The main problem with crypto at the moment is the developers are the only ones doing anything. We need communities to grow and users to focus, not chase every new skirt that comes prancing into town. This will occur over time as it dawns on the participants themselves that their own crypto countrymen are the heart of their currency. We can't compete with bitcoin until we organize, unify, and consolidate. Let's get this down to just a zillion or two coins and maybe we can win the battle. |

Thats right it will like a government of any country. We will pay a taxes and also many of users will not agree to that regulation. YES its end of the bitcoin. I think bitcoin will be regulated to the fringes but there's no way it will ever completely die. There's room in the word for hundreds or thousands of digital currencies to survive and thrive. However he was "scared off" before he could complete his masterpiece and now we're left with the half-finished product. Not to fret though, there is work being done now on other blockchains to refine and improve the model that will eventually succeed. Albeit government regulatory controls will keep these currencies on the fringes for the foreseeable future. You don't actually think any government on earth would willingly and passively allow a threat to prevail against its national currency. |

Most of bitcoiner believe we can't split blockchain and bitcoin, without bitcoin, blockchain will no safe and it will useless. It's the bitcoin secure the blockchain.
if this point is right. then i got a question, compare pow blockchain, i think pos blockchain may be more secure than pow blockchain. such as NXT blockchain VS bitcoin blockchain.
And why we can sure bitcoin's blockchain is the most value-full?
I mean we need find a security blockchain, bitcoin's blockchain may not be the best choice.
Bitcoin was the beginning of an experiment that has caught fire and spread wildly. There are now hundreds of stable blockchains. Once 51% defense systems (like the one we invented) become commonplace, and cheap hashrate becomes plentiful, the price and energy required to keep a blockchain secure will become negligible. |

I wanted to play around with some altcoins but many of the main websites are sketch at best. For example when checking out UltraCoin, their recommended miner has spyware in it. What altcoins can you trust?

So after losing quite a lot of money due to the decrease in bitcoin value. I am now looking to spend a few bitcoins on Alt coins to try get myself back up. Does anyone have any good recomendations please?
