161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Those who regret not buying bitcoin before, this is your chance, buy it now. on: February 08, 2021, 08:40:32 PM
At the time of this post, bitcoin is about $33,500, that's 20% off its peak last week. I have seen here and there people saying they regret that they didn't buy bitcoin before. Well, if you are one of them, this is your chance, buy it now. You don't have to buy a whole bitcoin, just buy whatever fraction of it that you can afford.

If you still hesitate, then you should never regret again, because you never would have bought it in the first place anyway, even when it was very cheap. There are people say "I regret I didn't do this and that..." but when the opportunity comes, they refuse to take it. They just say it because they feel envy to people who did, but they themselves don't want to take the risk.

Your choice: buy it now, or come back in the future and regret again?

Your thoughts are clear and good. But in my opinion lots of people who wanted to buy Bitcoin he has bought it or some part of it already. For those who still hesitate or complaint on high price or other circumstances they will never do it, even if you give them the most suitable conditions on the market. They will always find one or another reason in order not buy Bitcoin and even more, they will complain on everything.

162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH made me very Angry today on: February 07, 2021, 10:21:35 PM
It is a pity that you have got losses and regrets. Really I understand your feelings, because some days ago I was in some alike situation like yours. I lost a lot in order to get at least something, because transaction stuck. But the problem finally has been solved. And nevertheless I have got some assets and losses at the same time. Of course it is sad, but noone can cope with suxh a situation nowadays, lots of campaigns stopped even paying rewards because of high gas in ETH. And your family is not worth to blame for high ETH gas.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India makes ownership of Bitcoin criminal offense - How to respond? on: February 06, 2021, 08:40:58 AM

Response from the users

With a user base of at least 5 million, the cryptocurrency users in India are not some insignificant group. They are feeling helpless, because of the lack of unity. It is worthwhile to note that at least one opposition politician (Milind Deora of the Congress Party) has come out in support of Bitcoin. Cryptocurrency users in India needs to unite and take a political stance against those who are hostile to the idea of BTC. State elections are due in four crucial states in the next 2-3 months (West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Assam). Bitcoiners need to use their votes effectively, in order to defeat the political factions that are in favor of the Bitcoin ban. Tactical voting needs to be undertaken.

In my opinion the key moment in the fact that very often politicians uses lots of moot points in order to manipulate with votes and appreciations of voters. The situation with cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin in your country is not the exception. The saddest in all this that users are as always suffer from it the most. Hope the situation will change for the most suitable variant for users.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Faketoshi: back at it again with more false evidence on: February 04, 2021, 03:23:39 PM
Why do they keep on insisting that they are the real creator?
It is really shameful and funny at the same time I think if the real creator is still alive and reading updates on crypto would be laughing at them real hard on trying to prove that they are the real creator.

May be they need popularity and via the name Satoshi such people get it even in such a strange for others way. Some people use famius names of famous persons, services, companies, exchanges and so on in order to get in more easy way fast profit. Some people just have  got diagnosis, like lots of people all over the world with ill imagination - like they are secret agents, conquerors or creators of something fascinating and demanded and so on. It can be a huge list with enormous cases like that and names. Satoshi Nakamoto is the name that is not a exception of such kind of list.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Employees can get salary in Bitcoin in Miami on: February 04, 2021, 03:07:03 PM
All thanks to Francis Suarez. Probably the coolest mayor I've ever heard of and the first mayor or politician of any country or state that I actually follow on social media.

Take a look at his Twitter account, it's filled with bitcoin and crypto stuff: https://twitter.com/FrancisSuarez

"The mayor admits he’s always been fascinated with the idea of bitcoin. Its mathematical nature appeals to him and he’s aware of the growing popularity of bitcoin among the American people" - the words of Francis Suarez for Forbes. It is really an outstanding person. My applauzes to him. They have plans after accepting Bitcoin as the means for paying salaries - to accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as the mean for paying taxes and fees on the local level, and some city's treasury investments shoukd be in Bitcoin. Will see what points will be implemented. But nevertheless this person impressed me a lot.
166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin is like planting trees on: February 04, 2021, 01:40:59 PM
Buying Bitcoin is like planting trees. The best time to do it is 10 years ago. The second best time is today.

