Hi, yes ARK is a fork of Lisk but most of the core has been rewritten, vastly improved and stabilized.
ARK also provides a more decentralized voting system than other DPoS consensus models, including Lisk.
Can you verify this statement. I can't find any code on GitHub which reflects this.
I think that may be an overstatement at this point.
Development will go to a different direction, but currently there are only a few changes (as far as I know), cleaning up the Lisk code, setting the stage for changes to come.
It will take time, effort and money to implement everything. Hence the TEC.
Also, there is nothing to see at GitHub yet. ARK will be open source of course, but the TEC hasn't even started, so the core is in a closed repo at the moment.
