1581  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▄■▀■▄ 🌟BITVEST.io🌟 💰WIN BY 🔶PLAY 📈INVEST➡🔺🎲🎰🔲 | BET CONTEST ▄■▀■▄ on: October 12, 2021, 03:04:40 AM
I just saw the announcement from the campaign manager also,,, I think it was a good one. I had fun and still have fun and I always say in this space. Just conduct yourself well and everything will take care of itself.

I was an investor and player in this site for a long time until recently,,, never problem for me. I believe the mood in the site itself is still good.

Can we leave signature discussion in the correct thread also by the way? Smiley
I agree with leea here. We have been co-workers for different gambling companies and I can say I am just having fun in this forum and being paid while sharing opinions is just a bonus.
Now I am worried, worried that all those negative trusts that were being thrown to lightlord will have an impact on the gambling site.
I hope DT's considered that first since there are not many participants who are complaining about the long wait.
The gambling site is working, there is money, you can still gamble and I wish players will still keep coming despite this problem with the signature campaign.

I just also wish it's not that bad and he is not giving up. Let's just pray he could fight this sickness until he is good enough to answer all the queries.

I think if there is a problem with the company, for example, the disappearance of the only person authorized to make payments, people have a right to know. This is a matter of not only signature campaigns, but also the reputation of the casino and its owner. As far as I can see, lightlord has already received several negative trust ratings from DT members. When it comes to money, every bit of information matters. Would you be willing to risk your money at the casino not knowing will you be able to withdraw it?

Of course everyone should wish him a speedy recovery if he is really sick, but that is not the point. I think the point of it all is why did this happen at all and why are there no security measures in situations like this? What if something really bad were to happen to him? Should everyone just say goodbye to their money? So yes, I think this is the right place for this discussion.

See, that's one example of being in doubt because of a red tag. Didn't even gave the owner a chance. I am not protecting him but let's focus on the "sick" part.

The Lakers already has their potential starter, I'm not quite sure If they have changed of mind.
PG : Russ
SG : Ellington
SF: Ariza
PF : LeBron
C : AD
Though this starting five looks like not everyone is expected, and I don't want to see AD to play at the Center position. I mean he's so fragile, he might get injured in a couple of games.
Well, let's see this could work If AD remains healthy. Ariza is a good addition to play additional defense and Ellington for additional offense.
I think they'll change it. Preserving the energy of Davis will be a factor to win each game.
Move him to the forward position since they have 2 big men in their roster. Howard and DeAndre Jordan.
All they need is to rotate the SG and SF position, Lebron, THT, Ariza, Ellington looking for a combination that would best spread the floor.
Davis cannot run both the offensive and defensive end or he will get exhausted and will take more rest on the bench than to play.
If I am Frank Vogel I would maximize the strength of my bench players as much as possible.

Uhhmm preferred coin, none.
It's the idea behind it that's frightening. Their value will go high just because a billionaire becomes part of it?
What if that certain billionaire says, "I'm done." What could happen? How about all your investments?
If a project just relies upon one person, isn't that also a kind of manipulation. I won't take that high risk to invest with it just to rekt myself.
There's a solution though, make profits out of it short-term but never trust it for a long term investment.
1584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Future on: October 10, 2021, 03:10:31 AM
Visualize a government without banks. Dive deep and you will see it might cause chaos.
There are those who won't agree and others who don't have the knowledge about it. It's not that acceptance is being neglected but taking out the traditional way may become the hardest part for a change.
First and maybe the most important of all, as a government that will try to change the financial system, they will need to educate everyone.
That means textbooks for rural areas, paid advertisements for the urban, computers, smartphones for each family, inserting them in curriculums, and more.
Why replace banks? Adoption is all they need. Small steps are better than none.
1585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 09, 2021, 02:05:09 PM
Anyone watched the Bulls' past 3 games this preseason?

The chemistry is there, the way they communicate, they literally have 4 highflyers in the court, LaVine, Caruso, Ball and Derozan, the best part here is not their vertical though, it's how they pass the ball, Lonzo and Caruso are great all-around players and can definitely be productive on the court.