Good comparison by the way - yeah, it is like planting trees. The only difference is that  there is no need to pore Bitcoin, to treat for illness and insects and so on. In case you hold Bitcoin you have to forget about it for some period of time and only check the situation on the market, and the key moment not to forget seeds or password to your wallet. And of course in case it is for holding. May be sometimes it is not bad to multiple your assets and play on trading. But it is for own choice.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin do you trust the most? on: February 04, 2021, 01:18:50 PM
Hey guys,
I plan on selling some of my altcoins in the near future. Instead of converting it to fiat, I will rather convert it to BTC and stablecoins. I hear a lot of concerns regarding USDT, which is why I want to ask you guys what stablecoin you prefer to hold?

Thanks in advance.

In case you would like to learn what stablecoins are better, I would stress that I prefer USDT ERC-20, because there are USDT TRC-20, for the last ones you will need Tron wallet. I prefer USDT ERC-20, because you will get more opportunities and more projects to cooperate with. But it depends on the person, his aim and preferences.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Role of Cryptocurrencies in Pandemic Times on: February 04, 2021, 01:07:03 PM
This pandemic period is very detrimental for all of us, especially financial problems. Luckily I have been working on #Crypto since 2017 and this year I found EquilibriumDeFi to boost my finances.
Regarding the details of EquilibriumDeFi you can see it on their official twitter https://twitter.com/EquilibriumDeFi

How about your experience?

Pandemic situation had a great impact on the whole planet, lots of services and systems, people's way of thinking and ways on working, studying and cooperations. This situation made lots of new comers to be ingaged in crypto for the first time in their lives, and for those who in crypto for a long time to be more ingaged more than in previous years. It is good that the situation on the crypto market are not like in 2018-2019 for example and there are new opportunities in new projects and DeFi direction for acting. And something tells me that the world will not be the same again. We are moving into new pages of history.
169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trust your gut on: February 03, 2021, 01:48:59 PM
My whole family told me to sell bitcoin when it dipped from 41k to 30k (i bought at 10k). I just laughed and HODL’d. If you believe in something don’t allow yourself to get influenced by family or people online.

100k EOY🚀

Completely agree. Personally have been convinced many times in it. Others' vuew and thoughts are not yours, and may harmfully influence on your results and decisions. Of course sometimes advices may be really useful and may help you. But in case you hesitate and will make some decisions yhat will bring negative result your regrets will be very deep. And in case it was only your own decision and step, you will understand that it is only your responsibility. From personal experience - it was a good opportunity to get high profit and friend's words that  he is not shure that project is good make me to hesitate. But I wanted to risk and invest. You can not imagine how strong my regret was when I saw how the tokens price have risen after presale. Since that time I have decided to listen only to my own thoughts and feelings. Other opinion may be deeply wrong. Never hesitate in yourself, you may turn out to be completely right in your opinion.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in your ability to earn more. on: February 01, 2021, 02:03:38 PM
With your skills you can earn. You can earn without any hard work. For that you need to be a crypto investor. You have to keep in mind that you will benefit if you invest in a coin or token by constantly monitoring the market. No experience is required for this. You just have to understand the market signal. Again you can invest in exchanger on any new token.
I want to be a good investor.
Do you want to be a good investor? Do you agree with me?

