Last wednesday, I made a cashout request via Cebuana at around 1am. Waited until 8am to get it completed. This already happened to me before and the reply from support is identical on both instances. I would not advise anybody cashing out at 1 am via cebuana, 30 minutes turned 7 hrs processing time.

Nothing happened, it is probably because of legal issues ( most likely ). If this is true, @jamyr how many tips did you send out before your account got locked for excessive tipping? I just want to know so we could warn other users who always tip as well. I have no idea of how many times I tipped from my (jamyr12) account. I may have tipped or received so much because it is how I make a deposit there. Been there too bud. Ended being broke for 2 weeks but never did it came to my mind to steal. That would be different from gambling addiction.

Depends on which type of gambling. If you stay in only a game where you lose more than you win(Dice for example) then you may not profit in a long run. But if you play poker, long term profit is almost everyone's goal.
