I have tried to install the Windows version on a Win 7 64 bits system, but it would not install. If would say that installation has failed and to look at installation log, but I cannot decodify that...
Is this your first install of Arizen wallet? I guess so, if Arizen wallet is new. I have a wallet installed on another PC, I don't recall having installed anything on this one. This issue will be resolved soon, I talked with developer.

thanks but I thought we need a transparent address in ztxxxxxxxxxxxx for the secure node reserve, will it work with a zn adress?
T transactions are the traditional blockchain-recorded transactions controlled by a private key in a wallet. These are derived from Bitcoin, and enable rapid compatibility with exchanges, wallets, and other Bitcoin-derived ecosystem applications. Z transactionsThese are transactions sent to shielded addresses, as inherited from Zcash and Zclassic. Balances in shielded addresses are private. If spending to one or more shielded addresses, the value stays private but any transparent addresses on the receiving end will deshield the token and reveal the value received on the blockchain. The input shielded addresses and whether the value was sent from one or two of these remains confidential when deshielded. Must maintain a balance of at least 42 ZEN in a 'stake' transparent address Must maintain a minimum balance of .001 ZEN in a private address on the node for challenges https://securenodes.eu.zensystem.io/about

Hi, is there a way to generate transparent address with Arizen or do we have to use swing for that?
thx
Due to fact that Arizen wallet is encrypted maybe is best solution for storing Zen reserved for Secure Nodes. Open your wallet Click on button new address You can insert name, optional, and click on generate New address will show up as you can see from the picture

Hey everyone, sorry for the short notice, but we need to reschedule the biweekly to 12/13. The team is in Bogota, Colombia at the Latin American Bitcoin Conference and needs to continue to network and spread the word about Zen while we're here. Thanks for your understanding! Thanks, I have the GUI installed and a remote access program so I can copy/paste, do you know if that will port over to other user accounts?
I would personally just do everything over Ssh. And use a minimal os iso, less of an attack surface. For setting up a sec node you don't need any gui on the node itself. Have a look at sshfs . It allows you to mount a remote server as a drive on your local computer So you can copy and move files around locally

Would a secure node be safe to run on the same VPS I run my ATM server on? I can increase the memory and ram without disrupting any service. I'd rather have one VPS running multiple services than have a bunch to manage. VPS is Ubuntu 16.4.
Nothing is installed by root user, I created an account with root access that uses sudo commands.
So long as you run each app in its own non root account u should be fine.

Hi guys, I have enough zencash to run 32 zencash nodes, but they are just sitting on the exchange doing nothing... How much am I missing out monthly ? I have read that I need to set up a server for each node. Is that true ? If yes that is way too much work... What's the solution to easily set up 31 nodes and get the rewards from them ?
Thank you
Payments did not started yet, so you didn't lose anything yet. If this is too complicated for you then you can hire somebody to do this for you.

Hi Newbie here. Thanks, how long does it take to sync the blockchain on a fresh install? -lfloorwalker
Depends on how fast your internet connection is and how many good peers you get, it's around 2 h, you can always stop it and continue it at a later time.
