Many team members are paid high with project coin, and they dump before others, because they know exactly which exchange will list them first and they know the exact time, they can prepare better than all others! This is long term prediction and in crypto, it's hard to be accurate in the long term. Ethereum can surprise us all in next few years and go much higher then we expect! Managers here have some power, but they work for the project like the rest of us! They can try to suggest ideas to the team, project owners, they can listen or not, it's up to them. We can always click faucets or join any site like publish0x is and make money from writing. Many PTC sites are there, now I think there is the same for more cryptocurrencies, you can watch for Bitcoin or some other coin, it's up to you.
