He was good in that fight because he won that fight, but Herring is already old, I mean he fought a leftover while this time he will face Loma who is still at his prime, so it's not going to be the same as Loma will certainly make it look like a walk in the park. We will see if how he will try his chance against the returning well-known fighter, that argument is valid since Loma is still in his prime, though he went away for a while and now returning inside the ring. Ortiz has his chance to build his name and if ever upset happens here for sure, he will receive more interesting title fights or money fights that will really bring his career high. All will be decided on the outcome of this fight. Both fighters will have a good upcoming career once they win this fight. That if is not gonna happen, and I still think that if even Loma losses here, he will still come back again and win. About the chances of him meeting Casimero in the future, it's possible although Quadro Alas needs to start building his rank in the Super Bantamweight.
And as for the experienced watching Casimero, he's always on a mission where he wanted to earn his spot. Though it's no longer the same weight where he manages to dominate and win the belt, it's another challenge for him beating stronger opponents. The chance for meeting Inoue will be there after he accomplished establishing his resume from this new division that he choose to move,. It will take time for him but he will get there for sure, he just need to win every fight, including this comeback fight of course as it's a huge step for his new journey. After Inoue will win, he will be moving up and that again he will meet Casimero, and hopefully he will go for a match. Let's just wait for the result of this fight, I know we are excited to see Casimero being back again fighting champions. Also, this topic is about Butler and Inoue, though it's not an interesting fight to watch IMO but it's part of the process for Inoue to become an undisputed champion. Bantamweight is the division where he is dominating, and if he will win his next fight and will try to move up, that's the time we will see if Inoue can still carry his power and speed in a higher division. He is very popular now because of his high KO rate, but there's a huge challenge waiting for him, and as a fan, that makes us excited to find out if he can still succeed.
Yes mate there many big fights waiting for him in the higher division in the world of boxing but I think if inoue want to fight in higher weight then the chances of winning are getting smaller. As we all know that in the higher division, strength and power are bases to win the fight. but if even inoue rise his weight and the power and speed are there for him then he can win because the more his speed getting quicklier the more chance he win. He will slowly go up, just like Manny Pacquiao did. About his chances, we never know, but one thing I know is that he will be a scary opponent to the champions, and it's nice to see him not playing safe as he will try to push his limit to be one of the greatest in boxing industry. He can follow the footstep of Manny Pacquiao but he will never beat the achievement of Pacquiao who is the only 8th division champion. Inoue though one of the most popular boxers now I find him not a total risk taker as he does not accept every challenge on him, just like when Casimero was still a champ and he was challenged, he did respond to words that he will fight him but did not sign a contract, not sure if it's his promoter of it's really him who is not interested in fighting his closest rival. |

Bottomline, no matter how powerful Avenesyan is, he is not on the level of Crawford and for me this is just "to keep busy" fight for Crawford while ironing things out for the Spence fight next year but nevertheless it is a cherry-picked opponent.
I believe its also a cherry-picked fight for an eventual meeting with Spence next year, Crawford has been out of the ring for a long time he needs some challenge to avoid ring rust, but I read that Spence is moving up because he's been in this weight for so many years, both fighters loss on this missed opportunity, there's been a lot of great fights this year against bitter rivals but unfortunately, both camps cannot agree to agree, it seems they don't want to fight maybe not this year. Obviously, it's just a cherry-pick fight because it's not what people are expecting, we want to see him fight Spence, however, despite of the hype, it still did not push through and there's no official attachment as to when the fight will really happen. Game : Celtics vs Heat.
I think that the Celtics as a team still carry the confidence they have last season. Though they are under a new coach their last game is evidence that the team is still complete and they still played like a championship team. Celtics is on a mission, they fall short on the last NBA Championship but they will try to win this time, so with that mission, I believe they will try everything to win every game, therefore my pick is CELTICS -2.5.

Casimero is my Bet on this one , there are advantage towards Akaho because he is ahead in height and reach but Casimero is one of the most toughest boxer in His division so maybe lets call this as a much awaited fight so better to have your choice and bet .
and also Casimero will go Head to head in this one and not going distance to lessen the advantage of Akaho.
Same here, this is his comeback fight and I'm sure he will not mess this one up. No betting odds yet but I'm certain that Casimero will be the favorite to win this fight. I think that Damion Lee was the secret hero of the Suns - Mavericks game despite having only 11 points. Because he played a big role in the win by his contributions to his team in the last moments. He scored important points and his defending Luka Doncic in the last seconds was also important.
As for Luka Doncic I think that he was the most performed player of the game (35 pts, 9 reb and 6 ast). If he was able to score the buzzer-beater in the last seconds it was going to be enough for the win. But the shot fell short there I'm afraid. Mavericks nearly doubled the number of 3-pointers Suns had in this game but Suns still managed to get the win by 107-105. Booker's performance (28 pts, 4 reb, 9 ast) had a big impact on this victory of course.
Luka is one of the best players in the NBA, I think his performance throughout the game was quite good. He scored 35 points and had 9 rebounds, a game-winning performance alone. But I think he couldn't use the last ball correctly. With only 5 seconds left, they could have played an inward game rather than opting for a fairly far shot, or he could have tried a closer 3-pointer. He trusted himself, but as a result of this trust, they could not win the match Or they should make a time out to make the right execution, Luka's 3-point shooting is very accurate, that's why he opted for that 3-point shot that settles for 2 points to tie the game. But looking at that shoot, it's not a high percentage shot that's why we criticize him, but it's just one game, they'll bounce back for sure. The game is over, if they want to make an adjustment, they should do it next time. I thought that Dallas would really win the game because CP3 wasn't even contributing a decent number in that game, but the teamwork of the Suns did kill the momentum of the Dallas as they were a more aggressive in the 4th quarter. Lee was the Hero in that game, he deserve to be the best player. |

