^^^ I am OK with Binny, because he was one of the masterminds behind the KPL. It is one of the most well managed state-level franchise leagues in India. And till now, I haven't heard any allegations of corruption or nepotism against Binny. The only concern is that KSCA seems to have a disproportionate influence in the BCCI administration. If Binny is able to treat all the 38 member associations equally, then I don't have any problem. And that said, I want to see how much freedom he is going to get, under Jay Shah and Anurag Thakur.
The final point you've made is more important. He could've got good plans, and when it comes to execution it'll be under the control of Jay Shah and Anurag Thakur. I don't know why political mix-up is being a big problem, and does this is the scenario with other cricket boards. Binny is an able person and being a former cricketer makes him appropriate for the position.

Scotland vs Ireland

One of the best match played in the T20 this year.
By the end of 10th over Ireland reached 63 runs losing 4 wickets.
The winning chances for Ireland was very narrow.
Campher-72*(32) and Dockrell-39*(27) began to develop partnership(119runs) and won the match at the end of 19th over.
Ireland wins by 6 wickets and a over left.
Big disappointment for Scotland

Lionel Messi have picked Brazil and France as the favourites for the World Cup citing their team players who have played together for longtime. Messi hadn't mentioned Argentina to be the favourite as more players are into injuries and are playing fixtures for clubs even though the World Cup matches were scheduled.

1604  Economy / Economics / Re: India launches 75 digital banking units in financial inclusion push on: October 19, 2022, 06:59:34 AM
The country with the highest population launching 75 digital banking units is a way to show that the ruling government is in favour of digital growth. It is true that the country have got a huge percentage of its economy in the un-banked sector. The government might've got wider plan, but what it has done with the digital bank launch is just a deviation and nothing in favour of the economy or towards the goodness of the bottom people.
1605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you be influenced by your favourite celebrity? on: October 18, 2022, 10:13:18 PM
If it's my money I won't follow the celebrity or the person who give suggestions, and I'll go with my choice. If the celebrity have distributed some bonus out of some special promotion or done it to make the game more interesting I'll think of going upon celebrities pick. As most of the users mentioned, when a celebrity expose his gambling picks surely he'll be granted by the respective platform as it brings more users to the platform.
1606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I find way to win on dice on: October 18, 2022, 10:07:47 PM
With all form of gambling there is need of luck. Only with luck it is possible to make a good winning. Strategies give hands, but it won't sustain. I was in frustration from tow to head, because just after the week's payment got credited it got washed off. This means I'm unlucky, if I were lucky now I could've got my payments multiplied. I tried a different strategy, placing bets over/under 75/25, the small fund in my wallet made me loss everything.
1607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: October 18, 2022, 09:42:16 PM
Bitcoin have been added into the Guinness World Records. Along with this El Salvador too got into the Guinness World Records for its big step of bitcoin adoption as legal tender before any other country amidst hard opposition from World Bank and other financial bodies.

Bitcoin along with El Salvador In Guinness World Records

1608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good News: Bitcoin Achieves Guinness World Record Titles on: October 18, 2022, 09:32:25 PM
Bitcoin into the Guinness World Records adds value. Having a separate category can add more technology based innovation to the category. In the future we can see Guinness World Records being added to the blockchain, so that no data manipulation takes place.

The best part is El Salvador getting into the Guinness World Records book as the first nation to adopt bitcoin as legal tender.
1609  Other / Archival / Re: The use of mining energy for the implementation of useful and good services. on: October 18, 2022, 09:14:43 PM
Nice initiative, Netherlands being a cold country there is no need for cooling systems for the mining machines. This is a way to cut the cost of electricity. Further the heat released out of mining into the process of growing flowers  is good. This techniques were already implemented, here everything is done with perfection. Accepting donations for elderly, ill kids in the form of bitcoin is another thing appreciable. This means they care for the environment as well as for the society.
1610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T-20 CWC Prediction Pool 2022 on: October 17, 2022, 03:18:41 PM
Guys, what do you think? Should we cancel the pool if our numbers are less than 10?
Personally, I have no issues with just 7 or 8 members of I'm being honest since I feel that's plenty for a month of fun. Some of the participants in the previous pools weren't even active most of the time which is why I had no idea why they participated.

