Mitchell, you can put me on the list for 1!

Nice one, that's 9 now nearly there Smiley.
1722  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] PaperSafe, Satoshi Note 100 prints, Collectable Paper Wallet, FOR SALE NOW on: July 04, 2015, 01:17:16 AM
Consider a comic book supplies shop

Ok will do thank you Smiley.

Unless you are going to have them matted and framed to hand on the wall... Satoshi notes store nicely in the envelope they come in......

Just my thoughts.... choice is yours

Ok thanks Smiley.
1723  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Highest Graded Casascius Coins [MS-69] -More Coins Added! on: July 04, 2015, 12:08:38 AM
Half of the coins are now sold...better get them quick!

Thinking of auctioning one of the 68 or 67s....anyone have a preference?

I think you should say how much you received for each for future reference Tongue.

Perhaps BG4 will send the 7 instead of 10 as a nice gesture so we can get our notes Smiley.

I've seen situations like this before when group buys get a few early takers then after a while people start dropping out for one reason or another, I'd hate for that to happen here because its taking a while to fill the slots.

Sorry for being off-topic but whenever I see this thread it looks like it says EDIBLE pants.... Probably just my mind lol...

Good luck with your sales Smiley.
1727  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] PaperSafe, Satoshi Note 100 prints, Collectable Paper Wallet, FOR SALE NOW on: July 03, 2015, 10:53:16 PM
Got mine in today.  Very nice with some different things compared to the Artist Proofs.

Nice one, cant wait to get mine. I think we're still 3 short for the EU group buy though.

I checked and do have 10 of these top loaders available for sale

Probably wouldn't be worth sending 2 to the UK would it?

Shipping would likely be around $25 to UK if sent Priority mail.  I personally think that's too much.  I sent something today to monkeynuts in the UK in a flat rate Intl envelope at that price

That's a bit pricey I agree but thanks very much anyway. I'l try and find some locally.

There is an old school picture and photograph store in my city. I could check if they carry something like this. I've searched on Amazon and eBay for something like this, but shipping costs are a deal breaker for my group buy.

Thank you. Think I might just wait for them to arrive then try and get some sleeves. I've got the same in my local town so should be able to get one there.

1731  Economy / Collectibles / Re: The (Official) RAVENBIT COLORS coin trading thread on: July 03, 2015, 06:53:22 PM
Looks like there were 428 gray as well.

Gray   428
Green (*)   27
Yellow (**)   18
Violet (***)   15
Blue(****)   12
Red (*****)   9
Orange (******)   6

I'd be interested in adding 1 of any color (even they gray) to my collection if anyone's selling in the UK or EU ideally.
Since we've got that other trade going I can toss a grey or two in the package, since I'll already be sending you something anyways.  We can pm about it later.

Ok great I didn't realise you had any of these going that would be easier to combine postage thank you Smiley.
1732  Economy / Collectibles / Re: The (Official) RAVENBIT COLORS coin trading thread on: July 03, 2015, 05:43:25 PM
Thanks snarlpill that's very good of you. I'll give it a couple of days to see if anyone's selling from UK or EU first to save on postage if not I'll hit you up for one.

1736  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB $100 BTC For Paypal on: July 02, 2015, 09:53:43 AM

Please let me know if you're interested, I'll pay up to 7.5% above Preev rate.
Would you mind explain me in simple and understandable way that how the Preev rates work and how charges will takes place in those rates.

Yes of course. www.preev.com is a simple bitcoin calculator. You simply either enter the amount of bitcoin or currency you're looking to convert and it'll do it for you.

In this instance I'll enter $100 to see how many bitcoin its worth, give it a few seconds to settle then send the seller $107.50 for those $100 bitcoin. Or with others they factor in the 7.5% to the $100 and send me slightly less.

Hope that's helped.
1737  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: New mining hardware for july on: July 02, 2015, 02:28:41 AM
I think it also depends on whether you want the hassle of maintaining the miner(s) and the heat at this time of year. If your electric is dirt cheap then maybe its worth it but if its not and your earning dust or breaking even then you've got to seriously think about it.

I sold off my 13 sp20's my 2 s-5's and my 3 avalon 4.1's during the month's of april-may.

I have 2 usb sticks in house a U2 and one of sidehack's new .31 watts per gh .

In my friends office we get a limited amount of 3 cent power and we are running 4 s-3's

So I am mining about 1.9th for the summer.

I will get an s-7 and a few of avalon's new mini 4's

Along with whatever sidehack finally build for sale.

So maybe 5th-7th for the coming winter

Yeah I dont blame you, I'd maybe consider mining again in the autumn / winter with S4s or S5s or something similar in efficiency just to offset the heating bill. Shame its come to that but its just reality now.

Yeah my power max for in home in the winter is about 7 kwatts

For the summer about 2.5 kwatts due to the heat.

So when coins were expensive and diff low  I could mine all year round.

Now June 1 to Oct 1 pretty much no home mining.  I stay under 600 watts.

Right now. I am doing 41 watts to run 2 usb sticks and 1 node.   No issues with that for the summer.

Sounds good to me, its so warm here in the UK at the moment any miners would be a nightmare. Just checked my thermometer and its 22 degrees outside and 30 degrees inside and that's at half 3 in the morning. Bloody hell I'd better get to bed got work in 4 hours lol....
1738  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: July 02, 2015, 02:22:40 AM
I've had a couple of PM's from others saying they've had the same but both have been paid out for their store credit so hopefully they will do the same for me. $134.50 may not be much to them but its a considerable amount of money to me. Not only that I could have earned more in the same time had I signed up to a different campaign but like their equipment so wanted to promote it.

I was in contact with Barbara before Gadi so this has actually been going on for about 6-8 weeks now.

in my extensive experience with SP-T i found Guy & Gadi to maintain the most integrity.

others, considerably less so.

i wish you luck in your efforts, though i can say it might be like getting blood from a stone (so to speak)

Thanks edgar, I think you could be right.

Had this email today:

Your contribution to our sales effort is well appreciated.
We will continue to update regarding our future offering as soon as we can.
Thank you for your patience,
Gadi

And this is after many repeated requests for a cash refund as there is no hardware available to redeem my commission against and probably never will be. I'm just being fobbed off, it's disappointing to say the least especially from a big company like them.

Its a shame, I'm owed nearly 400x more than you and still also $0 from them.

Jesus that's a lot of money you're owed Shocked.

Shame no-one from Spondoolies has the balls to comment on the non payment of affiliates situation. They have had a few days to do so on this, their official mining rig thread.

Seems like they have been content for quite some time earning money from affiliates then not paying out commission owed.

It's a shame that they haven't resolved their affiliates payment situation yet. I dealt with them last fall with getting some compensation for SP20 delays and it literally took months to get the refund sent to me, after sending countless emails to them. Seems to be their mo.

I'm now seeing how disgruntled people are with them, seems a shame as I thought they were one of the better companies to deal with. Never mind, you live and learn. They to me now are yet another dodgy company in the dodgy bitcoin company world Angry.

1740  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTB A2 Terminators or Titan Scrypt Miners on: July 02, 2015, 02:06:22 AM
Hey hedgy titans are killing it with litecoin right now....until a couple months when the blocks halve.  Would start mining again but electricity for me is quite expensive.

Sorry to derail but about 2 weeks ago someone had 3 working titans for I believe $6700.  Might want to check back a few pages and see if he would part with one.  Good luck!

Thanks buddy but electricity cost for me is far too expensive here in the UK to consider scrypt mining again. We're absolutely buggered when it comes to electricity cost same as most of europe. Home mining has been pretty much finished for home miners here for a long time even with the latest most efficient hardware.