That was after the fight of Pacman against Ugas, before AFAIR, Pacman has became a slight favorite on that fight per sportsbooks odds, so you can tell how much the fans believe he can win against Spence, but a big news came up and it resulted to Ugas substituting Spence which was not good for Pacman. You are right because people were expecting Pacman could give a good fight against Spence, unfortunately, the hype was gone when Spence declared he needs to undergo an operation. And I guess Kambosos is just one hit wonder and I doubt that he can be a champion again. He is a warrior no doubt, but against the best, I don't think he can win with the likes of Davis or Ryan Garcia. But it will be good to see him match against those two though. Just to have some excitement again. And now we are hype seeing this version of Haney against Lomachenko.
We never know, if Kambasos would stay in the current division, then he won't be a champion again, maybe it's time for him to move up and try his luck, but the way I see it, it looks like his full talent has already been displayed and he is not as great as the boxers whom fans admire and believed to be a future hall of famer. What about a rematch between Kambosos and Lopez? I think that would be fun. Yeah, maybe at 140 lbs we might see Kambosos vs Lopez again and it will be great because of the trash talking between the two. At least Teo will have something to say now because he has lost his belt to Haney. It's just a bad stylistic match up for Kambosos and Haney just took him to school I might say. And definitely his style has been exposed and I feel bad for George losing back to back in his home soil. And so the hype on him is over. He might comeback with some win against no name fighters just to bring back his confidence again. It's still early, he can continue fighting and redeem himself. More fights and training, for sure he will again have a big fight, a championship fight but of course as a fan, we won't trust him right away since we know his weakness already. Ortiz won against Herring so that's a + of possibility after it he gained a shot against Loma who also need a tune up for his next fight.
Comparing the skills of the 2, Loma has the edge so it might be difficult to see an upset against someone who has the same skill set of Shakur. And for that the odds speaks itself.
As of now, the real basis is the odds, we can only see the real status between them once they are already in the ring. When Lopez fought Loma, Loma was also heavily favored, but personally, I don't think that will happen again here as I believe Loma had already learned his lesson. |

Inoue via knockout is much better rather than betting with a decision with low odds.
I think that would not be the betting option we can expect here in this match. With Naoya Inoue's Knock Out rate, the odds instead for him to win by the decision will have decent odds and not low. I'm also sure that Inoue's Winning by Knock Out especially in the early rounds, probably between Rounds 1-4, won't have that good odds since chances for the fight to be finished on that said rounds are possible as we are talking Naoya Inoue and he is against a super underdog. Maybe there's another betting odds that would satisfy us, then that's the time to choose. All I believe is that it's not going to be hard for Inoue, and since he is a knockout artist, I'm expecting to see his signature body shot to KO Butler. Rounds 4-6 I think has a better odds compared to rounds 1-3. |

Reports said that it is just a minor injury, so finger crossed, and hopefully we can see him when the regular season starts. The team is exciting to see with him around, last year, we thought that they will have a bad season. But Ingram pushes them and so with Zion back in the line up, we should expect the Pelicans to be on the upper side of their division. Yes, he is not that prone to injury, he is just super athletic for his body that it really did take a toll on him. But he has slim down already and that is a good indication that he is very serious to make a huge comeback.
That's good, well, last season they have a good run despite not having Zion, so we can expect that at the start of the season they will be one of the top teams in the West. Getting in the playoffs again with a healthy Zion, for sure they'll become better and we might see them a great contender in the West. Zion's ability to dominate inside is very big especially now that Ingram is very confident already with his shooting and attacking the paint. |

