1721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: April 24, 2018, 08:28:46 AM
That's the problem with the society today, anything they think that involves money would always have a negative feedback. Even trading have negative feedbacks but not like gambling. I think people are so used to hearing gambling and automatically they think it would be a negative thing that's why they tell you to stay away from it. And also sometimes it is based on experience, like a family member of them are addicted to gambling to a point wherein they are unlucky everytime they bet on something. And we can't take away that feeling of getting used to by some, but we can minimize that way of thinking if we don't gamble that much.
I have a little different opinion in this matter. It is not like society considers money as some kind of evil in all cases. Gambling is not the only thing that involves money but instead of giving money to the gambler, it takes away, that is where problem lies and why it is considered as a bad thing. It harms a person’s health and wealth. Moreover, his close ones can also get effected if he is an addict.

True, gambling gets its bad name largely due to the side effects of gambling. People not only lose their money but they can ruin their lives if they can not control themselves and surely it will affect the lives of other people near them as well.
1722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you buy for money won? on: April 23, 2018, 10:14:37 AM
I found other facts related to what gamblers do with the money they win. There is something strange to me. Some of them will be very stingy even to meet their own needs. Those are the people who will continue to use the money they have to gamble over and over again. It seems their live is just for gambling.

1724  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you encourage friends and family to invest in crypto? on: April 22, 2018, 06:54:55 PM
I do not encourage all friends and family. I tell only the one who at least already had the basic knowledge in regard with online trading. Some of them now already in this business but unfortunately I can not monitor their progress.
1725  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: April 22, 2018, 12:11:59 PM
it's really because there's already support in ourselves to stop playing gambling, but if you just follow the band will also play back again gambling because the cessation is not our own desire but there is persuasion of friends, but also follow-up too
it's really true, especially if the intention of ourselves to stop playing gambling can be faster to eliminate the mind of gambling in our brains. and because with there intentions that will surely produce good results for sure
If you want to quit gambling by means of 'intention' until whenever you will never be able to stop. Intention only in the heart, while lust will always defeat what you want. But it would be great if you want to stop just not on the intention but you have to find other busy to forget gambling. With the busyness you have, slowly your life with gambling will be forgotten.

Strong intentions and followed by concrete actions are two things that can not be separated if we want to stop gambling. Intention alone won't help us because the temptations will continue to appear and disturb our minds. In my opinion, to stop gambling will be very difficult if we intend to do it gradually. We have to force it totally!
1726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: April 22, 2018, 11:08:16 AM
the consequences of playing gambling are huge and must accept what will happen to yourself, because gambling is a very big risk and can be legal too, because gambling is prohibited by the state and religion as well. then it is better to be avoided than to have to deal with the same law

Look mate, let me get this straight and simple for you. Everyone who has gambled knows the risk and the bad effects of gambling. But do they care? Do the smokers care for their lung cancer? They dont - they will continue with their vices because its what gives them pleasure. When their minds before too full of these vices they cant stop doing them.

They wont listen to religion, laws or their family.

Most gamblers know the risk that they can lose everything in gambling but unfortunately, most of them are not prepared with the bad risks. What's on their mind is mostly just a good dream to earn easy money. Regret will come in the end, when all has happened and we can't change the facts.
1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: April 21, 2018, 07:41:59 PM
IMHO, trading is better than gambling in every way.Gambling is too risky and it can makes me empty hand in a hour.I can't take such steps to confirm my win.I lose my valuable money in a snap in gambling.Gambling waste my valuable time but don't give me good profits.

Trading is experience and skill based game.I can use my mind and strategy to make best results out of it.Again,I can take advise from professional traders to learn trading. Also trading is less riskier than gambling.

Tbh both are risky but yes, in gambling we can lose our money very quickly. While with trading, as long as we do not make a sell order when we faced a downtrend of the coin pairs we trade, we still have a hope that maybe in the next day the price will rise again as we expect. Patience in trading will be crucial.
1728  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't look at btc every five minutes on: April 21, 2018, 06:10:20 PM
Looking at the price changes too often could lead us to make a bad decision as I already experienced it at the beginning of my trading journey. I took an action too fast just because I saw the fluctuation wasn't at my favor. Nowadays I prefer to look at the trend in a longer period.
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 21, 2018, 09:41:06 AM
Tonight Liverpool will play against West Brom and Manchester United will play Arsenal a few days later. Liverpool may be able to win easily in tonight's game but Manchester United may find it difficult to win this great game. If Mou cannot win the game then Liverpool can narrow the distance points in the standings. Put a 3-0 bet on the win for Liverpool I'll try to earn a profit this weekend.

