621  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit 2022 low again? on: September 01, 2022, 04:50:01 AM
A Lot of damages have been done to Bitcoin in 2022, which is partly due to the economic woes of the world and high inflation plaguing global markets among other factors. The Crypto has been holding its ground tightly above the low of June 2022.

My question is, will Bitcoin hold the rest of this year above the low of June at 17625.00 or the level will be breached before 2023?
My wish is for that thing not to happen. Keep the resistance at this level and promote Bitcoin more in different platforms so that it's value won't go down.
Because once another dump happens we can see a lot of negative speculations again and FUD will spread more.
This kind of outcome will not just affect Bitcoin but it will plague thru all the altcoins that is out there. So it better just stay on it's path while we are waiting for our economy to go back to normal or even just near it.
622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: August 30, 2022, 04:07:12 PM
Inoue will simple take this Belt for sure , Butler may have skills but not enough for this Japanese boxer that had already Shown his power over best asian fighter in the past , so  I believe that Butler is not the one who will beat Inoue but who truly knows?
boxer can make their opponent Down with lucky single punch.
Yeah, let's not jump to conclusions just yet. I agree that Inoue proved a lot by winning most of his fights by KO. But you will never know what could happen with just one mere second of a mistake. The thing with undefeated fighters are they will always be the aggressor and there's the opportunity for Butler to hand him a counter.
He will be patient and will try to win by score, as most of his recent fights are won that way but I doubt Inoue will.
623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the market rise in september on: August 30, 2022, 03:43:11 PM
2 more days, I don't think it will happen.
Most predictions ends like this so I guess this is just another one of those.

Economy is not good, people are scared of investing, FUD is scattered all over the internet, and there's no good expectation where the market will go.
Sum it all up and you will get a bear market or a steady one. IMO, we are in a steady phase and if this takes longer the next will be bull. Fingers cross.
624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 30, 2022, 02:44:53 AM
It looks like the Lakers have decided to stop trying to find a good trade for Russell Westbrook and they're now willing to do whatever they can to get rid of his contract.  No idea who they'd potentially try to sign with the savings, but it seems like they're ready to do what they have to do to get him off their roster.  The latest is that they're trying to piggyback on any trade to include Russell's contract and to incentivize teams to take that contract they're offering both their first round pics in 2027 and 2029.  What a mistake that Westbrook signing was...
Big mistake. They didn't realized it will be that bad until gametime.
3rd party in a trade, that's what I read. Forcing a trade because no one is offering anything for him. This ain't different with what happened with Kyrie and Durant although Westbrook is not some kind of a diva like them. He just want to be on a better team and get a ring but it seems his last chance is trying to kick him out because of the unproductive season that he performed.
Dude should've stayed in OKC. He may not get a championship but he will be remembered in that place. Or he may get one just like Dirk who did it as a veteran.
625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play Slots? (long sessions / jumper / focussed) on: August 29, 2022, 05:00:33 PM
Option B : Do you jump between different slots, play for a while and then jump to the next slot?
I am with this type of a slot player. I don't/cannot stay long in just one game. It bores me quick and gives me a hard time to enjoy the game. IMO, it's always better if you still excited about the game you are playing.
Some reasoning are because they might be near hitting the jackpot that is why they stay but I don't believe that. If it's your day then it will be. I have seen one gambler who is not sitting in one slot machine for so long but hit the jackpot for like 10-15 rounds.

626  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin do $19k again before a bull market? on: August 29, 2022, 09:32:19 AM
Not an expert but on the same perspective as you, I don't want to see it go lower than that because more FUD will come out if it does so.
It's below 20k now but back to a green light. If it does go lower then chances of breaking the resistance point will be higher.
But when a big movement down happens we can expect the bull will near too. The calm, then going going low, afterwards the spurt. I am just using history basis though, the economic problem is still up so it might be different this year.
627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 27, 2022, 05:43:51 PM
What I wish is for the kid Chet is to not let this become a mental problem. It's just an injury it will heal and he can still go back.
Lisfranc injury is said to take a year before it heals fully. That will mean we should not expect for him even if the OKC go far as post season.

