Will cleaning of your shoes show you respect? )) Better make good thread for newbies about "what should you do to earn merits". Step by step with examples. Beggars have always been and will be, and when for beginners this is the only way out, it's not a surprise that it happens.
P.S.: I'm not a beggar. ))

What made you so special? Do you feel smart and cool after criticizing my post? Write what’s best for the community. Statements that can shift gears. No wonder you got zero merits, you’ve been busy and wasting time criticizing posts rather than posting quality ones. Get outta here kid.
162  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: STOP! TO ALL FELLOW NEWBIES AND JR. MEMBERS on: February 27, 2018, 10:13:44 PM
if there was a hero who said that, you would understand that you might get three or five merits in order to attract attention, the people there do not eat it, my friend. Join your signature campaigns when you waste time doing this. Nobody eats these cheap numbers. everyone is very picky about merit. they never give it to those who write like you. I draw your attention to your recommendation, but you get minus points.

Who write like me? I’m making a statement of which I always observe as a newbie. CauseI do not beg for one. If you’re here to sound smart, pick your door way out son. You’ve been a juinior member with 70 activities and still I got more merits than you? No wonder. Peace out.

Do you where can I learn about day trade ? Is there a book ?

You can search it in the search bar while you’re on the trading forum. Read a lot of basic trading principles as well. Just scan through the forum of trading.
164  Other / Beginners & Help / Hey, wanna know a secret? on: February 27, 2018, 01:43:22 PM
Hello fellow low rankers!

Wanna know the secret on how the high rankers can give us a positive impression and commendation?
Here’s a 3 guide rule. Check this out.

1. Don’t be redundant with common questions, you can search the answer first, let’s not be lazy. If you can’t find it and you’re sure that this is a new question to all, that’s the perfect time to post.

2. Earn merits... the RIGHT way. Don’t beg for them to give you some. Earn their respects. I’m sure by the time you earn a lot of merits as respects, that’s the time that merits will just be a piece of cake for you to earn. And all of those people who just asked for them, will never learn the perfect principle of quality posting.

3. Post fruitfully, help your fellow low rankers if you have insights and advise to them. Teach them nicely and don’t brag about on how long you’ve been posting here, cause I know that you’ve been to their shoes before.

Good luck to us newbies and jr. members. Hopefully this can help you step up your game. I’m sure by the time that you already mastered this 3 guides, we can rank higher and probably learn from another guides or rather from the “masters”.
165  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: STOP! TO ALL FELLOW NEWBIES AND JR. MEMBERS on: February 27, 2018, 01:02:02 PM
I think asking is not a wrong thing. Newbies wants to know about these field. Everyone want to go up when they are in now. So in highest rank people give their hand for others because we have a responsible for help others.

You’re talking about spoon feeding there bud. If others really want to help you be successful here, they won’t give you merits because you beg for them. They will give you merits until you learn how to earn one.

A perfect ideology for this will be “Give a man a fish, and you’ll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you’ll feed him for life”. Now if High rankers will give merits to you cause you just beg and beg for merits, well, you won’t learn the best way to earn merit. And you will never learn the basic and perfect princible of posting with quality.

STOP!! PLEASE STOP!!

STOP BEGGING FOR MERITS.

I’ve seen a lot of posts here from low rankers who were asking for merits. Such a shame guys!

Merits are like “RESPECTS”. Show people respect, show community some respect and most importantly, show admins and the rules here in bitcointalk some RESPECT.

If you can’t give them some of that, you won’t earn some bud.

Get merits or rather EARN merits like everyone else.

It’s just a matter of giving respect to the community.

And there you go. You talk about Merit and you get merit. Otherwise no one gets merit unless the topic is brought up.
How do you explain this?

