I probably bought from them before "rush hours" (in early November) so your experience might differ, but I had no trouble contacting Black Arrow (to cancel a mistaken order and direct the funds which I had already dispatched to them towards another order with my name on it). I wasn't asked for any additional documents since I paid from my own account and ordered in my own name. The whole process took 4 days, but this included weekend.
(The need to cancel one order and use the funds towards another order resulted from my mistake. Unfortunately it demonstrates that even customers who generally do read the fine print occasionally make mistakes, and with running a shop comes the burden of having to support them. I realize it's difficult for a "mostly engineering" shop to support a lot of customers - especially customers who speak many different languages. I thus try to not bother them with excess curiosity.)
Like others, I chose to pay by BTC this was 2 weeks ago. But they never replied with the BTC address. How are we suppose to be support them, when they choose to ignore the custumers? I ordered on the 10th Dec and got a reply on 11th with the BTC add. Maybe the email went to your spam folder? |

Anyone have any idea how I can get the $AUD out of Weexchange? I accept that my 0.5 BTC is stuck and may be lost, but if 'ukyo' wants to make things right, at least make it possible for me to withdraw the remaining $AUD in my account.
Ripple withdrawals are disabled, and it says my bank account is not 'verified' - with no instructions how to verify (funny how it was verified enough to transfer money into weex), and even if there was I would be very hesitant to send them any more personal information.
Has anyone managed to withdraw $$ since this mess started?

The bitcoins are simply not there anymore, we are continuing to work through the implementation of a number of solutions to correct the issue. We are hoping to have one of many very important announcements before the Christmas holidays that will enable the bitcoins to be returned to those that are owed, however the run up to the holiday period may cause delays in some aspects.
The solution will take time to pay everyone in full however, there will be no preferential payments and the payments will be distributed proportionally.
A full explanation as to why the bitcoins are no longer there, will be provided as soon as we possibly can.

It's not often i get lucky, or will vouch for someone but tonight i was searching Craigslist for a used PC wipe clean and use for an offline wallet when i found this post on CL ( http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/ele/4236730637.html ) being the skeptic that i am i pretty much wrote it off as a scam, but when i mailed him he said we could meet at his place or at the Police Department to make the exchange if it would make me more comfortable. He was only 20 minutes from where i lived so i figured i would take the drive, and to my utter shock when i finally found his house the ad was real and i snagged all 5 of his BFL Jalapenos for $250. Not quite sure what this guy's deal is, but (although i am not an expert ) I swear he had about a million dollars worth of Terraminer IV's set up in this big room like it was a data center. I didnt even think that they were available until march. Anyways, he has a lot of good stuff left and i laid eyes on it all myself to verify its legit.
