NL (No liability): A type of mining, speculative, or research company with no right to call up the unpaid issue price of shares.
Pty. Ltd. (Proprietary Limited Company): ≈ Ltd. (UK) ATF Trust. In Australia companies can act as a trustee for a trust.
Pty. (Unlimited Proprietary) company with a share capital: A company, similar to its limited company (Ltd., or Pty. Ltd.) counterpart, but where the liability of the members or shareholders is not limited.

I have the gut feeling your business is not registered as anything. As such, you are a sole owner, and are responsible for all liabilities your business held. You "lost" over a million dollars of funds that you are responsible for. If you are legit, you will go public with your information. If not, you are the thief. Go public with your information and declare bankruptcy if you can't afford to pay back what YOU lost.

WC --> Dead (After the double spend attack, GL getting any merchants to sign on. The whales are to big for this coin)
AC --> Dead (No Exchange will ever relist this)
CINNI --> Dev's + support aren't nearly as strong as BC. This is a coin where people who wish they were early holders of other coins bought in because they think they will become millionaires. Just look at the charts, this coins also going to sink.

If you want to take a risk, go FLT. Original coin + pretty good devs.

Sorry not everyone will become a millionaire from this... Im surprised how gullible people are in cryptocurrencies, everyone thinks each new coin = mega millions. BTC is having a hard time getting business's to accept them. They have by far the largest market cap. Over 6 billion. These new coins, are lucky to be a few million.

I dont get why anyone is still holding the bags. I bought in at ~1600 and sold at ~2000. This is not a long term coin whatsoever.

1: Copy coin. Copy coins don't succeed. There is nothing revolutionary about this coin. Its got a lot more coins than BC, and a lot more whales.
2: This coin is plagued with issues. Double spend error is unacceptable.
3: The devs aren't taking this very seriously.

The only people screaming to buy this coin are those that are holding giant bags of them. This coin is so poorly distributed, its a joke.

Who keeps dumping insane amounts of coins? People need to BUY AND HOLD. Stop flash selling. Your ruining your own investment. If you want to make a quick 5-10%, good for you. If you think 5-10% return is enough to celebrate, go ahead. Or, hold onto it, and wait 2 week sand you will be up quite a bit more than 5-10%.

Theres only 74 million coins. Im seeing millions of coins dumped each day. If you hold your coins --> less coins on market. With the BC mining pool buying up a few hundred k coins per day, it would litterly take less than a week for your investment to start rising dramatically.

1: Why are you offering over 2 million dollars "worth" of shares for sale, when you told the SEC it would be under 1 million?
2: Your a fool if you think your business is going to be having revenues of $200,000,000+ within 4 years off an idea that has already been milked for all its worth. Years ago.
3: Anyone that buys shares in this is lacking a few brain cells. Please post your username here so everytime you complain of getting scammed I can have a laugh.

Just love the valuation... No assets....No revenue...The site hasn't even been built....Issuer has put little to no funding of their own into this (Why else would you be selling shares if you haven't even completed the site? You clearly can't afford / won't pay for the site out of your own pocket).

 

Volume took a big hit... Why are people still flash selling? This is what happens when fools find a bit of luck and than get panicked. If its whales that keep putting up the sell walls, they are only hurting their margins... If people stopped dumping their coins in ~15 BTC allotments this coin would gain more volume again + price would rise to 40k satoshi within a day. More profit for them.

Blackcoin, fastest growing coin and has survived multiple dumps. Im a bit biased but its been the 3rd volume coin for a couple weeks... So im not the only one

I played on bit777 with a couple BTC months back, nice site.

IMHO, this is the best security available to the cryptocurrency market. Gambling is a big part of cryptocurrencies, and your company has one of the largest pieces of the market.