This is just a matter of studying and understanding our community, you want merits? Post high quality posts that can make a statement for making a change for the better of the community. Simple as that. Posting is free anyway, but speaking with your heart out for out community earns respect.
167  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: STOP! TO ALL FELLOW NEWBIES AND JR. MEMBERS on: February 26, 2018, 02:09:56 PM
It's kinda dishonest way of earning merits if you beg for it. The rules implied here by the admin is a way of challenge for us to make a better and a much constructive post. If you feel like you got a very good and constructive post but no one has given you a merit for that, then that's fine. Just don't stop because someday, your endeavor will pay off.

Agree on this one. And nothing’s more satisfying and being proud of when advancing to the next rank when you earn a lot of merits. It’s like blood sweat and tears for each rank. Not just posting a lot of activities but posting quality ones. It’s not surprising that someday, a lot of newbies from today will be a lot more experienced than other members who were here before because of how hard merits can be earned.

I agree with this completely. I believe earning things rather than begging for it. Respect earned is more prestigious compared to respect begged for. Try to earn everything you have rather than get it the oppsite way

Finally! A newbie that agrees and sees the opportunity that they’re missing. That you for understanding the pros of having something to work for rather than begging for reward you didn’t earn. Good luck to us good sir. You have a good one.

Please, just stop stopping us. We dont want to be manipulated and beibg stopped.

All that I have is all that you've given me
Did you ever worry that I'd come to depend on you
I gave you all the love I had in me
Now I find you've lied and I can't believe it's true
Wrapped in her arms I see you across the street
And I can't help but wonder if she knows what's going on
You talk of love but you don't know how it feels
When you realise that you're not the only one
Oh you'd better stop before you tear me all apart
You'd better stop before you go and break my heart
Ooh you'd better stop

Wow, another post for earning activities that’s not really necessary to post. Get outta here young fella. Learn to post fruitful comments and post rather than this garbage. This is a forum for btc not forum for bs.

Given that the author of this thread only has 2 merit himself, this could be a clever strategy to get some cheap merit from other users that are annoyed by newbies asking for merit  Tongue. I am however sure that this is an honest post that was caused by the authors disgust for spammers  Grin.

No I don't think it is an honest post. I will go with your first submission that it is a clever strategy to get merit for himself going by the click bait title. Being a newbie I was tempted to click only it see its all BS

I respect your opinion and your judgement, But nice try, if you’ve been here long enough or probably studying about btc. You know what I’m talking about. And fyi, how can you make a statement if you don’t have a title worth clicking on. Hey bud, you should read more, study more about our community, maybe you’ll hit your head someday knowing what it feels like seeing people begging for money and respect rather than earning them. Welcome to the world of cryptocurrency bud, nothing’s for free here, work your way on top, don’t beg for it, that’s just disgusting. You got a long way ahead kid.

i see no harm in people asking for Merits it is give and take . I am happy to give merit to deserving ones and am not averse to receive one

No harm? Go ahead and read the thread again. Look how the high rankers and experienced members here give statements about what it can actually do to our community. For your education as well bud
172  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: STOP! TO ALL FELLOW NEWBIES AND JR. MEMBERS on: February 24, 2018, 04:28:08 PM
Do NOT ask for Merit.  Do NOT beg for Merit.

Merit is intended to be earned.  Attempting to acquire Merit without earning it is dishonest and an indication of an untrustworthy person.

Danny put it excellently and if I could put it in context or give a reference I would love to attempt to make this even more clear and salient.

It would be great if Danny and Bill didn't commit a classic faux pas in newbie posting - repeating a point made earlier in the thread. You guys are both just repeating the OP.

Instead of acting like you're teaching something, you should be praising the OP for his call out of those that ask/beg for merit OR shutting the f*ck up and moving on to a thread that you can contribute something new to.

The etiquette of post quality applies to each of us, remember that.

Woterry, THANK YOU for joining us in calling out those that ask or beg for merit. Your comparison to "respect" is spot on. If you have to ask for merit you know your post isn't good enough to earn any. Keep the intent true and the reward will come.

Keep it up, Woterry, we're glad you're here!

