but ive proven your articles are not disused. They were used in the 1970's newspapers...
166  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Battlefield 3 CD Key on: November 02, 2011, 06:56:38 PM
this game is nothing like battlefield! whats happened with the maps, and planes etc.. i downloaded it and its just like MW2...
There's planes on some of the larger maps...

but its lost its battlefeild feel though. I just wanted to play maps on SP.. currently its just very linear
Play multiplayer.  You can't play the multiplayer maps in single player.  The single player is a campaign, so it won't feel anything like battlefield, you're right about that.

Dont like to do the multiplayer since too many kids messing around most of the time.

BF2 allowed you to play maps with bots.

since i downloaded the game, i cant do multiplayer
Oh, I thought by downloaded, you meant purchased on Origin.  Didn't realize you pirated it.

Yes, I know all too well about BF2.  I never played much with bots (silly 16-player limitation, and I never bothered to remove it), but I loved the game and played multiplayer for far too many hours.

Honestly, there doesn't seem to be too many kids playing BF3 on the PC.  I'd peg it as a more mature crowd that the gathering on this forum, at least.

I pirate them, then if i like it buy it. I dont agree on supporting the games and movies before ive even seen them. Used to only actually play 20% of the games i bought.

Yeah I removed the limit to 64. Also you can edit the files to set difficulty, also change the ammo create drop to a jeep or somthing for when your stranded.
Haha, I might have to boot up BF2 just to play around with it again.  I stopped playing the MP because it was so hard to find a working, populated, vanilla server anymore.

Me too actually. its great. 32 bots on each team gets fun. you can actually put like 256 or 512 players, and the map is packed!! lags with slower machines though.

I used to play against my brother, if you start a single player game on a machine, then you can actually connect to it via Direct IP LAN on the other. and play on the same single player game.

If you have hamachi, we could do the same.

SgtSpike, would you be okay with me PMing you the link so you can at least vouch for me that's it legit? I'm sick of haters ruining my topic if they don't know what they're talking about.

obviously i know what im talking about since ive found all of your "disused articles". i've proven that they arn't what you say they are, so in fact your trying to make money by reselling content that you claim very little people have access to, yet i found the easily online.
174  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 'Content' on: November 02, 2011, 06:07:44 PM
"Chicago where he is working on aPhD TORONTO" found on this page:

http://www.newspaperarchive.com/Content/Sites.aspx?Site=55759&cboCountry=co2&cboState=st47&cboCity=ci3299

Still... if someone else has access to them, why are they appearing on a website that archives newspapers... showing they are old articles, and not disused articles.

Have a little look thought your articles, and i bet you will realise someones having you on Wink
175  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 'Content' on: November 02, 2011, 06:05:45 PM
post 10 articles, and we will see how many we find....

100% found rate is bad...

post some more then.

You said its not used anywhere, then say "there's a high chance its used"
177  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 'Content' on: November 02, 2011, 05:57:43 PM
LOL!

the first text: "PAGE TWENTY-SIX THE NEWS PALLADIUM, BENTON HARBOR, MICH. FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 1965"

www.newspaperarchive.com/News_Articles/Congo.html

Im sick of the amount of scamming that goes on here.

**update** : just see you removed the new post with another example.. not looking good for you.
178  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 'Content' on: November 02, 2011, 05:54:50 PM
2nd one down on this page with this text posted above as an example. "Danilo Sanchez led off the second inning with a single to left field, and Kody Kirkland hit a line drive home run over the loft field fence"

Link: http://www.worldvitalrecords.com/SingleIndexListView.aspx?ix=newspaperarchives&hpp=10&qt=l&zln=Sanchez

I dont see how these are disused.. when they have been used.
179  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 'Content' on: November 02, 2011, 05:53:40 PM
Yea I have editted my previous reply a little bit because I missread you (I thought you asked for a link to the very database, but you only wanted the name)
Ok, let me ask you this then:  How much does it cost you for access?  And who do you purchase it through?

I didn't pay for it, I got it from a close friend who has discovered how to access it himself. He allowed me to sell it (assuming ofcourse that I share profit) as long as I didnt sell it to too many people, and as long as it are people I can kinda trust (read: not people with 1 post)
Fair enough.  So it's something that a person couldn't just go out and buy access to, normally, but something that only reporters or other publication-related personnel might have access to?

Also, does it violate any copyright laws to publish these articles, or are the articles deemed "copyright free" until published once they are placed in this database?

o.O  Those are old PUBLISHED newspapers... I don't see unpublished articles there?

The articles they are selling i bet are the old articles. newspaper editors do not post their work on a database for others to see... and potentially use.

The articles are most definatly old archived papers.
180  Economy / Goods / Re: Selling 'Content' on: November 02, 2011, 05:52:03 PM
LOL, hes got it from here:

http://www.worldvitalrecords.com/SingleIndexListView.aspx?ix=newspaperarchives&hpp=10&qt=l&zfn=&zln=Culver&Submit=++Search++&kbid=1144&cpn=myap1144

simple google search with some "" showed up that result.

Not disused articles at all, just old ones

Nope..
Edit: I can give a moderator the link to access it so he can confirm it's legit as long as he promises to keep it for himself and not to spread it.

So why can i find the same articles there? The examples you gave match the text on the articles.
