sorry for asking this questions because your offer is so tempting and i'm even considering of buying it but we have to be careful on buying items like this.

treat bitcoin as a normal currency that everyone use
if you ask for a loan, make sure you repay it
small loans may need no collateral and can be given to you by trust alone but big or huge loan may need collateral just in case you failed to pay on time there is something to compensate the loss of BTC of the company or the person who give you loan
for huge loans like cars and houses, if ever BTC arrived to that level where its accepted and used by the bank i dont think the BTC will be deposited to your BTC wallet but instead will be transferred to BTC wallet of the seller car or a house itself that is if BTC will be used. For schools, i've heard of a few universities in our country who accepts BTC as a form of payment but that is still something that I need to confirm.

that is to prove ownership of the account, there are claims that there are hacked accounts out there being sold or used as collateral in loans

those doubler, tripler, 150%, 200%, 300% ROI is sure thing SCAM
even the best traders cant give a guarantee of a consistent win or profit when they trade.
treat BTC as your usual currency invest it like a normal currency, don't play with it like play money where you bet all of it in RED and expect huge returns or invest in one site, sit back relax and wait for it grow like a plant. theres a lot of zombies out there who wants to eat your plant (BTC)

what happened is i'll be sending BTC's to 4 different addresses and I just copied and paste the address to my wallet then send
after a day I received an email saying that they she did not received the BTC
when I checked the transaction id's I sent BTCs to an  address twice and left 1 with no BTC sent
good thing the one who got paid twice is honest and returned my BTC

are they paying on time now?
