The other day I watched a documentary about the Ashley Madison data breach. It is a dating website for people already in a relationship. In 2016 they had 46 million users. Members could pay a fee to have their profile deleted. When the website was hacked it turned out the data was never permanently removed. Furthermore 95% of the members were male and there were over 70,000 so called `fembots` sending fake messages, reusing the personal data of closed female accounts including those on other sites related only by their parent company. That shows there is a huge market for the intersection of anonymity, security of personal data and textual relationships with women. With or without celebrity involved in an ICO, if the managing team behind knows how to market their own project no doubt it will easily funded. Previous ICOs like Tezos, NEO and OmiseGO were never endorsed by any celebrity but all them have a very successful crowdfunding campaign.
Celebrities involved in an ICO are a plus. However, this is better than without any celebrities involved. celebrities just bring in speculative short term investors, not real investors that hodl Celebrities won't make experience investors buy more, that is only for the common people, or the ones that like said celebrity, there are always people that will invest only in it, so why not have them? it won't damage the project, jut doesn't put a bad one, that can be really shameful. Most of investors are casuals, even here, in crypto space... I seriously doubt if average crypto investor read whitepapers and do he's own research I agree with you, as we see in the PARAGON ICO have more than 30 thousand participants! this shows how many people believe in project, and really want to develop this industry ! |

Almost all of the biggest ICO are hiring celebrities to do the promotions for them. Are you guys planning to do the same. Just need to pornstars to do the job. I heard they are pretty easy to convince  Oh, sure this will give a great boost to the bounty campaign and many people who are not familiar with cryptocurrencies will be curious about this project. I think a pornstar will accept for sure. They need more funding to get a pornstar I guess. It will take a big amount of money from the marketing budget. But funding gets better momentum, they can use one easily. well yeah, it will not be a cheap pleasure - considering how much you need to pay money to realy famous pornstar, I don't think that this is necessary at this stage, much more important is the creation of a working platform |

I would say that experienced human trader will always beat bots but not many users can say that they are experienced. Biggest advantage of bot is that he don't need to sleep and he never panics
Active trading on average performs worse than passive, buy-and-hold. But you often hear success stories from active traders, who should be accounted to for by survivor bias, and especially from brokers! who earn commission from every trade. Intuitively, almost every trader will claim he can beat the average. If NaPoleonX can combine passive investing with infrequent trades to avoid the biggest losses and lock in the highest gains, their bots could become the ideal investors. (Until more advanced bots recognize their patterns and use those against them, that is  ) I agree, combine passive investing with infrequent trades - good strategy, and I think that the behavior patterns of the bot should adapt to new situations. Just yeasterday i was sugested to fallow this project when i asked my telegram frieds about huge future projects  its glad to have u guys at bitcointalk !  i liked the idea to make bots accessable for more ppl, this will scale the disbalance which is effecting markets now Will try to share my thoughts more when i digest the white paper Every day more eager for the real use of this project and its algorithms, my losses increase every day in my investments and purchase orders, I hope to use your Bots soon and increase my earnings. Following I have the same problem. I try to trade on the exchange on my own, I constantly get losses and disappointments. I want to try to work through bots. bot is better - he trades by a well-defined algorithm, but human is passionate - something went wrong as expected - it gives in to panic, and makes mistake , for this reason this project will be very useful |
