161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where to sell tokens? on: July 23, 2018, 03:57:13 AM
I'm new, and I wanted to sell my tokens. Advise me of sites for the sales of tokens. Where is the big turnover? where is the easiest to sell?

Of course in exchange. First you need to look your tokens, what exchange that they get listed.
Usually after ICO, they dont get listed immediately, you have to wait for the dev to listing their tokens.
Once your token listed on exchanges, you can sell them.
162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we change the public's view of Crypto world? on: July 21, 2018, 06:40:24 AM
Guys we are very much aware how the crypto community through this great forum has helped most of us in terms of our finances but is so heartbreaking that the most of the public views only describes how insecure and unsafe the crypto community is. I do understand that cryptocurrencies are volatile and the issue of anonymity sometimes scares people away but y'all bear with me that if  crypto is explained to you and you really understand it properly you would not make wrong mistakes and get swayed away by panic sales or submit your private key as ethereum wallet address. Is it a public campaign or some other form of tutorial that we should organize to help explain crypto to the world because believe it or not the blockchain technology of cryptocurrencies is being admired by most organizations and some of them have decided to run their operations with the use of blockchain technology. What can we do as a community to help change the public view of Crypto?

Peoples say crypto is unsafe because there are many hacking events has occurred in the past.
They are afraid to get scammed by bad peoples in crypto world. I think it is our duty to makes them understand crypto is actually very safe.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is best wallet for long term bitcoin holding? on: July 20, 2018, 03:27:11 AM
What is best wallet for long term bitcoin holding? I want to choose one wallet for bitcoin holding. Which one is best and have no bugs and problems? Which one is worse? Which one is easy to instal and easy to use. Which one you just prefer for long term holding.

The best wallet for me is bitcoin core. You can just download it on the official bitcoin.org site.
After you install the wallet in your computer, generate the address wallet, and start downloading the blockchain.
Then you can send your coins to your address, and just wait it few years later.
164  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you now going to hold when the market is red? on: July 20, 2018, 03:07:51 AM
All of a sudden bitcoin jumped from 6.5k to almost 8k today. I believe those who made panic selling are very disappointed now. This is the reason why i said bitcoin investment is not only about risk taking. Am pretty sure no old member sold thiers at that cheap. Sometimes experience counts. Never think bitcoin is gonna die

Yeah bitcoin won't die, i agree. When the market is red, that is not the time to sell with such low price. It is time to buy and accumulate more.
You cannot gain profit if you are selling in the low price. I am personally keep holding some good coins although the price falling.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's volatility is a non-issue on: July 19, 2018, 05:42:09 AM
Very true, volatility in cryptocurrency is not an issue for peoples who have strong hands. When your coins are falling, you won't sell it because you know that only market fluctuations. Even volatility is used by the experienced traders to make profit. So, it is no problem at all.
166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market confidence in bitcoin. on: July 19, 2018, 05:20:38 AM
Since the beginning of the year bitcoin prices continue to decline and there are still many bitcoin users who still survive and hope bitcoin will rise again, but in fact the price of bitcoin increase has not been significant and impressed stagnant and continue to fall, what exactly happened, could the market start to get bored, trust against bitcoin begin to decrease and switch to another coin as an alternative. how in your opinion?

For quite long, bitcoin has been staying in the bottom since Q2 of this year. There were not any significant movement in the market.
The market not bored, just stagnant. I am expecting bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies will recover its price at the end of the year.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I give up now? on: July 18, 2018, 08:11:40 AM
It's better to earn real tokens, not fake ones as most of these ICO's are scams and they promise in any method to scam people. I joined so many Airdrops, bounties, but only 2 to 3 paid me and they were in less price. I wasted my time by promoting them on Social media sites.
I suggest you to discover much, but after all these also they don't pay anything for us.

You are wrong if you give up now. There are some ICO worth to participate by supporters or investors.
I think you should do diligence more so you can choose the real ICO's and your efforts won't be wasted.
168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Keep safe your Bitcoin from hacker on: July 17, 2018, 02:35:51 AM
If you want to secure your bitcoin there are two ways to keep safe it.

1. Take a very heard password.

I think online wallet is not a solution for best security. The best wallet is a hard wallet and a desktop wallet i think.

169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal announced partnerships with BitPay, Coinbase and GoCoin. on: July 17, 2018, 01:43:18 AM
Though the online e-commerce pioneer stopped short of integrating bitcoin into its digital wallet or payment processing services directly, the move marks PayPal's first formal offering to the bitcoin community. In a blog post penned by senior director of corporate strategy Scott Ellison, PayPal revealed that online merchants will now be able to accept bitcoin via all three companies through its PayPal Payments Hub, its product that enables customers to accept credit cards, mobile carrier payments and other payment methods through a single integration.

PayPal is available in 193 markets and 26 currencies. With 143 million active registered accounts and $6.6bn in revenue at the end of 2013, the e-commerce giant brings the potential for new users and new business to the bitcoin economy.