Never had this kind of praise and defense from my posts before. I’m truly honored from someone who is already experienced and high ranking. Nothing more but honor for such a simple post yet respected by the “veterans” here. This kind of praise or thankfulness gives me more energy to post and comment a lot more fruitful words for others to appreciate and learn from. Thank you for your recognition good sir. Hope to be like you someday.

It’s really hard to make a statement if your rank is just low. Being judged quite easily. Thank you for giving emphasis on that one good sir. You have a good one.
174  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: STOP! TO ALL FELLOW NEWBIES AND JR. MEMBERS on: February 24, 2018, 12:38:31 AM
Do NOT ask for Merit.  Do NOT beg for Merit.

Merit is intended to be earned.  Attempting to acquire Merit without earning it is dishonest and an indication of an untrustworthy person.

As listed in my personal Merit Policy:
Policy: If you beg for merit (make any request that someone give you merit), you will receive negative feedback from me.

Reason: Merit is intended to be earned.  Begging for it means that you are trying to acquire it without earning it. This is a dishonest way of earning Merit and implies that you are an untrustworthy person.

Those that beg for merit are social outcasts, they are to be shunned and ignored. They have no place in this forum, and they are not welcome here.

I agree good sir. I don’t get why people are begging for one. I mean there would be a lot more excitement to rank up if you earn each rank with blood, sweat, and probably tears. Hope to be like you someday.

Please stop using capital letters in titles and posts. We don't like people shouting at us.

I apologize for that. I am not shouting at people, I’m just giving emotion on my post to make a statement. Likewise, thank you for your advise dear sir.

I have made a post with almost 300 replies now and still no merit my brother sent me 10 but how cani get more im trying to rank up quick somebody help me out please and thank you

Wow. Just wow. Look at some people here just begging for merits just to rank. I just can’t believe it. Nothings for free now boys. Earn it, merits are like respect, if you can’t show respect, you won’t get any. So earn it bud. Earn it just like every single one of us low rankers. Such a shame.
178  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it too late for the rest of us? on: February 20, 2018, 01:57:25 PM
Those of us who haven't purchased any crypto before, is it too late? Should we even bother trying? I have read the market was falling lately but it seems pretty pumped already. I wonder if there is any room to grow anymore.

Fear of missing out... I’ve been there. When a lot of people went in something good then they get a lot of money or rewards, and you? Crying and saying to yourself “should’ve done it earlier like the rest of them”.

This should not be the thinking if you’re dedicated in the world of cryptocurrency. Why? First crypto will not stop there, there would be another season, another time, and another opportunity. Second, studying the basic principles is the key, you won’t think like this if you did. Lastly, another guy will come in here crying and has the same feeling as you now, the next thing you know, you’ll post a comment in their post saying.... “Fear of missing out? I’ve been there”
179  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to earn merit on: February 19, 2018, 01:21:55 PM
How to earn merit? I dont understand how to make a merit here in bitcointalk, can someone help me or idea to have a merit in bitcointalk, i hope  can anyone help me for my concern, thanks

Earning merit is just given by people who have Smerits or for short, the high rank people. They tend to give you merit if your post is fruitful to them. Just a piece of advise, high ranking people or most people here in bitcointalk don’t want redundant questions. I suggest this kind of general questions should be searched and not posted to threads. You already have 40+ activities, by now if you’re reading and learning about bitcointalk, you should already have knowledge. Unless this is not your account or this is just another “post anything to rank” posts. Be careful man.
180  Other / Meta / Re: Where can i check my Bitcointalk rank? on: February 16, 2018, 09:41:52 PM
In my profile page, where should i check my Bitcointalk rank?

Thanks in advance.

Is this a question for a newbie? Or just a question to earn activities and posts? I’m not being so serious about this but this kind of question really states that some people here are just lazy enough not to search for the answers (if this was a real post question). That’s why high ranking people here give us bad reputation (newbies) because of us being lazy for searching the answers, being redundant in posts. Rabking is abviously in the profile section. Hust like any other account websites out there.
