Ark and Lisk are intended for different use cases.
Lisk is being developed to run blockchain applications and provide blockchain services. Ark is a simplified version with the blockchain app functionality removed and a data field added for bridged blockchains, enabling them to store and retrieve data from the main Ark chain.
It also has a different voting system, where 1 Ark = 1 vote for 1 delegate, or is split equally among the delegates selected, so the same 1 Ark might be 1/10 of a vote for 10 delegates, or 1/50th of a vote for 50 delegates.
Ark also adds Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance (PBFT) to pre-approve blocks for inclusion in the blockchain to prevent forks, and adds forging from uncles to decrease latency and reduce block times by allowing new blocks to be forged even when a delegate does not have the previous block included yet.

So you didn't buy ICONOMI?
Its been the most traded token these days without a real exchange for bitcointalk users. But people are buying this coin.
One that's also becoming progressive is the wavesplatform.
As for me, I've never thought about investing into ICONOMI, but thanks for this information as it may probably be one of the best investments I've ever made if it turns out to become a success. Just read a few details about it on the main site, and so far it looks good. Also, I'm glad to have bought out some WAVES on the ICO as it has been increasing in development each and every day. I've already made my returns with it, but still I'm holding some WAVES in order to profit even more in case the price starts to increase. If there is any other good altcoin to invest in the moment, please let me know! ARK will be one a good one, though i'm slightly bias. 120% bonus on the first day for lisk. |