Good news from crypto world i guess. In the future, everyone will use cryptocurrency and not use fiat anymore, we are slowly towards that direction.
if PayPal start to integrating their payment system with cryptocurrency, then another e commerce platform may follow after.
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment? on: July 16, 2018, 06:46:15 AM
Property is a good investment because it is safer than bitcoin. The price of property usually always goes up from time to time.
But bitcoin is different. Bitcoin price is very fluctuating in the market. And i think the purpose of bitcoin was to become a currency at first, not an asset.
171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A lot of hacks, whats the solution? on: July 15, 2018, 08:42:45 AM
its been half of 2018 and we have seen a lot hacks issue in crypto industry, exchanges, pools, traders everybody is being affected by this hacks.

what is the solution as i see hackers will not leave this chance as this industry is still in development mode( early stage).

is DEX are solutions for traders, let me know !
BTC

The solution is we need to educate ourself how to protect our cryptocurrency wallet with the best method.
Most of the hacking cases i believe it is because personal mistakes such as exposing private key, get phished, forgot the wallet, lost wallet, no backup, etc.
172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Tips Keeping Your Bitcoin from Hackers. on: July 14, 2018, 07:24:51 AM
- We must have our own way to keep our Bitcoin safe. The account we use must have a unique password, and not easily guessed.

- Do not equate account passwords associated with Bitcoin with other accounts such as social media, because it is vulnerable to hack, let alone the followers of its social media a lot.

- Use two-factor or 2FD authentication. Additional security layers are easy to apply. Quite a few apps like Google Authenticator as a 2FD installation provider. In essence, it works as a second security layer after the password. When you've entered a keyword into your account, the system will request a two-factor authentication code. The six-digit code does not need to be memorized because it changes every 30 seconds.

- And one more, do not trust everyone. Suppose we provide information about our Bitcoin account to our Mother, it is not impossible that our mother could just tell it to someone else. With the spread of such information will increase the potential for breaking.

Always very careful when you are using your seed or private key. If you can, try not to use it.
Using 2fd authentication is good too, but if you are using the web wallet, you won't be able to use it, only in exchange.
and always have the backup of your wallet because many peoples lost their bitcoin wallet, makes the circulation of bitcoin lower.
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about Bitcoin and consumer protection? on: July 14, 2018, 07:10:52 AM
how can i be sure that my money would be protected from scammers or how can i know the stability of bitcoin?

If you are using your own wallet, you will not be protected by anyone. Your wallet is your responsibility, you must protect your wallet with all mean.
But for using exchange wallet, i think you will have to set your additional security like 2fa, email confirmation, etc.
174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why Bitcoins is the safest system on: July 13, 2018, 04:28:03 AM
Hey everyone I have heard newbies and other people asking about how safe is the Bitcoins and it's transactions well I think it will be beneficial to have a little discussion on this .

First of all if you own a bank account in a good bank then you should know that its very hard to hack one's bank account, it's almost impossible unless done due to personal flaws, like sharing your key or bank account details or something , you know the system behind Bitcoins and the system behind banking system is same .
Something by the name of cryptography whose Advance form is block chain . It's a complex code involving complex mathematics and the transactions are only completed through very complex and complicated steps impossible to penetrate.
For Bitcoins the same thing operates but with no intervening part or whatsoever , it's p2p direct transactions and this is even more secure and private.

The reason why you hear news like :- someone got their Bitcoins stolen or something is because they have personal flaws , they shared the private keys or the password with someone else..or they used a bad wallet.

It's on you how safe you make it .

Not bitcoin, but the entire cryptocurrency system are actually very safe because it is using cryptograph to encrypt.
No one can crack crypto for getting other keys. The most hacking cases are because human error, not the infrastructure of crypto.
We just need to be careful if we using our keys and passwords.
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: July 13, 2018, 04:11:39 AM
I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

What based on is your prediction about bitcoin is going to be $250k ?  Grin
The price is not the goal of bitcoin, i think the goal of bitcoin is to become a currency that used by everyone.
This is a long term goal, first bitcoin will need to improving its transaction speed and fee.
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Stock market on: July 12, 2018, 09:24:27 AM
Could bitcoin outdo investing/trading in stocks??

Not really, when trading in stock exchange, you will have less risk because stocks are more stable than cryptocurrencies.
For investment, i prefer crypto than stock because the profit of crypto investment is greater than stocks investment.
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you recover from your loss in bitcoin investment? on: July 08, 2018, 03:27:42 PM
I know that not all the people out there had gain in bitcoin investment and some of them are losing their money and made a wrong decision which is to sell their bitcoin in low price. So their money was being compromised and that is unfortunate event for them to happen. However, i know that there are also smart people out there who are patiently waiting and now gaining in their loss since they had already the confidence on facing the challenges on. As we all know that all investment has its own risk and bitcoin is no exception for that. Somehow these smart people had already recovering their loss. I just want to figure how they manage to recover it from the fall down.

If i experiencing some loss because my coins or tokens, usually i sell the coin if the coin is bad. With the fund i get from sell it,
i will buy another good coins or token. It is risky though because if you sell at the low price, then you are not gaining anything and just
relying to other good coins to get back your losses.
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Early BTC adopters still hodling? on: July 08, 2018, 03:06:45 PM
hmm i think most of early adopter of bitcoin was selling their coin when it the price spiking some years ago.
Or there are some early adopters that have a balance in their wallet, but they forget their key or lost their wallet file.
Only few of them are lucky because they are still holding it now.
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to store Bitcoin safely ? on: July 07, 2018, 04:15:59 PM
The best way to store your bitcoin safely is by storing it on the wallet and never expose the key to some new website.
Always pay attention to the SSL certificate of the website when entering the wallet critical informations.
There are many phishing case attempt to hack our wallets. Just be very careful when using passwords or keys.
180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a "private" currency? on: July 07, 2018, 03:41:26 PM

I think it is wrong to call bitcoin a "private" currency.

On the contrary, imo bitcoin is much more of a public currency that any national currency is.

Yes you are right, bitcoin is not a private currency, it is a public currency. Everyone can see the address, the balance of bitcoin, the transactions, etc.
I think bitcoin was created to become a daily currency, but now because the price is high, it is used for investment.