I'm not rooting for the Bulls though since I love GSW but judging on the Bulls' last 3 games, they look like a powerhouse team indeed, chemistry-wise, and potentially, also, let's not forget about Derrick Jones Jr. as well, so they technically have 5 highflyers on the court, we're gonna be seeing a lot of beautiful plays from this team this season, and that is if they'll all be healthy, the Bulls sure do look like a playoff team, the potential is there, consistency comes next.
Lonzo is known for being a hard-working point guard but what gets in the way to stardom is his errors.
LaVine won't have any problem with them, he had been waiting for someone to help him out to lift the Bulls back on the radar and this might be the best chance he could ever get.
DeRozan will be one of their key players here as now LaVine can focus on being an outside shooter while DeRozan will use his attacking skills for spacing.
I don't see any history of bad injuries with these guys so I think they do have a chance to be in the playoffs.
1586  Economy / Economics / Re: Will we see new ATH this year? on: October 09, 2021, 08:51:28 AM
If the question is just for this year then it's difficult to predict. Perhaps, the memory of 2017 could come back and everyone will invest again to pump the bitcoin market. But in longer terms, yes the price will reach a new ATH and it won't be stopped.
About the attacks, we cannot prevent that. Whenever there is something good being offered to the mass, someone or something will try to bring it down.
Reasons could be envy, or they just want to offer newly created projects that do look good to them but not for everyone.
Take it as a healthy economy for Bitcoin, a balance of the good and the bad.
1587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT for money laundering? on: October 09, 2021, 05:54:20 AM
Its growth caught the eye of the government huh?! Where there is money, different government services will also be there.
Follow the smell of paper, the smell of ink and machine print.
I am confused, they cannot even clean up the money laundering in their own cash and yet they want to go deep into the crypto space.
If only they could catch the guys doing this method using their cash as deposits then it could be prevented in the first place. It won't even become an NFT.
1588  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitvest is a scam on: October 09, 2021, 02:24:03 AM
That explains why campaigns are yet not paid. Hope he gets well soon. I don't see this accusation going since the casino had been established in the early days of Bitcoin and still running today.

I have no idea how hard to manage two casinos. But does lightlord have partners to his business that could take care of his business while he is away?

I think OP knows that considering he created a new account in Bitcointalk just to check about lightlord.
After checking out his profile that had been inactive for just 13 days he already made a thread like this in the gambling section.
This site has put roots in the cryptocurrency gambling industry and suddenly it becomes a scam on a finger snap? Thanos?
You gotta have something better to prove that first. Facts. Not just because you failed an instant withdrawal. Problems are solved thru discussions and not a sudden accuse, you could've just started a thread asking why instant withdrawals are not working.
1589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to store 1 Million $ to Stable coin on: October 08, 2021, 10:44:10 AM
USDT and USDC won't be banned just yet and you don't want to keep your money on that kind of cryptocurrency.
Your best option would be in Bitcoin if you just want to keep it, but if you are really looking for a stable coin, you really have a big problem.
It's not really the ban or the value that you should be worried about. It's the question of how did you get such an amount.
There could be a possibility for them to pause your account until you submit some documentation because these companies will still comply with the anti-money laundering law.
1590  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 08, 2021, 06:14:31 AM
Well, the good part is they learned something else.
Cash is not just about having paper money, a coin, or a plastic card that you swipe away to pay for all the purchased products.
They could use the blockchain technology to enhance it and maybe make this world a better place to lessen the production of plastics and cutting trees.
We are not yet there where it is widely adopted but the hope that someone will benefit from it especially your kids is something to look forward to.
1591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which alt coin is best investment for long term? on: October 08, 2021, 02:53:33 AM
Except for ADA huh?
But what are you really looking for? Blockchain-based projects? NFT's? DeFi? What do you prefer and requirements to say you might consider investing in it?
You know there is a long list of altcoins right now. We can list anything and you might just shove it off.
IMO, I am mostly looking at blockchain types of projects that will support the gambling and gaming industry for ease in their transactions and other stuffs.
I think most of them will be successful as long as they could provide the needs of the said industry.
1592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 08, 2021, 12:49:44 AM
This NBA healthcare fraud story is crazy. There are some superstars who got caught up with this and I’m sure their NBA brothers will not be happy that they were pulling this scheme. Crazy that this could be needed after the multimillion dollars in earnings they’ve each had. Totally wild.

https://apnews.com/article/nba-sports-business-basketball-indictments-a785d565968ec3e50600baf67d9b64e3
I wish this ain't real but I am also looking at it in different news outlets.
Tony Allen? Glen Davis? Shannon Brown? Dudes have a good amount of salaries. I will understand players who think their salary ain't enough to do such things but these known players that were being accused are stars and champions.
Their salaries are not that bad unless they have an addiction that cannot be stopped. It's crazy.
Now their profiles will be stained and this could mean their rings will be affected and will be less valuable in the future if proven guilty.
1593  Economy / Economics / Re: Anti Crypto Arguments Abound on: October 07, 2021, 04:36:06 PM
That's also the guy who made a video about coffee and recycling and it's still fresh in my memory.  Grin
It's all done just for fun, if you are affected by this video then you should stop watching it or better stay away from that streaming service company.
You know there will be recommended clips once you watch that, right? You will be angrier if you try to click them.