West Bromwich Albion is in the bottom position at the current standings and they need to maximize their points in the last 4 games. But unfortunately this time they have to meet with Liverpool. Nothing to lose is the only thing West Bromwich Albion can do in this game and wishing for a miracle to come.
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What you think about support in crypto casinos? on: April 21, 2018, 05:01:19 AM
Support is one of the best ways to contact a site representative whenever we have one or more issues related to our activity on the site. So far, everything looks fine and works as expected. Bitsler is one of the best casinos that provide full support to its users for 24/7.
1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: April 20, 2018, 12:25:44 PM
if I own a better trade because it has a small risk in the appeal of gambling, and does not violate the rules of religion and government. but if the gamble is a big enough risk because the rule of religion and government that can cause us to go to jail when arrested by the police

Compared to gambling, trading seems more respectable in the public eye(religion and government allow it). In addition, although both are equally risky, but trading can be learned and many people have made it a source of livelihood.

My friend and I did an experiment - auto strategy that ran for 5 days on 2 accounts and never lost.  We decided to replicate using BTC - same decimals, same strat and within 45 minutes we both busted out.  Coincidence?  I think not.  Extremely sad when you discover this site is 100% rigged and it is also illegal to steal from people.

~edit btw we tried first on a low value currency using the same settings with the same stakes & number of decimals.

Using the same settings with the same bet and decimal amount doesn't mean you can repeat the luck as you expected. Gambling is a matter of luck and roll numbers will be vary from time to time. It's weird to accuse a site to be dishonest just because we're not lucky.
1733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do crypto currency accepted in your country? on: April 19, 2018, 09:18:41 PM
Crypto as currency is not allowed here in my country. But crypto as an asset will be warmly welcomed. Thanks God, I can still benefit from this amazing technology to this day. I hope there will be no more skew policy made by my government with respect to crypto.
1734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shyness in gambling on: April 19, 2018, 07:52:12 PM
Yes I actually had that exact same feeling before, I felt so shy gambling in casinos and I would even look out if I know someone who’s playing too so they wouldn’t see me. But that feeling of shyness eventually fade away as I grew older especially when my aunt bring me to casinos with her whenever she flies back here in our country. But on gambling casino sites, at first I was afraid to gamble but after my first attempt I wasn’t shy at all and I was thinking no one knows its me not unless I announce it on the chat box.
Maybe you really should not be gambling then, because since you are not proud of what you are doing to the extent that you do not want a fellow gambler to see you whether you know them or not, then why do it in the first place. Have you forgotten that the person you may know if present in a casino actually came there to have some fun gambling in the first place and you would rather both just accept your fate and see that you both share something in common without any form of being shy ?
Actually I am little bit confused about your CommNet. It really non-understandable but what I have perceived from your statement is, if a person knows some other gambler but he doesn’t want to recognize in public, this is really bad. And you know the reason is just your shyness because you might have been lost your money in front of him. So why to shy? You did wrong now face it.
That is different from place to place, in some place specially where gambling is not legal, there people usually want to play gambling as anonymous, they do not what other people know about his gambling, therefore if he is playing gambling in front of a person who know him he must by feeling shy, some time when we use to play gambling in a new place we even then feel shyness and do not feel confident.

The social impact that would have been caused if we were caught as gamblers could sometimes be very uncomfortable. That's why so many people are trying to hide their gambling habits from the people closest to them. The embarrassment we will receive may be very oppressive.
1735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 19, 2018, 03:36:54 PM
Last night Man Utd took advantage of their game in hand over Liverpool, by beating Bournemouth. Now securing 2nd place would be much easier for them. Tonight feels like a do or die for Chelsea for their final chance of top 4. If they win tonight they would be 5 points behind with four games to go, and both will still have the same number of left over games as they are in the FA Cup semis as well. It would be an interesting finish for spot number 4.

Chelsea will meet Liverpool in round 37 which is the hardest game in their fixtures. While Tottenham will only meet weaker teams that I think won't be a problem. So the chance for Chelsea to shift Tottenham in the fourth position on the final standings looks impossible for me.
1736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA WORLD CUP 2018? on: April 19, 2018, 10:43:42 AM
With the World Cup just months away does injuries to major star effect their team morale in any way. Neymar for Brazil he's their talisman and if he fails to recover it'll be a big loss, harry for England, and ageuro for Argentina they all are nursing injuries. I feel this World Cup could be dull due to injuries and secondly the hostile nature of the host is not doing any good to participants.
Injuries just two months prior to the world cup are a devastating blow for any team, to see that one of your teammates (especially someone from the starting XI) might not play in the world cup after years and years of preparation...I think it does affect the team morale.