Even 168 seems to be few for Dmitry. He is a big guy by nature. I just cant imagine him being 168. Dmitry seems to be +85kg in off season and 79.4 (or 175lbs) on the scales. Dropping almost 10kg just to have a rematch? It is Canelo, who needs to gain weight and fight in 175, to rebuild reputation. Canelo needs to beat Dmitry "on Dmitry's field", to gain confidence and respect back. What is the point for Dmitry to cut, when it was Canelo who wanted to test himself in light heavyweight.
Yes, I think if there will be a rematch between Dmitry and Saul Alvarez it will be 175 lbs. Alvarez can definitely made 175 lbs easy, but Bivol will have problems making that weight. And if I'm not mistaken, the first fight is 175 lbs so not sure why they need to change in the rematch unless Alvarez wants to take advantage of making Bivol life very difficult because he will have to squeeze his body to super middleweight. And Canelo might be left hanging if he will suddenly decide to contest the fight at 168 lbs. because Bivol won't surely agree with that as in the first place, Canelo lost in 175 so it's expected to contest the rematch at the same weight. I'm not sure what is in their contract but I think Bivol has a right to deny a rematch if Canelo will active the rematch in super-middle. I agree and I reckon that Canelo doesn't have the power to call the shots this time, he'll be lucky if Bivol will make some time for him because I think an undisputed fight in the light-heavyweight division will be the next thing to happen, but if Bivol will got defeated here, it will be Ramirez who will have the opportunity to fight Bob Arum's monster cow while Canelo won't have the appetite to fight Bivol because there's no title in the line anymore. Canelo though is still the cash cow and for me, can still call the shots if he wants. But maybe he has respect to Bivol after he was defeated. And so it is still a good chance that Canelo will seek revenge to the persona against Bivol win or lose. But Bivol has only a good option to fight Beterviev if the Canelo fight won't happen after his Ramirez win. And yes, this should be 175 lbs no doubt. Canelo can still call the shots regardless of the result of this fight but he cannot demand because he is not in the A-side anymore, now he's the one chasing while Bivol is looking at him as a finished chapter. So, we will probably see it soon if these guys wants to have second dance. Before that, we should witness this explosive fight first. |

Golden Boy already know that it's indeed time for Garcia to face boxer that is near his prowess/caliber, Javier Fortuna was his last test to make sure if Garcia is already fit to fight heavy names and it turns out that Garcia can do it because he defeated Fortuna with a good outcome and no signs of struggles. Although Tank Davis is a different story because he is an experienced boxer who defeated big names in industry unlike Garcia, but the latter have the chance because he have a good KO power.
It's rare to have a boxer like Garcia who has both the charisma and skills to be a champion, that's why they are carefully giving him some fights that are not really that interesting because of his poor opponents. But this is just their way to make him strong and when the time they finally let them fight against a boxer like Tank Davis, he already learned a lot and has a higher chance to defeat him because already has enough pre-fights to face strong opponents. So what do you think? is he already ready to fight a champion in his next game? Because if you'll ask me, I would say 100% ready, he has to take a bigger risk if he wants to earn bigger reward, and fighting Tank Davis could be a good one, not the toughest fight for sure but it's not going to be easy either. Judging from his recent fight against Fortuna, it is clear that he is back although he still have some difficulties in his jabs but he can work that out. Fighting Davis will not be that hard for him because he have the right tools, he just have to time it carefully when to dispose those tools because Davis is also quite clever mainly because of the experiences he had. |

That is a good point! But we know that experience will somehow help Silva in this fight, Jake Paul might be a decent boxer with good knockout punch but that will be a challenge in his side to do because Silva at his age is still quite agile to evade any serious punch. Anyway, just as you said, this is a rare interesting fight that we should see soon. My side belongs to the MMA HOF, we'll see who will be victorious at the end of the day.
If there's one fighter who can challenge Jake Paul it's going to be Silva, Silva only has one fight in boxing but that one fight is enough to show boxing experts and critics that he has what it takes, I have a feeling that this fight will be very much different from all the fight Jake Paul has, I don't want to see Silva getting knock out just like what happened to Woodley as this will tarnish his image and his legacy, I also noticed that both fighters have big respect to each other, let's see in the ring if they will still respect each other. No mate, Anderson Silva already had 4 professional fights in boxing and this is his 5th fight. Two of those fights happened last year in just a span of four mere months, imagine Silva's age, yet he managed to attain that feat and finished it all successfully even if he is an MMA fighter. I missed the game of Pelicans but upon looking for some updates and news about it, I was shocked and surprised again about Zion Williamson. This guy just got recovered and then he's injured again. But as per the news, it's not that critical as before. Well, hopefully it isn't so that he'll come back as what he has said. And the Pelicans could say worth it for the contract they got for him.  He's okay. You scared me there for a while after reading your news. I didn't watch their game too. “I want to use the right term, but in the moment, it didn’t feel too good,” Williamson said. “It was one of those things that happened and I popped back up like, ‘Yeah, I’m straight.’ Played a few minutes after that, felt fine, then they sent me to the back just to double-check.” We could say the weight trim is working. If he is still heavy it won't end up like this. Maybe worst. I've just read a couple of headlines and that made me look at what happened and good thing that it's not that bad as before. He's just getting back on shape and said some words that he's going to show what he hasn't shown before. I was not able to watch the game but good thing the injury is not serious, otherwise, it will be a complete disappointment not seeing him again this season. The Pelicans have invested on him, trusting his recovery and that he could come back fully healthy again, but if major injury would happen again, I don't know, maybe they will find a way to trade him.
Yep. It wasn't that bad at all. He could end up like the other players that have been so good and expected a lot but then, injury disabled them. We can name a few of them that have went miserably because of injury. Let's just be optimistic that Zion is much different this time and fortunately, it was just a minor injury. Let the kid do the work because I believe he can still make a difference, he is not that prone just like the other players who ended their careers much earlier. |
