Very interesting idea for introducing a decentralized system. I look forward to the start of the project's realization

I am in love with this project. The idea is so interesting. I see how people is interested in this project because the bounty is working nice.
Lancer is really promising. I hope developers reserved enough of tokens because the community grows every day.
I am sure. The bounty pool is 1000000 tokens. It is more than enough. So, have you decided what you will do? I mean what campaign do you prefer?

I think I will try to wright articles or translate the white paper in my native language. I hope it is not reserved. I'd rather hurry up.

Yes, there are many translators here that would like to take this opportunity. Don't be upset if it is reserved. You can try something else. Facebook, for example.

Good idea. Thanks for your advices. Maybe, you are right. It is even more easier than writing articles or translating. Besides, I have enough follower on my accounts.
Lucky you. I don't have that much. Probably, I will try myself in the signature campaign. I think it will be the best decision for me.

I saw what kind of analytical work the failure of the project team is and it's really impressive. This once again proves that the team is serious about its project and intends to really try to do it well.
What kind of analytical work are you talking about, can you clarify?
I'm a little bit just do not understand you, because the project seems to be completely different, is not I right?

I'm talking about the analyst of similar projects that offer similar services on the market. They analyzed these projects and calculated how much benefit this brings. Based on this data, they created their own project.
I can see this is a very good approach. so you can make a project that will be much better than what competitors in the market offer.
Well this is not quite true. They analyzed projects with a similar concept, but these projects do not have anything in common with the market that the team plans to use for themselves.

1609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Pre-ICO] SLP Network - Decentralized Marketplace for Loyalty Programs on: June 09, 2018, 01:13:26 PM
On the one hand, the team did an excellent job and developed a really good product. But I have a question as to whether the bonus programs are popular among users? Was it really popular?
What do you mean, many companies and retail chains are implementing the bonus system in one form or another and we all face it every day. Then what kind of popularity are you talking about, if this is already widely developed among different companies?
I do not argue with this fact. I'm talking about end users, on which all these bonus programs are calculated. In fact, there are all these bonuses, but many users ignore it, and do not use it. How to deal with this?
In fact, as far as I know the situation is not so deplorable. A very large percentage of users actually use this and actively participate in bonus loyalty programs. So I do not see any serious problem in this.
And what about the Chinese market? I read that people in China are not so interested in such programs and do not take advantage of all the possibilities of such bonuses.
That's right, the people of China really have a huge purchasing power and really do not use those bonuses that are given to them. SLP plans to change the situation and actively work and promote its project in this market, because the team sees huge prospects in the Chinese market.
That is, their primary and primary goal is precisely the Chinese market and they are aimed precisely at this? And what about spreading your platform to other markets?
You probably did not quite understand what I mean. China is their interest, but does not exclude interest in other markets. Yes, they will actively promote this in the Chinese market, but in the rest of the world this project will successfully work and develop.
Understood what you're talking about. Then it's excellent. But it will be incredibly difficult to develop your product where users prefer not to use these capabilities, right? What kind of strategists are they going to choose?

Has anyone already read the project? And then I just came across

I myself only recently saw it, but I managed to quickly see the description

In a few words, what is the project about?

The purpose of the project is to create a platform for the exchange of crypto funds

And what is it for? What's the point?

In the fact that there will be no commissions and you can pay anything anywhere at once in a crypto currency

Really? This is very cool, I thought this idea is not realized for a long time

A chic project, I'm delighted that I'm taking part in it. Do not miss the chance to become a part of the project.
And at the moment such a functional is a problem for traders?
Yes, of course. At the moment, there is a huge problem with the withdrawal of funds from one exchange and moving them to another site. It's all very long, a lot of additional commissions are charged for various operations, etc. That is, the main thing in the trader's work is lightning speed. and this advantage is lost in connection with these and many other difficulties.

I think this will be a very interesting and useful tool for traders who are actively engaged in these on various trading platforms.
To be honest, I do not understand for what purpose this project exists and what is its main idea, can you explain to me?

Maybe you should read a whitepaper? It describes in detail the operation principle of this technology as well as the main idea.

I would gladly do it, but I can not, since my knowledge of English is not so good as to fully understand all the subtleties of the project. And this project has not yet been localized to other languages.

Well, probably this problem with time will not be so actual, because the project has a bounty campaign. which just can solve this problem.

Yes, I understand this, but all the same I do not want to waste time and wait. There are no guarantees that this will be available soon. I would like to quickly understand the details of the project and all the advantages. which it provides for investors and future users.

Well, if you briefly talk about this project, it is a convenient tool for traders and people working on crypto-exchange markets. It helps to move your assets quickly through smart contracts, this makes trading and working with it much more productive.

newmz> yeah, it's relative.. for some people (like me) even a slight hum, or a slight fan noise is not acceptable.. BUT, i'm not going to have the miner in living room, or bedroom so it's ok as it is right now i think..
i've tried to lower the fan revs by changing the value for sgminer - right now at 65%, and the noise is almost at a level , where i can have it right next to me, and not be bothered by it...

well since i'm new to this, and have the miner for like half a day - and running for maybe like 3 hours, i don't know the possibilities of changing settings at the system level.. i have to look at this more closely
i've already tried the console, it's easily accessible, even the root account, so now it's just a matter of finding out what and where to modify it Wink
1620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Question for Baikal Cube Owners on: May 03, 2017, 10:09:49 AM
hey guys

i've just got the baikal CUBE, powered it up, but after an hour or two, i was already thinking about changing the fan Smiley
luckily, i've had some fans from my earlier experiences with PCs, etc.. most of them the same dimensions, as the one used on CUBE

1 - first of all - you should use a fan, that has a 4 pin connector
2 - problem is, the connector of the original fan is most likely thinner than the ones used in PC fans.. so what i've done, was to remove a part of the connector (check the image)

.. you can see that there's a missing part of the white connector (on the CUBE board) so the wider fan connector (black) now fits..

i've powered the CUBE, expecting anything Smiley but.. everything works fine.. it's significantly quiter than the original fan, although to my ears - it's still a bit loud.. temps are roughly the same (40C - 41C)

i've used the fan from Gelid REV.2 TRANQUILLO cooler
will try also one from Acutake, and one from Noctua (NF-A9x14 PWM - this one is smaller, but it will be nice to see, if it's able to cool the CUBE.. but i doubt it)

i can post my findings, if anyone is interested..

it would be great to somehow overclock this beast - anyone had any luck with this?