May be trading is not a hard working physical work, but nevertheless it requires your brains, your time, your experience. Just to be lucky and in some transactions does not mean to become a trader. Trader is a person who stays in touch and look for changes with lots of services, exchanges, forums, markets, news, social official pages and wisely uses his or her own assets. It is a substantial and intensive work. Especially from the very beginning it requires lots of time before trader will catch and accept the best way to earn and multiple assets with minimum losses, before he becomes experienced, professional in this direction.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Or Invest ? on: February 01, 2021, 12:44:10 PM
When the altcoin price was experiencing a positive change I was confused ... whether to invest or trade directly ..
your advice is advice to me .. thank you

Nothing has greatly changed nowadays in choosing what to do with assets in my opinion, in case you are looking for a best strategy for yourself. There are such projects nowadays that can give you profit on trading alts and investing via staking or holding for some period of time. Both variants always have risks, and both variants may give you desired profit. You may even choose both of them, and combine them or change your strategy from time to time. But before acting learn projects in deep and of course do not spend all your assets that you have and do not ready to loose in case something will go wrong.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi Tokens on: January 31, 2021, 10:06:33 PM
Hello guys, I'm on a low budget right now and looking for Tokens/Crypto that would be really good to invest on. Recently, I was looking for DeFi tokens and kept my eye on Fantom and SushiSwap. But right now, I think I can afford and buy more Fantom once the price got lower.

Do you still have other suggestions or ideas that you think might work on investing DeFi tokens? What are the good DeFi tokens that you think that would be profitable in the next few years?

First of all it depends on your amount thst you can afford to invest. You may come into some pool  of different exchanges like 1inch fir example - you can get percentages there. Or you may pay attention to Polkastart, and to its' IDO, it would be great to be accepted to their Whitelist and it can give you good profit.

174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is how mass adoption looks like. on: January 28, 2021, 05:30:21 PM

Mass adoption is not about banks, neither about instituional money.

This is mass adoption.
I just want to buy coal, eggs and chicken with bitcoin.

this is the way

Wow, a rather creative person created this))) Applauzes! lots of people just wait when different organizations will directly accept the BTC as the means of payment, while others without Internet have done it already without hesitation or lots of assets fir advertisement)) respect for those people. In my opinion in case the bigger amount of people wil do like this others will have no choice and just will have to adopt something like that in order not to loose their positions on the business or market space. While some wait others act.
175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some Celebrities Promoting, Others Disreputing Bitcoin on: January 27, 2021, 06:21:52 PM
Many celebrities in 2020 started campaigning Bitcoin, in order to promote it but shadier motives may lie beneath their phoney advertisements. Game of Thrones star, Maisey Williams recently bought some bitcoins, after posting a survey asking whether she should get started with bitcoin. In spite of disapproval by majority voters, she went ahead and bought some BTC anyways.

Some celebrities may not be abusing BTC, but others are causing major ill-repute to bitcoin by aiming to usurp money from people. Steven Seagal, a 90s actor, for example, got fined with $314,000 for the illegal advertisement of a scamming cryptocurrency project. While Kanye West, Daniel Craig and the British Royal Family have been found out for more scamming projects.

Meanwhile, in mid-2020, rapper Jay Z and movie star Will Smith have put some investments to provide support for the developers working at Ethereum by working with CryptoKitties. Additionally, Elon Musk from Tesla and Jack Dorsey have done legitimate advertising and helped cryptocurrency grow. Many high-profile investors have been improving BTC’s image, at the same time.

It is a very natural process of things in the whole world - some people support projects or processes according to their possibilities, others have quite opposite position and try to make others to believe that their position is right via different ways, some people just like and support idea, others only want to get profit and use the project or created thing or process only for this. Lots of people just use the name of product for rising own popularity, and lots of celebrities do mostly in such a way, because they need attention of masses. It depends on the person and his or her aim. The most important thing what is your own position and what do you believe in, what do you prefer scam projects, high popularity, rapid income, qualitative product, perspective idea snd do on.
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you give your BTC to Elon for Tesla Car? on: January 27, 2021, 05:07:18 PM
Asking the few people who has BTC to spare and buy a Tesla.

source

Nothing wrong with spending it I guess but let him buy more from the market. He and his company got plenty of fiat to convert to BTC anyway.