If the majority feel that we should cancel this pool, that's what we should do. If not, we should proceed with it.
Myself too don't have any issues with the number of participants. As @Haunebu said it gives plenty of fun throughout the month. Even now itself interesting things were happening with the warm-up and the group stage matches.
1611  Economy / Economics / Re: Personal Flood Prevention/Sensitization Project. Any Ideas? on: October 17, 2022, 08:02:48 AM
Only way possible is through a fundraising campaign on our forum. You mentioned about the flood in Pakistan, and a campaign run for the same by irfan_pak10. Few users might contribute, maybe you can use those funds for the survival of you and few if your Neighbours and add the details to the forum.

The governments have huge responsibility, but the politicians will try to make money using it an opportunity. Even if the government release funds, it won't reach the bottom people who are the real sufferers.
1612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 17, 2022, 07:29:24 AM
India VS Australia (warmup match)

What a fantastic win for India in the warm-up match. Combined team effort from India.
India won by 6 runs.
Last over situation : 11 runs required out of 6 balls.
Mohammad Shami directly came into the last over, conceded four runs in the first two balls.
Four wickets in a row made India win the match.
1613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency should be infused to academic systems on: October 17, 2022, 07:09:48 AM
Academic systems are developed in such a way to provide quality education through which students can have stability in life and better career opportunities. More the skills developed thyself will help them open more doors of opportunities. For now it is too early to make cryptocurrency education mandatory. For now crypto have got majority usage as an investment and trading asset than a real currency.

With time the increasing usage of cryptocurrency and acceptance will let the kids learn of their own. Just think of the traditional currency used. No one teach them how it need to be spend and used. Everything they learn out of their parents using it, same way usage of cryptocurrencies will be learnt by them.
1614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 17, 2022, 05:40:34 AM
Australia won the toss and bowled in today's match, Australia is not showing good performance in bowling. I think if Australian team bowlers can't perform well in bowling, there is no way to prevent India from winning the match. India team has very good batsmen, they can play all types of hard balls very easily. India in today's match. If it can somehow stay between 180 and 190 runs then India is guaranteed to win
India have managed to score 186 runs which is something expected. Rahul made a good start and the same is taken forward by Suryakumar Yadav with his agressive 50 runs in 33 balls. Every player played free, that the win/loss won't make any changes as it is a warm-up match. For Australia Kane Richardson had a four wicket haul conceding 30 runs.

Any prediction on the upcoming matches West Indies vs Scotland and Zimbabwe vs Ireland

Based on the matches played by these all the four teams I find both the matches to be interesting to watch. West Indies is strong, but in recent series it haven't won the trophy. Scotland have given tough fight against the top teams. So, it holds winning probability. In the match of Zimbabwe vs Ireland, I find chances are high with Ireland. Scenario could change based on the performance from the key players.
1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What efforts have you made to raise bitcoin awareness in your community? on: October 16, 2022, 11:39:43 PM

So far, I haven't done much to make people around me raise awareness about Bitcoin. What I have done and am still doing up to now is inserting a discussion about Bitcoin's good opportunities in the future when I am with colleagues at the office. Then I also plan to sponsor every local football sports tournament.
The plan of sponsoring football tournaments is really welcoming, because in every region small groups will have their local games and conducting tournaments often. Sponsoring those tournaments and having some posters will create awareness on cryptocurrency.

My plan is almost same, whenever I meet with my school friends we used to discuss on investment. By that time I used to give suggestions on cryptocurrency. Following my words few of my friends have got interest and started investing on cryptocurrency developing their own portfolio.
1617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Usage of Blockchain technology on: October 16, 2022, 09:08:40 PM
There are other blockchain technologies that are being used for day-to-day operations.

