In the first of a series, we introduce IOST's consensus mechanism PoB  and show how IOST achieves a more decentralized consensus than DPoS systems like EOS, while still maintaining scalability and censorship resistance.

They have just come back from Berlin together with Pradeep where we were at meetings with partners and also attended a conference. Personally I can say that I am very excited after all these meetings, especially when people from very big companies say that Solve.Care is a diamond which they finally found in Blockchain industry. I will stop here and will let Pradeep provide more details in his update which he will make soon.

CONFERENCES ARE FOR CROOKS. FUCK OFF NOOB

If we see under $3k, its likely to headed for $1300 says Tone Vays. Also bearish as fuck.

I was just listening to him and no disrespect but anyone can get ahead of themselves.    He called it himself, RSI as massively oversold.    A bear market can have sharp spikes upwards, I wish it was so easy that it just moved in one direction because thats free money right with no worry.

"Oversold" just means the trend is strong. Look at RSI against the bull trend last year. "Overbought" didn't mean anything. Price just kept pushing. The same can happen here.

On the flip side, I'm noticing a lot of $1,000 and $1,500 calls. People are forecasting carnage worse than 2011. Bears are getting bold. This happens near long term bottoms.

doublings and halvings (not halvenings) ... to drop from 20k to 4k btc has reduced to a fifth of it's former market value, people who are predicting 1k are the flip side short equivalent to the bulls predicting another 4x rise after a 5x rise in the mania of a bull run.

Shorts are drunk of greed at this point, they feel bullet-proof, anything is possible ... sure why not another 4x of gains on top of 5x, makes sense, not.

At best/worst, we get a manic, v. brief spike down to $2.5k, maybe 2k (unlikely) and then powerful rebound ... and the next rise begins.

$2500 is already confirmed ...\\$1500 likely buyins support;) weee

I am surprised how big the DCR community is and I really think you are one of the most complex and valuable projects. Even though i bought at 100 USD I believe in you, good luck team!
Max Supply 21,000,000 DCR.
its seems very good project . low supply . price is affordable.
might be one day It compete LTC...

So price is now about 50% retraced from 4100 and 3879 would be 61%   I think any bears will come back in about 4000 which is the 8 day average and a round number which always seems to be a thing

$1500 is the trigger spot Wink weeeee

1677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's plan a collective coin to invest in on: December 06, 2018, 04:13:16 AM
I think this would be a solid idea. This board is large so I think if we get a lot of people onboard, we can have an influence

Concept: On one specific date, we all put $1000 USD (or whatever you are comfortable with) and all buy the same coin at the same time. If there's interest, we can all congegrate through email, discord or something

Aiming for a september date for this ... and targetting a cheap coin with potential so we can all hold like a 1,000,000 of the coin

you are a genius! Smiley wow
1678  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 06, 2018, 04:04:16 AM
I don't understand all this hate for ETH... It supports this gigantic, flourishing ecosystem of projects -- yes, many of them are shit but some of them are pretty interesting and legitimate. I think things like Maker, Augur and 0x are at the very least entertaining experiments that push the bounds of what can be done with the blockchain. Decentraland is also interesting as well.

Then you have stuff like Cryptokitties which is pretty effing pointless. I dunno, I just think even if the price sinks to $50 a coin it will never go away completely as too many other projects are dependent on it.

You don't understand the hate? Seriously?

Let me explain.

None. Of. Those. Zero. Money. Making. Experimental. Projects. Justify. Ethereum's. Exchange. Price.

Period. It doesn't matter how 'interesting' they are, if they don't make money they are worthless, and people that buy ETH just to put money into worthless projects are supporting garbage. And in turn are supporting ETH, which has no reason to exist outside of supporting garbage.

shitoken washtrading by corporate sleezeballs ..this is the dream of these crooks. :\ kill all tokens.
1679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Something you should all know about Bittrex on: December 06, 2018, 01:53:20 AM
I think those accounts who got disabled just need to verify their account like send a selfie and etc. But the problem is that some people doesn't want to give out these information because it is personal and nothing is safe on the internet which I understand clearly. But I think the exchange site also needs verification from traders to know if these people trading are not scammers or whatever.

bittrex are the scammers.  Roll Eyes