Personally I have not such an attitude to Bitcoin like something untouchable. We earn and try to multiple our assets for our enjoy, development, better conditions of life, opening business or whatever. In case someone just hold and do not wisely spend assets has such a risk to die someday and even do not enjoy his or her richness))) like Scroudge from well-known story)))  in this case there is just subjective attitude and that is all. What does it matter Elon it will be or not Elon in case I would like to enjoy my wellness and buy something that I want)))
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a new investment on: January 27, 2021, 04:39:53 PM
Bitcoin is one of the strong cryptocurrency and it is the most stable digital coin nowadays. Also, bitcoin is one of the promising investment in digital world. Since, peoples economy nowadays are unstable due to the pandimic situation in the world. Peoples are looking for new source of income to improve their economy. Do you think bitcoin is the best investment choice nowadays to earn money?

Yes, Bitcoin becomes every day more and more attractive for investments, and people around the globe more and more are interested in it. But lets remember the year 2018... There were lots of people shouted about losses and their thoughts about crypto and about Bitcoin itself sounded not so optimistic like nowadays when the price raised and everyone see quite another situation on the market comparing with years of decrease. So, this market is nit stable, it is better remember about it in order not to blame different things and people in own regrets) I believe in crypto, Bitcoin, Blockchain and their bright future, but I remember all the time that nothing and nobody can guarantee you that everything will be super all the time.
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: High possibility major governments will BAN Bitcoin in the near future on: January 27, 2021, 01:40:47 PM
It will matter for the price. AND it will turn Bitcoin into an underground and little used tool. You can also say goodbye to 100% of any institutional and large buyers, killing the price in the process.

Sure, and I'm pretty certain that has always been a possibility since forever; heck, anyone who tried to think about Bitcoin's potential downsides as an investment could easily think of that. The question is, to what extent can a certain government "ban" it? Knowing that some institutional investors(that has a crap ton of lawyers, even from Blackrock alone), are already in, and are continuing to get in.

Yes, such a scenario has been always existing. Of course there's such a tendency in the world that lots of governments make different steps towards the tryings to regulate people's assets, especially crypto assets, to make them be in some rules and frames. And may be some day they will fulfill their ideas on some percentage, but ban Bitcoin totally it would be not so easy or not forever. As for BlackRock not so long ago they gave the go-ahead for two of its funds to invest in Bitcoin futures.
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alert: stay away from new type of bitcoin scam on: January 27, 2021, 01:04:54 PM
There are numerous websites which claims to double your Bitcoin within 24 hours and I have heard from some of the victims that they just don't allow you to withdraw by asking you to deposit more bitcoin's in order to withdraw this end up cheating you without even returning your capital investment. Just to make their telegram look more genuine there are imposter accounts with names from multiple nationalities. Be aware guys as no one would be able to give you 100% profit within 24 hours so it's a scams and stay away from it. I will share futher details shortly.

There would be numerous testimonials in the telegram group which you guys will be added it's all fake.

Not only Bitcoin, but Ethereum and other TOP tokens have such scam versions that duplicate official pages, where they promise to double your assrts or get high rewards for simple tasks, they wrote that it is a unique opportunity and it is a great chance and only for you because you are do lucky, more lucky than others. And lots of people on emotions do not try to check the information, for example to ask in official groups wheather it is true or false information, in Discord official groups wheather some airdrop or campaign is going on. In crypto world and with finance it is better to make deep analysis before acting. It may safe assets with a high guarantee.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi seems to be hot right now! What do you think about the future of DeFi? on: January 26, 2021, 01:43:33 PM
So far the future for DeFi has started to brighten up and has gone viral in the not too distant future, so if this continues then the future of DeFi will certainly experience good development, but the opposite can also happen to DeFi as it has already happened. on ICOs in the past.

You are quite right about the parallel between ICOs and DeFi projects in the aspect that it may be really bright future or may be sad sunset someday. Despite DeFi projects are not like projects that were in the boom period of ICOs, because DeFi projects are technically stronger in most points, in case it is really a DeFi project, they have serious trustworthy partners and collaborations with strong and demanded ecosystems or platforms, but nevertheless it is a market where different things happen and it is hard to make predictions. So we will see, the time will show it to us)