VIDT - they are using blockchain to keep things authenticated and to protect them from being counterfeited
LTO - using the blockchain to verify things fast and efficient, eliminating fakes from the original
Simbachain - I am not familiar with their services but I remember them being used by USAF, Boeing, and other big organization in their operations.
What you've mentioned is the technology being used by the large companies. This is not much connected with the common man who does his living through a daily wage. What I've posted have given path for the people to make complaints through a registration portal. Just because it is developed through blockchain there won't be any kind of manipulation.

Myself have went to complaint and a writer used to take complaint and update it. If the person involved in crime is ready to pay good sum of money, then they used to change the scenario on the complaint. When this isn't possible anymore, it is a big success of blockchain technology.
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Altcoins? on: October 16, 2022, 09:02:15 PM
Ohhh noo, it sounds so dirty dude what are talking about in the title please change it. haha bro I think there is a need for the Proverb to be quoted well, You are comparing the King with the shit. As shitcoin even can't stand to be discussed with the BTC. I think Alts should be whipped and I want too see BTC in top gainer top loser most productive each and every thing you know and I know.
I know many of us like BTC and alts too that was the same case with me but I have just realized noo there should be a balance in between these two terms as holding BTC cant be compared but trading Alts is not bad too.
Holding altcoins too is good. Here it matters, when we choose the right altcoin. We've got the king, whom will be the king forever. We've got soldiers, without them it is hard to safeguard the kingdom, which means the cryptomarket. For some purpose altcoins got emerged and they're doing it. Trading altcoins is good and there are altcoins that have the potential to give good returns. Always stay on the top order is good. Altcoins are good for trading, and having a diversified portfolio is always a better choice.
1619  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin will save us bitcoin is changing the world on: October 16, 2022, 08:55:56 PM
I honestly did try to read all what you wrote but I gave up at some point. It was painful on my eyes to read all that.
I also don’t think this write up is in relation to bitcoin but I may be wrong cause I gave up on reading the whole thing.
While bitcoin is changing the world, mankind can not be saved by bitcoin.
you must read the whole text to understand what I am saying, bitcoin is the salvation, here it demonstrates it and takes us to a deep level about the problem it solves.
See, how precise you've said what is the core of the entire writings. In this way your thread needs to be. If not you could've written it as an article and posted to any of the blogs. Further you should've written the core and the points that looks to be more important, adding the source of information at the end.
1620  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 16, 2022, 04:12:59 PM
You are correct I thought it would be an easy game for Srilanka to win and I never imagined that Srilanka would lose to Namibia. The target was not that much and still, they were not able to chase this target. I believe Srilanka became overconfident after winning the Asia cup and did not take this match seriously resulting in this loss.

I was not at all prepared to see such a poor performance from Sri Lanka. I am not looking down on Namibia, but Sri Lanka and Namibia cannot be compared in any way in terms of cricket ranking. But today Sri Lanka lost the match due to their batting failure. Sri Lanka's road to the Super 12 could get a bit tougher by losing this match by a big margin. Hope Sri Lanka make a strong comeback in the coming matches and make their place in super 12.
I never expected such a bad game like today.  Where Namibia scored 163 runs, Sri Lanka scored only 108 runs.  I thought even if Sri Lanka lost to Namibia there would probably be a few runs difference between them, but now it turns out there is a huge one run difference which is really a shame for Sri Lanka

This performance is sad but truely disappointing for the Sri Lankan fans. No one would have thought that the Asian champions would start the World Cup like this. Due to the failure of Sri Lanka's top-order batsmen, Sri Lanka lost the entire match. At one point it looked like Sri Lanka would be all out before they could score 100 runs. Then you can imagine how bad the situation was.
Sri Lanka to play its next match against UAE on 18th October and against Netherlands on 20th October. After a big win against the big teams, losing to Namibia is unexpected. In both the matches Sri Lanka need to win to top the table. According to my prediction, match against Netherlands will be very interesting as they won't easily let Sri Lanka win the match.
