable rate and people would hold them as assets as the transaction fees would reach sky high  Shocked which will solely destroy the main aim of BTC "a peer to peer electronic cash system"
1594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Are Everywhere...Still Catching Them? on: January 27, 2018, 11:00:01 AM
Is spending a very few minutes for getting free tokens waste? I understand most of the airdrop are scams but if the coin really reaches a good amount at some point of time it will really earn you. Just wasting a few minutes of a day will not earn you anything  Sad If we really participate in most of the airdrops some will help us out and most will not but getting free tokens for doing really nothing is really good as sometime or the other they may give good results.
1595  Other / Archival / Re: I could be millonaire now (BUT NOT) on: January 23, 2018, 05:35:28 PM
How could you have become a millionaire if you had hold all your bitcoin till today?  Sad Bitcoin prices rose as they were known to a large population of earth over the course of 8 years. If no one were willing to spend those cheap unworthy shit (at that time) then even today Bitcoin would have been known to only a smaller group of people and no increase in price would have occurred . It is really bad about people just saying that I would have been millionaire, billionaire now if I holded a huge amount of coins but those coins would not have raised in price if they were holding those coins till today...

Remember the story of Pizza lover who sold his 10,000 bitcoin for ordering 2 large pizzas right back in 2010... Because of people like them the coin reached this great heights. Link for Pizza lover topic : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.0  Grin Grin
1596  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am new, this is my first post. How to buy bitcoin in India. on: January 23, 2018, 10:30:23 AM
You should have posted this topic in India forums. Anyways the best way to buy the bitcoin in India is zebpay, unocoin, Localbitcoins, coinsecure, coinome. First open a account in all the above mentioned exchanges and link your bank account to the website account.Visit this site for upto date rates in exchanges : http://www.bitcoinrates.in . Check the exchange rate and the one which is highlighted in green in buy section you need to buy bitcoin as they give you max volume in BTC. If you want to buy BTC for Fiat currency check the traders in Localbitcoins.

The minimum amount which these exchanges offer to buy is 1000INR. There were days when the minimum amount for buying was 500INR. But since these days BTC prices rose everything rose. Happy Buying  Smiley
Please if you are posting next topic post it in appropriate section. Grin
1597  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: What is the best crypto currency Wallet for Android n online? on: January 22, 2018, 07:38:58 AM
I think you need to use Coinbase or Blockchain wallet as they are the best online wallets available right now. Coinbase supports 4 cryptos (BTC,ETH,LTC,BCH). But having huge amount of funds in Hot wallet is dangerous as they are exposed to attacks. If you are storing large amounts i suggest you to buy a "Nano Ledger S" or have your funds in a paper wallet which is save since you will hold your private keys.  Smiley
1598  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can we really earn bitcoin here for free? on: January 21, 2018, 03:42:41 PM
Yes you can earn unless you do some spam postings and try to increase your rank and getting permanently banned from this forum. Joining in a signature or bounty campaign is the best way to earn some. For joining you need to be at least a Jr.Member for participating as the campaigns don't hire those newbies who make spam posts for earning. This is a quality forum, hence wait for a month or so to rank up by replying to topics. Read a lot to increase your knowledge of this cryptoworld before joining a campaign.
1599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still worth it to mine Bitcoin now ? on: January 21, 2018, 09:42:20 AM
No nowadays BTC mining is not worth at all. If you are living in a area where the electricity costs are too low it would be worth, that too if you have high end ASIC mining equipments. In today's world BTC mining is more competitive and larger number of mining pools are opened and miners participate there to earn at least a little profit from mining.
Hence mining atlcoins are worth in the case if you have a good PC as it might be profitable. Instead of mining to earn BTC there are many more ways where you can earn BTC or other atlcoins and exchange them with BTC.
If you have the sole idea of earning invest in them and trade and get good returns as "Mining is not at all worth today unless if you are living in a area where cost of electricity is too low".
1600  Local / India / Re: How to make money from bounty on: January 20, 2018, 04:52:18 PM
First if you need to participate in bounty program, you must boost your rank in this forum. Be active in this forum and atleast make your rank to Jr.member, active in the sense please don't spam the forum.
Once you rank up, join in Bounty Campaigns organised in "Alternate cryptocurrencies>Marketplace>Bounties".
Create a wallet from their official website in which coin you are going to participate. Post constructive and quality posts in the meantime according to their requirement and they will reward you with their tokens.
Once you are rewarded exchange the tokens with BTC/ETH or hold the tokens for them to rise in price.  Smiley