Just laugh it out, but if you really can't get enough then watch other clips made by this guy so that you will understand.
1594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana had a big network fail recently - why decentralization matters on: October 07, 2021, 12:54:49 PM
I didn't know that happened. Thank you for the information.
I actually thought they are doing great but that's because I was just looking at the rankings. The value given can make you blind.

Looking deep about it had never crossed my mind since I stayed with cryptocurrencies that I traditionally used.
Proof of history combined with proof of stake. Wow, PoS is already confusing and they twist it more. Its nature is to provide DeFi but within it, is a centralized company. Is that right?
1595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 07, 2021, 08:13:58 AM
this makes me believe this guy is not an addict but have gambled as they mean of making money and dice being an easy game which relies on luck as the top choice.
How did you know? Did you talk to him? But I also doubt he will tell the truth.
Maybe he does gamble every day but also for fun. You said you gamble for fun, so how did you know he was there every day? Do you also visit the casino daily?
What if you just have the same purpose of coming in and out of the casino daily? Ever thought about that?
I think you are just assuming all of this and there is really no fact behind it. Who knows? We can't judge by just looking at every person.
1596  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC hit 70k$ this Christmas? on: October 07, 2021, 03:13:25 AM
I believe it can. We saw it, it went there. Investors come and go but I believe there is more coming and keeping it than withdrawals to other currencies.
Traders are mostly who sways its price and some due to FUD that was believed by easy to panic new investors.
November and December market is full of surprises but I think $60k is easy to reach and it might even go beyond it if the market won't correct instantly and it goes until January.
1597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 07, 2021, 01:49:57 AM
^^ Jordan would average 50 ppg this era, lol, it become soft and hopefully this new rules against offensive players will really help the league balance again because it went from defense to offense oriented play and then the era of 3 points shot. Not saying it's bad, but as fans we wanted to see some hard nose defense as well, hard foul and trash talking. Players are becoming soft, step back 3's and when players goes to the basketball, they flop.
Or maybe more.  Cheesy
Remember they also implemented the "hand check rule".
If no one will touch Michael then they would be left in the dumpsters or he could just jump and fade away and the defender won't have any time to react.
That winning shot that he made against Utah Jazz defender Bryon Russell is the evidence.
MJ pushed him a bit to gain some space before he can even put a hand on his body.
Now it's different, when an offensive player is facing you, touching him is not allowed which means "space" and shooters use that bit of space for an opportunity to shoot especially players with a quick release like Steph and Dame.
1598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano Price Analysis. on: October 06, 2021, 03:56:46 PM
It just shows how ADA is not affected by the Bitcoin market and I think that's a good thing.
Rather than leaning over the Bitcoin price just like other altcoins, it shows its capability of owning its own economy.
Some supporters will love that idea more.
BNB is also the same, it broke the resistance yesterday but now it stopped in the price range of $430-440 and just like ADA not that much affected by the Bitcoin bull.

1599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: October 06, 2021, 02:42:09 PM
~
All of these examples might not be called anymore or worse they will commit an offensive foul that could be a game-changer when there are seconds left in the game.
A technical on the foul-baiter if possible Grin
If possible, yes I would very much agree with that. They could even offer the extent of a flagrant foul especially with the swing move where the offensive player is like using a jiu-jitsu armbar move. That could really hurt a defensive player if his arm will be dragged up.

I think the NBA will be slowly going back to powering up the inside players like Jokic and Giannis to balance the game.
I would love to see more post-ups too because it is getting more and more extinct in the NBA as shown in this article
Yes!!! Post up games. Duncan days. Damn, that's why I am in love with Jokic when I saw him play.
Having a high standard type of play and the fact that he is using his head while being banged up in the painted area. You can't teach that, it's his own nature.
Just to add, I think defensive players will be hyped because of this rule, they won't be scared to go near a shooter anymore as long as they do it right.
1600  Economy / Economics / Re: Why exchanges are charging a big amount as transaction fee on withdrawal on: October 06, 2021, 12:41:36 PM
I am glad that the gambling industry is changing when it comes to withdrawal fees.
But, why is it that exchanges could not do the same?
I had the same problem for years but I never tried to talk about it.
I don't know why, I just swallowed the truth and just thought of it as where their profits will come from.
Most old-school investors want to keep Bitcoin but will regret the fees when they go out using its chain so you use other chains for lower fees but it's not Bitcoin, which is a big problem.