Yes, he really should. Let the whole year be his comfort year to be fully prepared and healthy for next season.

Remember Joel Embiid, he was sidelined for 2 seasons after he was drafted by the Philadelphia Sixers. That's even worst since he might think he's already a burden to the team. That might affect his mentality too during that time to play hard once he gets back.

But now, looked at Embiid, showing monster performance every season. Chet should just take things easy and focus on his recovery.
That's a good example, thanks. I am more worried mentally than physically. He can come back we know that, but that's still a kid for me who needs more building in both. Different era, kids these days are prone to being criticized by a ton and they will know it with speed because of social media. I wish that won't affect him.

Winner or loser?
Lakers receiving Patrick Beverley.
Utah Jazz receiving Talen Horton-Tucker and Stanley Johnson.
628  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Having losses? Or people are not going the right way on: August 26, 2022, 04:13:45 PM
The mistake that I see is thinking "it is a good way to make money". That had always been their first thought whenever they invest in crypto and the sad part is they want it fast. That's the second mistake.
Any investment takes time, you just need to know when was the right time to buy and how long are you willing to wait.
Those who want it fast should go for high risk, high rewards but it is not recommended for shallow wallets.
629  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 26, 2022, 02:21:35 PM
Too bad that the young lad had to suffer an injury early in his career but it's a good preparation for his career. He already started some weight training and shooting exercises as mentioned in the article so he could be scary when he returns. Chet has a decent shot outside and he could reach Toni Kukoc's level or maybe surpass it.

It's fine he's not the only one who had hurt himself before his NBA debut and made an amazing season after that. Most likely they will still gonna have some light practice to condition their body and will gonna be ready once they are fully recovered just like Zion Williamson this upcoming season. It's not just his time yet this season and maybe when he gets back he is fully aware of what role he gonna play to further strengthen their team.
I was hoping I could witness early on why he was picked by OKC rather than Jabari Smith. We might not see that in this season. Yes, this is just like the expectation with Zion, the only difference was Zion was the number 1 pick and even after resting for a year the hype doesn't end although Ja Morant had proven so much being a pro than him.

What I wish is for the kid Chet is to not let this become a mental problem. It's just an injury it will heal and he can still go back.
Lisfranc injury is said to take a year before it heals fully. That will mean we should not expect for him even if the OKC go far as post season.

631  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Influence of "Paid" Streamers on Online gambling..... on: August 22, 2022, 10:31:12 AM
People are also saying that "Paid" streamers are basically "sweeping" all money that are being played by others on those specific slots. (You often hear people saying... "I cannot play XXX Slot now, because streamer YYY won big on that Slot) - If I am correct... all funds that are played in a casino goes into one "Pot" .....and wins are paid out of that... or in the case of a Jackpot system.. into a "Pot" at the 3rd party service provider. (Is this true or false...any experts out there that can clear this up?)
I didn't realize that until now. I always think about this "paid streamers" having a fake game and was playing like in a different time and space. Like another platform just for them. If that is the case, then yes this will be unfair to those who are spending too much money just to hit the jackpot. A big one.

On the flip side of the coin..... Some people believe that "Paid" streamers are actually "feeding" or "funding" other people's large wins. They can only "sweep" other peoples funds, when they win.... if someone else win before them... the opposite happens... right?

Let's discuss.... and enjoy this thread please.  Wink
It's also possible. That money on the pot won't grow that high but because they are feeding it, the jackpot grows higher than when normal gamblers contributing for it. There's both good and bad side of what they do. Perhaps, avoiding where they play is the best solution.
632  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of bitcoin rise again? on: August 22, 2022, 10:23:01 AM
Who said we are in a bull market?
Maybe you are looking at a scam coin that is being pumped by the developers behind it.
There's no bull that had been happening yet. It's still as stagnant as it was last month or after the bear came.