For example, Neymar, he's the leader of national team, the best player in Brazil, the guy who couldn't play in some games in the last world cup due to an injury, the whole team was expecting to see him play in this Worl Cup...but just imagine how sad and worried his teammates must after watching him on TV the other day using crutches, he could barely sit on the chair. So yes, injuries affect the team morale, but they're profesional players so i'm sure they know how to deal with these sort of situations.

Injury is a nightmare for every soccer's team especially if the person who got injured is the key player. The morale and the confidence can be down. But the show must go on. A team has to prepare with the plan B if something unexpected happened before or during the world cup games.
1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: April 19, 2018, 08:21:48 AM
I am not a veteran in this gambling industry so trying to understand what majority of the people thinks about it.

I have seen a lot of threads in this section as well as in other online forums which always protrayes gambling as a negative line of earning money online. I have seen people comparing gambling with alcohol addiction. I have seen people actively trying to discourage others from getting into gambling industry. What's wrong with gambling?

It is just another business and also legal in many countries. People who buys lottery tickets are also gambling only.

In trading industry, you bet on your speculation and in gambling industry, you bet on your luck. In both trading and gambling, there is a risk of loosing money. So why trading is seen as a good way of making money and exactly opposite for gambling?

I belive it is just a social taboo about gambling and we need to rethink our stand towards gambling. It is just another legal business. What's your view?

This is due to the many instances of less favorable cases of gambling activity. Many people who go bankrupt and take actions that are considered bad that impact on others including committing crimes in order to smooth their gambling activities. This image has been awakened since a long time and will be difficult to change.
1738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I do not believe ico anymore on: April 18, 2018, 05:20:43 PM
Some failed projects have made them lose interest in Ico.
and plus the current market conditions are bad.
investing in Ico is really risky, some of which are fraudulent. But this depends in the Ico you choose,
You must be smart in Choosing the Ico to be Invested.

When people invested in one or more ICO's projects, they think they already made the right decision, of course after researching some necessary stuffs. But we don't know what will happen in the next day after the token sale ended. Even a good looking project can be the scammer one. Strickly speaking, every projects are very risky to be picked as an investment way. We have to be prepared with all the bad result that may occur when we are dealing with ICO's.
1739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: April 18, 2018, 03:51:14 PM
What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?

All out you say? I don't think it's a wise decision especially if it will be done in gambling. I have tried it once though and had regretted after. Never have done such thing again. Learn from your experience as they say, I've learned mine.
Getting to that stage where all you have left is even your last card is a critical one and anyone who is considering to go that lane of using that last one to bet or gamble with should be considered an addict straight up as there is no two ways about it. This is how people gradually tend towards addiction.

If you have lose, accept your fate, since you will be losing most of the time in gambling anyway and with that, you can just move on and go do something else with your life, but playing with the little you have left for a good reason unless you want to walk home is really an absurd thing to do.

But in such situations, most people will think, what if with this little money I can recover my previous losses or even make a profit? TBH, under those conditions, it would be very difficult to make a wise decision because the mind is full of remorse. Gamblers will use anything, even with the smallest chance, to get their money back.
1740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: April 18, 2018, 02:15:02 PM
I'm not a gambler addict and I just did try playing hi-lo betting sites but I already felt all those consequences and it's really the worst feeling when you lost. I tried to recover my losses but I still lost. That feeling stayed in me for 2 weeks. It's really makes me very weak.
I have never gambled regularly. I have gambled many years ago just one time and I won the bet. But I was also not addicted of gambling. That’s why I did not take it seriously because I know that the consequences of gambling are evil and nobody can be happy with that. If someone wins 100 dollars, the other day he loses 200 dollars. It means that the result of gambling ends always in lose.
These kind of situation happen for the people who are doing gambling for money earning so they will worry when they lose their money. But in gambling we are going to lose mostly so be prepared before betting and don't worry if you are losing.

Losing money is not the single worst thing we can get from gambling if we aren't careful enough. The opportunity to lose other precious things in our lives also exists. For example, we can lose our family, close friends and work. Extra caution will be necessary if we want to do gambling. So, be careful!
