Do you ever wonder, why the top NXT holders, are not continuously selling NXT? That would be the goal right?
In fact the top NXT holders, are adding new NXT every month by buying more on the market.

They didn't pop up after a while so I tried opening my wallet again but no success. The .bat file would no longer run, only close itself. A file had been moved to my trashbin "verified.sh (or perhaps it was verify)". So I log into the blockchain and I see someone stolen all QORA I sent to myself. Before I had even seen them on the deposit page. Re-extract from the zip folder, im having a similar proble with wallet, the next update should sort it I expect. Be patient and wait for it to turn up on BTER. I expect the account you think is a whale is just BTER. If you haven't waited at least a few hours for coins to turn up on an exchange in my mind you haven't actually waited. 99.9% of posts like this have an updated post that says the money came, it ok. LOL so yeah. Turned out it was BTER who was the giant whale "thief". Completely missed that detailed in the midst of all chaos (first thing I did when I experienced all these odd events was to rip out my internet cable and reset the whole system). Turns out not only are the coins in my account, I got a 1% deposit bonus XD. My QORA journey is still going! Haha  Well atleast you realized it early. BTW: the qora deposit bonus is a big scam, basically it pushes QORA onto the exchange and the 1 % withdraw fee keeps money on the exchange. BEWARE guys! Buying for the same price on poloniex is 1% cheaper! |

DI: couple of points here: NXT had one initial dev, with a community-funded group of devs taking over fairly soon after the Genesis block was created. (mmm...reminds me of something) So your shares to devs argument fails immediately. I know a fairly good selection of the initial stakeholders and most of them couldn't dev their way out of a paper bag. Do I have to remind you that the initial offer was open to all humans on BTT who could read the IPO thread and invest? On the own exchange routine: you must be referring to DGEX, which was set up by a NXT'er to trade NXT. Amazingly suspicious, especially for a new currency on a completely new code base that other exchanges couldn't/wouldn't list. As you can see, DGEX now dominates the NXT market:  Not. All of NXT trading volume (more or less) comes from BTER and Cryptsy with a total of 95% between them. You also seem to completely miss the (not unimportant) point that NXT probably has more devs and a larger active commmunity than almost any other currency out there. In fact, you seem to miss most of the points very badly, which is wierd. This kind of blindness to facts make most of your posts little more than obvious trolling. I've looked at pretty much every (semi-)serious crypto out there and there isn't much that impresses me after seeing how NXT is developing. Like it or not, NXT is the current leader in the 2nd gen crypto space, ansd will probably stay that way. (Oh, yeah, my verdict on Quark: pretty good first gen crypto, probably deserves to do better than it has up to now.) EDIT DI: callling me a sockpuppet just shows how astonishingly hopeless you are. Or maybe if you bet, the input used is split in 2-3 inputs if it is the only input available.
- Good idea. I'd say this is definitely on the upcoming list. This is very important. I know that counterwallet has this function. its worth to look at their source code. We removed this feature (called 'priming'), instead we are chaining transactions: you can actually use the unconfirmed change to make a new transaction. @magician. This sounds like a very good idea, might this be also possible with CHA. If this works, that would be extremely elegant tbh! |

Kinda odd that the price is going down. This is huge news. Many people cash out NXT atm to buy into other IPOs. Like FIMK IPO, graviton said, that many people sold NXT there to buyinto IPO (700 BTC total invested!!) Also the price is up from 0.00005 a couple of weeks back, so it is all in perspective |

We had set initial distribution to 100 million in circulation. Because of this, we decided to go with an open investment phase. But you are right, if we did not have a set genesis block, we would have probably gone with a fixed rate that varied each week (to allow early investor bonuses). We have proposals for both types from the start and decided to go the other route. Yes with a fixed number of coins in circulation there is no way to tell him how many coins he will get. Maybe he didn't understand that the supply was fixed. Will there be a guide on how to invest with an escrow? How is your investment in N2 and Qora? Chancecoin is the one which is like XCP? Can you just implement something similar on XCP?
Yes it works like XCP in a way. No, unfortunally you can't. With CHA the "wins" and "losses" are settled with destroying/creating CHA. This can't be implemented in Counterparty, because of that in XCP you need a "counterparty" to supply a bankroll and the games. |

I use the Bitcoin-QT and exported private key successfully and I tried to import private key through CHA wallet successfully, but there is nothing happened, no address no CHA as well. I noticed that the private key should be WIF format. Do you know how do I get the WIF format? Hi Devs, My IPO Coins is still not able to received. Could someone please answer above question? Does the exported private key look like: 5xxxxx ? If not, you can go to https://www.bitaddress.org/ and click on "wallet details" and it will show you all types of your private keys after you enter them. Choose uncompressed WIF there. If everyone would actually contribute to NXT instead of trying to make a clone everday, NXT would surpass Bitcoin.
Why will everybody do that to profit the NXT holders? Because most (all) of the clone-creators hold NXT themself or atleast raised them in the IPOs.... So yeah, nobody is self-less and will work for nothing to gain, but I think there are good incentives |

How to make a backup of the wallet, export private key and etc. Also, how to protect the wallet with the password You can go to the folder of your chancecoin datas and go to /resources/db there you find "wallet" that you can back up. I don't know how to export the private keys also I think currently no password protection is possible, but that would be a cool feature! |
