161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Short suggestion and situation on: June 12, 2020, 04:06:09 AM
The difference you need to understand when working online or mmo in general is they are very unstable. Most people I know in the mmo always try to amass enough money to open a business even they are making a killing in mmo. Broaden your mind, mmo is great but don't confine yourself exclusive in it.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need a reality check, is an ICO right for me to fund a business? on: June 11, 2020, 02:33:20 PM
You need an actual product, an actual thing that already in work to impress and convince investors to launch a successful ICO. If not, you won't able to meet your ICO's goal. Many ICO first come out as very straight forward but because they lack anything works and all just concept, work-in-progress so they fail and ICO becomes a place that only scammers tries to run their pathenic (((ICO))).
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BNC TOKEN on: June 11, 2020, 02:26:04 PM
Whitepaper is the first thing investor look up and if you do a lazy job, plagiarized from elsewhere and not willing to put effort into it, don't expect anyone to care for your coin.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Picasso artwork sold for crypto on: June 10, 2020, 11:56:05 AM
I am fan of Picasso works. Honestly, this is the first time i know about this paint. I didn't also like it that much.
Now the question is why they chose that work to sell it for an unknown crypto without even mentioning the price !? Is this a strategy to promote the paint sale or the crypto used to sell it ? Why not just using bitcoin ?
I am not that pessimistic, but i don't think art fans/collectors will be interested in crypto just to purchase this paint .
Yeah, sound like a publicity stunt to attract attention for IDON Tokens. And the piece doesn't look like Picasso's art at all or any information to verify that artwork was involved in the transaction so I cast this news with doubt.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: Counter-Strike Skin Economy on: June 10, 2020, 11:41:46 AM
Ha, didn't know there will a day I'm talking about CS:GO items and skins economy on bitcointalk. But anyway, from my history with CS:GO so far (from 2015) and Valve's history, I don't think invest in CS:GO items and skins in 2020 would be a smart move. Mainly because CS:GO already at the very end of its cycle life and CS:GO 2 aka Source 2 could come out at any moment now. No doubt there are a few years for cs community to accept and transition to the next gen but one it has done, you literally holding items and skins from a dead platform. Very risky, items and skins value tied to cs pro scene with teams, players, and such. Did I mention about only one update from Valve which change drop rate could also f**k your items and skins up?
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Alert] extstock - Fake volume on: June 09, 2020, 02:39:35 PM
Thats crazy high! even those top volume crypto exchange cannot reach that numbers, that was the strangest pump to date, it's very obvious it was faked, so beware don't ever try to use that crap exchange. I have a bad feeling about it maybe it's a kind of trap or just a manipulation to lure people to invest. I'm sorry about my judgment but I was just basing only those numbers that impossible to attain.
I wonder if those guys from the pump group ever take a look at the chart and said: "Yep, +50000000% is totally believable. No way they could spot out anything strange from our pump".
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ETH better than BTC for payment? on: June 09, 2020, 02:31:48 PM
ETH kinda in the middle. If people want a lightweight, fast, and low tx fee, they go for LTC. Now everyone was talking, I don't remember that I ever use ETH for payment at all. I only use ETH to transfer token or deposit/withdraw from my balance. Weird, I brought an online sms to verify service and although it cost me $50, I used BTC as payment instead of ETH.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why kucoin delisted Tenx (pay ) on: June 08, 2020, 12:31:16 PM
The unfortunate things happening with me after long crypto break . Now tenx pay is delisted from kucoin even its having good daily volume also having fair amount marketcap now it’s delisted from exchange . I am not finding any proper reason for delisting. Are there in problem with tenx pay.
This is why I don't like Kucoin exchange, they kinda hit and miss in their rules where a lot of inconsistent. Even if there were something broken out between Kucoin and tenx, they should public out the reason why delisted all of sudden like that. Instead, let us sitting here make a guess. Lack of transparency is one of my complaint to Kucoin
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I wrong or right? on: June 08, 2020, 12:21:43 PM
If altcoins aren't dependants on Bitcoin price or value one altcoin would have over throne Bitcoin, if it was a different story that altcoins don't rely on Bitcoin bullrun I believe Bitcoin won't be the 1st today, am I wrong or right?