Will it rise again?
Yes. Possibly, probably, maybe. It's difficult to see the future when it comes to the market of Bitcoin.

Shaquille O'Neal says Warriors' Stephen Curry is 'by far' the best player in the world: 'I love that kid'
Quote
"Nobody's gonna beat the best player in the world, Steph Curry," O'Neal said.
Do you agree?
I do.
Steph proved a lot of things on that last run against the Boston Celtics. Those tears at the end of Game 6 is proof of it.
He heard a lot of bad things in different critics about being a champion just because someone was injured in the opposing team or because they recruited another superstar.
But all of that will not be possible without his humbleness at accepting the new player (Kevin Durant) or being at his best even if the strength of the opposing team (Cavaliers) is intact without Kyrie around because Lebron was still a phenomenal player at that time. (well, even now at his age)
634  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance want the best for crypto space on: August 20, 2022, 08:59:13 AM
That's the normal thing to do if they want to preserve their business. It's not like they did it for fame or to be on the hype again.
A lot of questions will be thrown at them if they will just let this one slide on their own house.
Being a big exchange platform who were on top of all should always have this kind of flashy reaction of what comes in and out and that includes a team who are focused to quickly react to such things.
This should be a good lesson to others who are starting an exchange business.
635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ban in China and some noble countries. on: August 18, 2022, 07:00:55 AM
It's not even new anymore and they won't accept it no matter what.
Dominance is what they are aiming either in production of things or just mere power. If it cannot be controlled then trash it.
They'd rather create their own cryptocurrency which they have access with whenever they want. Authority at its maximum.
I am not against China or it's government but that's my POV of how they run things. Soon, their own digital currency will be floating in the trends.
636  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people more and more people depend from this on: August 18, 2022, 05:59:47 AM
Literally, there is no such thing as long and short day. It will always be the same or just a bit short by a minute or seconds.
What you are asking is everyday life, right?
Well, it will depend on you. A day does look short when you are productive and enjoying what you do while on the other hand it goes long when you don't love what you are doing.
The same goes with trading, everyday must be a new day because you won't know how volatile BTC could be each passing day. You even need to use an alarm just to be updated about the movements.

638  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How profitable Is investing in a crypto casino or sportbook? on: August 17, 2022, 01:00:55 PM
Recently, I came across information about how much casinos earn and wanted to ask if this data can be extrapolated to the crypto sphere?

I know that crypto gaming portals are very profitable, but I have never come across information about how much crypto bookmakers can earn. I am especially interested in how the verified of corporate social networks affects the profits of the casino. I am also interested in how much crypto bookmakers earn on partnerships with football clubs. Any information or link to an article would be appreciated!
I am a bit confused of what OP is trying to get as an answer here.
Is it about investing in crypto casinos like what most gambling sites have features here. i.e. Yolodice (closed), Bustadice, etc...
Because they are profitable long-term but it's the reputation that you have to look out for.

Or is it about how much the bookies make?
I don't think there will be an answer here for that will be kept in secrecy. OP, are you trying to make an online gambling site or trying to be a bookie?

There's no more excuse for them as they have the big 3 now.

Durant
Irving
Simmons.

This big 3 is strong enough to bring this team into the championship, the only problem is their chemistry and the two superstars passion to play as they have asked to be traded, hopefully that will not affect their performance in the season to come.

More like big 3 headaches for the organization to me Cheesy

Seriously, if these 3 get their acts together, they are nightmares to their opponents. Fortunately for other teams, they are full of dramas.
Indeed that's true. 3 players who could play the guard position. 2 of them can play the forward with a good shot blocking capability. 2 of them are one of the top in average steals. Simmons just went further down because he didn't play last season but Kyrie is still on the top 6. But we all saw how good Simmons at pickpockets.
All they need are active roleplayers that are not prone to injuries. They have Seth and Nic and those two will be a headache to any opponent they will be facing. I don't think they realize that yet. I mean the trio.
