In my opinion, buy now. But it should be 20% of what you have decided to invest. We don't know what will be the move of market. At every dip or low, keep adding few % so that you will not regret buying at high level. Someone has said that, there is always an opportunity to to invest when markets are in bad situation.
Then off course next level is to wait because it's always beneficial to go with long term investment for better gains.

From my point of view ether is still leading the platform for most of the altcoins and their Dapps.
At the moment it is the most flexible and suitable and also secure platform for all start ups and existing foundations to get transformed into blockchchain technology.
Many projects now building their own Blockchain and achieving highest TPS, but still at the moment eth is having monopoly.
Let's see how long it goes.

My experience with two recent bounties is not so good.
One bounty got ended early and that also with reduced rewards and one bounty got extended for four weeks.
In both cases there was a statement from bounty manager that they are just managing the bounty please and all decisions are from ico teams where they can not influence it.
Day by day the trend is increasing and we have to be careful about it.

When I entered in cryptocurrencies world, I was not knowing about bounty programs. Later I was exposed to those and got attracted towards it.
Until few days back my opinion was just opposite to your.
Now I have seen that many projects are changing criterias at the last moment to receive the awards. Many Force us to install xyz wallet so that they get benefited out of it.
Few days ago from one of the program that bounty has suddenly halted due to some reasons and rewards have been decreased.
Even if everything goes well, we can not guarantee that the amount of tokens we hold, can give us good value out of it.

Mistakes are the lessons which makes us stronger and confident.Each life is made up of mistakes and learning, waiting and growing, practicing patience and being persistent.
Someone has said that "Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them"
We can groom ourselves only when we admit or we know that we have done mistakes.
Only thing is that we should move on and never regret regarding the mistakes which we have done.
At the moment , I should say that cryptocurrencies and markets are beginner's guide.

Most of the today's Dapps are now getting built on etherium Blockchain platform. Here I will discuss about altcoins which are ERC20 compliant that is based on etherium platform.
From my point of view I prefer investment in both, eth and altcoins. I have observed one thing about the relationship between two.
I have seen many times that whenever etherium prices increases , price of altcoins decreases.
So it's beneficial investing in both as it will have diversified your investment.

The most important thing we should consider while trading with these exchanges is to look at the security measures it is having. We are getting news frequently about exchanges getting hacked and thus our investment is at risk. Maybe someone has already experienced loss due to it.
From my point of view unless there will not be any global regulations applied on these exchanges, there will be always uncertainty about security of them.
Another point is about transactions fee getting charged by exchanges. Now a days it's becoming difficult to trade small amount because the fees are more than tokens we want to buy or sell.
Exchanges should reduce transactions fees such that many small investors get attracted towards the platform.

From my point of view, you are absolutely right. It is very important that bounty Hunters should keep them updated engaging in telegram community. They should always check, research on current and previous updates in the channel about the project progress.
I have seen that many, asks questions like "when distribution?", and group admin, politely answers to read the above message or pinned message.
Being patient is the key thing what bounty Hunters need to do. Even if it was work of 8-10 weeks, it's obvious that for distribution it will take another few weeks.
Keep updating ourselves on projects which we worked on and at the same time keep working on new project with positive attitude will definitely bring more and more rewards.

The idea behind the ICO was to enable the start ups developing their products based on blockchchain technology, by raising funds. Since they do not have much resources to do it, only way is the collect funds from private investors and from small investors like us. Once project receives enough funds, they can spend it on team expansion and thus full development of the product.
But as world is full of scammers, some people are taking advantages of it.
Not showing how much they raised, no updates on development in months, no signs of forwarding of the project, and as you mentioned, opening another similar project to increase funds.
This cause losses to no one but small investors.
I feel that we should invest only in projects which have strong existing foundation.
