Not all but definitely some altcoins will return to zero which are not having development  as per the roadmap.
Many projects have stared with full confidence but due to bad market conditions, could not raise enough money and impacyed entire development of projects.

Soon some update or news can move the direction of the market to either direction.
Till the time there is no other way than to wait. We have to think like long term investor and not trader, so to ignore ups and downs in the market for short term.

Looking at the current situation, I think ico's should be regulated.
This will introduce strict rules on what will be the cost toons that ico can be initiated.
There are many factors which are important to decide the faith of the ico which includes development of the project, area, exchanges listing and other technical details.
With regulations, there will be transparency and people can easily invest in genuine project.

Even though, market situation is worst ( compared to 2017 end-2018 start), there is still hope that some altcoin will become Bitcoin one day.
Many good projects with revolution in blockchchain technology are in progress.
Let's see how it goes.

From my point of view, we have to wait. At the moment market is flat and we have to ride the bus when it will get momentum. Some big news or update can drive market in either direction.
So let's wait and hope for the best.

With etherium's Constantinople update, I was expecting some movement, but seems that market is expecting much more than that.

With the launch of Constantinople upgrade, ETH has shown that it's upgarding itself to cope up with current blockchchain technology problems and solutions.
Still ETH is number two.

Bull run can not be predicted at the moment because so many  ups and downs are happening regarding crypto world.For markets I should say no bulls without bears and no bears without bulls.

Also long  awaiting regulation topic may also come to some conclusion which can affect the direction to either way.
Lets hope for the best.

No doubt, Etherium will again raise to highest levels.
At the moment Etherium is still leading platform for many Dapps to adopt blockchchain technology.
When people are losing hope, etherium has come up with Constantinople update.
So, ETH is upgrading itself with current situation.

I think still the situation is not that much good by which we can say that bull run has come.
Markets are raising high due to some news and again going down.
At the moment from my point of view, hold is the best option.

Only the bounty Hunters that too which are traders and not the investors, can influence the trading volume.
But this effect will not last long since he or she just want to see the altcoins which are received as bounty rewards.
