However, only weak people will easily fool at this situation, once you've sell your bitcoin, whales may laugh at you.
I agree with you because whales really won't sell panic when the market is still showing signs of recovery and whales will try to make you sell Bitcoin at the cheapest price so they can buy more. Under current circumstances the ICOs are not going to survive for a long time. If the ICO promoters want to attract investment, then they should be able to provide solid assurances to their clients. The exchange is yet to fully commence operation that explains why only few crypto was found in Bcnex. By next month when the exchange is launched, am certain that several cryptocurrencies would be added to the exchange, including several markets to ease the trading of crytocurrency. BCNEX has not yet officially completed and we have to wait patiently because this is a project with a very thorough calculation and we will soon see the launch date in August or September. Well its only new on me this IEO, But i will shall participate on it if this have some good payment to the bounty hunters to try spread about the IEO project. And we cannot tell yet if the IEO can protect to those bounty hunters that have so many project participated and in the end it will come nothing.
IEO is like an ICO offered on trading exchanges whereby the token have the opportunity to get listed on that exchange after the IEO. This helps to solve the problems of a token not getting traded after the ICO, it is not a project itself. That ensures everyone can buy and sell safely and we don't have to worry much about participating in the IEO campaign but in fact very few IEO projects have bounty because that's not necessary in their project so don't expect too much in this moment. Personally, I still want to find the best projects but until now then all the projects that I am working on have not had good results in the past time. |

It has been going three days Bittrex has launched IEO for "ocean" coin. But seems still now 17% remain of IEO token. Last IEO was closed within few seconds.
