I am holding few coins since more than a year now. When I bought them, it was on the peak that time and gradually the price decreased. For most of the crypto owners, 2018 was very painful, at least for those who bought in 2018 while market was on its peak. At the beginning there was greenery everywhere in the market but the situation turn in the mid of 2018.Since market was on its peak, many new investors got attracted towards crypto. The Bitcoin ETF decision made a turning point and stopped the rally. It effects not only bitcoin but also all the crypto since bitcoin is still leading crypto world as leader. Hope situation will improve in 2019 after Feb since positive news may come regarding ETF.
Also long awaiting regulation topic may also come to some conclusion which can affect the direction to either way. Regulations will sure increase the attention of new investors increasing demand of the tokens.

For me, bounty rewards we are getting is for our efforts we put in. It's not our investment. So although tokens are locked for say 6 months, it doesn't matter at least for me. I
would like to wait until value of the tokens I hold turns into a amount which I can say a good amount.
Now a days I see every ico after listening to exchanges drops more than 60%. of it's original value. So in such situations we don't have a choice to wait or sell the tokens for few bucks which is not worth of efforts we put in.

May be he don't want to bring revolution to Microsoft and wants to keep it traditional.
From my point of view, use of blockchchain technology in his industry will definitely bring revolution and thus there will be new era in that technology.
May be today he is denying, but surely in future we will see not only Microsoft but some micro projects also adopt blockchchain technology.

Since the leader of altcoins is in bad market situation, almost all altcoins are in red. We need to identify best altcoins for future growth. It is very important but difficult to identify genuine project. Most of the projects collected good amount of ETH, but since it is also down more than 60%, there estimation of fund collection which was required for development of the prroject gone wrong.
Let's hope this year will bring new high to Bitcoin price and subequently other altcoins.

As far as I know, from my point of view, Blockchain is fully secured along with its transparency feature.
Due to proof of concept, consensus or agreement algorithm, this is most trustworthy ecosystem.
The hacking issue are not with in the blockchain area. The exchanges are not built on blockcahin technology. These are simple applications for example forex trading. Since they are not applying enough security measures and off course, due to lack of regulations , these are prone to cyber attacks.
So blockchain itself is trustworthy but the applications outside it or built on it are not secure.

For a good crypto exchange, should fulfill the qualities which are needed these days.
First point is security. Now a days we are seeing lot of cyber attacks on renowned exchanges which are stealing users hard earned money. I believe every transaction should follow with 2FA and their firewall should be strong enough so that it can avoid any kind of cyber attacks.
Second most important thing I see is fee. Many exchanges charge too much fees making it impossible for small traders. They should reduce the transaction fees to great extent so that more users can use it.
Third important thing I see is availability of coins to trade. There are very few, one or two exchanges I guess which support most of the altcoins for trade.

You are right. Due to uncertain market conditions it is very much required that projects should have own funds rather than waiting for softcap or hardcap reach.
This will make them prepare for worst conditions and to continue development.
I have seen icos raised only 10% of hardcap due to bad market situation.
For a successful projects,is very much important that they have a strong foundation.
For bounty rewards, I see it's a game of patience. However it's required that they should not delay the distribution from what timeline it's been decided.

Truly speaking its getting difficult day by day due to launch of many projects and altcoins. Everyone is using their own token and this reason I see at some extent will be show stopper for cryptocurrencies as use of payments.
Today I need for example some advertising on website and one project provides it with "X" coin and for my other requirement I go to another project which uses "Y" coin. So for me its not a friendly trade for all my requirements.
I think we need another universal cryptocurrency or only few of them like Bitcoin, ETH or ripple.