At some point, you will always wonder about that. Very possible in the long run, but definitely not today, specially that bitcoin is still on top for years to come!
I doubt in the long run where altcoin could dominance and dethrone bitcoin. If they aren't doing it right now, they wont in the future since that only consolidates and allows bitcoin to spread its root further.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of good ETH forks? on: June 07, 2020, 10:45:16 AM
I haven't seen a good Ethereum fork on the market yet. It is better to join in the ERC20 token system by Ethereum than fight against it by making a completely new fork. Plenty of success in ERC20 tokens than a copy cat of Ethereum.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop blaming bounty hunters on: June 07, 2020, 10:40:27 AM
You need to look deeper because in some cases, the bounty hunters do have a fair share for the price fall on exchange. Those cases I want to talk about is when the coin hasn't moved from its bounty phrase so only bounty hunters could trade, buy and sell. So when the price fall, of course, bounty hunters are the only ones need to hold back their greed.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Giving away too much quantities of tokens in bounties on: June 06, 2020, 10:23:23 AM
I've seen one or two bounty campaigns on here with massive token allocations for bounty participants, I'm wondering how this won't affect the value of the token, I believe giving away too many quantities of tokens can easily ruin the value of the token, most especially bounties that are doing 4 Rounds of campaigns, what's your take on this???
A massive amount of allocations for bounty isn't an issue. If people see that bounty is good enough, there will plenty of participants to keep the stake of each participant fair and square. If not, people don't have much hope for project and bounty then there will have a low number of participants. Although each of them could get a bigger reward, the real value will be different (inflation, no attention, no interest,...)
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trying to decide on: June 06, 2020, 10:13:38 AM

Why Flexa coin? Why Dent? I understand you don't want Bitcoin and yes you are doing the right thing if you want the maximum ROI, altcoins can deliver that but you need to choose carefully, Cardano is a very good altcoin, ADA, BAT and Vechain ain't bad too but replace those two with something better

Do research on the following
1. Cosmos
2. Harmony
3. Theta
4. Tezos
5. Chainlink
Honestly this. Flexacoin and Dent are shit, no reason to keep or invest in them. Ada, Vechain, BAT are fine while I don't know much about ZIL and RSR to give you advise. Research Chainlink and see if it up to your liking and Binance token as well since you will need to choose an exchange token to reduce fee while trading anyway.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2020 rising altcoin on: June 05, 2020, 12:08:52 PM
I wanted to ask the community which you think are the emerging altcoins of 2020.
We are already halfway through the year and can we have an idea of what the revelations of 2020 were, or was it a weak year for altcoins?
in my opinion 2020 has shown that eth does not give up the second position
After seeing how ETH emerge back ETH 2.0 with proof of stake, I think 2020 definitely the year of ETH. If ETH did the proof of stake right then it will become a use case for hundreds of proof of stake, masternode cryptos out there. Either as a failure or a success, those cryptos will follow steps left behind by ETH. So to the point, I think the second half of 2020 will become the year of proof of stake cryptos.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto regulations still have a chance? on: June 05, 2020, 11:55:47 AM
Many people belief that the only solution crypto space needed is regulations,
If that is what they believe then I could say they're just a minority compared to many others against regulations. There are many ways to combat scams, not just force regulations on everyone and things that will compromise the whole decentralized that make crypto become popular today.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sending in fake ID for KYC on: May 23, 2020, 12:03:36 PM
i have never supported KYC activities on bounties but with the recent increase in scam activities with KYC data, i have resolved never to partake in any project that requested for Kyc. i don;t see the need to ask for KYC since there is a request in the bitcointalk for people to provide proof of identification while participating. i think it is time hunters learn to turn down any project that request for KYC AND GENERALLY TERM IT SCAM.
Both parties, bounty hunters with their KYC and KYC verify team of the project will never found a solution. One side with their fake KYC and one side with their shady thing with KYC to not release the bounty. Both sides had a distrust for each other and since it involved KYC verify so no information could be public in case there is doubt at each other. If only there is a third party that is pro in dealing KYC verify and trusted enough in the view of bounty hunters. They could be a bridge to connect and maintain both sides to make the KYC verify to become normal again.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member on: May 16, 2020, 01:26:08 PM
A Legendary Member is just a milestone in terms of rank. You can archive it if you stay at Bitcointalk long enough. Will I trust a Legendary Member alone without caring about his reputation? Of course, no. This is where being a Legendary Member is a precondition to be something greater, which everyone held you as high regard for your good reputation.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: May 13, 2020, 11:58:14 AM
What do you mean 'survive in the current market situation'?  There is nothing to survive as it isn't a dead or alive situation where crypto value could be back to zero. Yes, the price may be down a bit compared to before but remember, timing is the most important aspect. It could go up later and if you already pull out, you're lost. Be smart and don't think crypto like a static thing.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash what are your thoughts? on: May 09, 2020, 12:21:28 PM
To me, bitcoin cash is just one tier higher than the common copy-cat coins out there.
A good shitcoin? Kinda like it and I saw many bitcoin cash adopters and holders don't give shit about whatever it good or bad. As long it could bring back profit, they don't care and ain't that true for a lot of coins out there too?
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: May 04, 2020, 01:35:07 PM
I think those ruses gonna stale fast and less likely to work in today like it used to be before. Of course, there are a few people still hold a great reputation and no doubt they would create an insane hype but they don't do that kind of thing at all.
