1742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: March 05, 2023, 12:29:16 PM
Yeah, imagine that, a super fast quantum computer sitting and waiting for a large amount in a transaction to compute it's private key in a 256 bit range to do what, steal them? There is a solution for that, connect your node directly to honest miners and broadcast your tx to them, they will mine your large sum tx. However there is a problem with that, the thieves could double spend the txs before the block reaches maturity, there is a solution for that, turn off RBF. Now go and see what are they doing about turning off RBF. The problem is not with bitcoin.
1743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Matt Corallo advocating for censorship on: March 04, 2023, 11:34:15 PM
Well well well, I think it's time people start dumping core nodes, because if one of them has this kind of behaviour and none of the rest are opposing and getting rid of him, could only mean they'll have no other choice to comply in the future with the same censorship mindset.

Or maybe he is acting this way intentionally to damage the rest of the team? In either way having him involved in development is no longer a good idea. I'm already a core hater just reading the comment, imagine if this gets adopted, will be the downfall of bitcoin until people start dumping such dev team and everything will go back to normal again.

It's great to have such people around, they could open our eyes before it's too late. Now chop chop Americans, listen to this man, let's do more FUD, we want cheaper coins. Lol.
1744  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Spiders need to collect and timestamp hashes. on: March 04, 2023, 04:25:27 AM
-Um. Circcash is not dead.
Um. Except it is, if it's not dead then would you mind to buy them from me? I have got 1 million and willing to sell for 10,000$, it seems a good deal right?
The reason why nobody is going to use your useless coin is because it's useless, even more than shitcoins on yobit and other exchanges. Well I guess this is my cue, I can hear the police car's siren, damn they're so fast, say hi to Macron! Lol.
1745  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Interviews] with Bitcointalk members on: March 03, 2023, 08:56:36 PM
Good thing this is limited only to this thread, Otherwise I don't know how I could have survived the lack of interest in knowing what other people think about a certain set of questions. Lol.
I suggest you write your opinion. If you are ready, I will send you a list of questions.

Hahahahaha

Digaran is just waiting for an invitation.
I'm always open for discussion/ interview as long as they are *porn related, other stuff are boring.🤣

1746  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: March 03, 2023, 08:52:07 PM
we now have a little pointer to knowing who are the serous contributors to the forum and who are only here for the gain.
You will have a pointer when you disable signatures, avatars for a year, only then you can really know, though there is no point doing that, because *we already know.

*= hard to detect for unaware members, but you can know when you see some people either don't wear sig and avatar, or they don't wear them for pay.
True contributors in this forum are developers, fair merit sources and DT members. The rest are just rehashing words over and over. I used to be one of them.😉
1747  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: The FinderOuter, a bitcoin recovery tool (v0.17.0 2023-02-27) on: March 03, 2023, 08:34:07 PM
Some suggestions, it would be nice to have the ability to do SHA256 RIPEMD160, HASH-160, convert private key to u/compressed public keys, convert WIF to private key and vice versa, base58 checksum decode/ encode. Converting public keys to addresses, converting address to RIPEMD160, vice versa.

Basically manual key generator etc, It's hard to use several online tools for just computing a bitcoin address.
Also having a windows compiled version would be greatly appreciated.
I know that I might sound too demanding, but these are just suggestions.
~Regards.
1748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Signed txn - inserting scriptsig on: March 03, 2023, 07:55:04 PM
What you describe is contradictory. If it's a signed transaction, then it comes with the scriptSig. If it doesn't have the scriptSig, then it isn't signed. In Bitcoin Core, you can sign with signrawtransactionwithkey, but I'm not sure why you don't want that. Are you trying to sign something non-standard which Core will refuse?
Maybe because he doesn't have the key to sign the transaction, I remember OP somewhere mentioned that someone stole 10,000 bitcoins only having signatures and something other than private key, in the past he had asked if it's possible to spend by using signatures of a transaction or not. This however could be totally a different situation, but I can't see a reason as to why someone would want to go all the long way and not just use the key.

Maybe the OP is trying to broadcast a forged transaction and that's why no other nodes accept the tx?
1749  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What would happen? on: March 03, 2023, 07:28:08 PM
From a financial view point, the answer to this question "what if?" Is:

1- for traders, they must not panic and just stop trading, meaning, don't panic.

2- for ordinary users, they must not panic and just stop transacting until every issue is solved.

3- for exchanges, they must halt all operations related to trades, meaning they should not panic.

It all boils down to: do not panic and wait for recovery, in a decentralized economy you just need to have patience.

Technical standpoints were covered on previous posts.
1750  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: BitCrack - A tool for brute-forcing private keys on: March 03, 2023, 06:16:34 PM
Also note that all public keys from 160-256 range are revealed,

Not only 160-256 but also 65-70-75-80-85-90-95-100-105-110-115-120 all have been solved, and up to 160 every 5 puzzles have their public keys revealed.
1751  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Keyhunt - development requests - bug reports on: March 03, 2023, 06:01:32 PM
Regards!

I would like to suggest that you should keep your identity hidden from the public, after all you are working on something which has a potential of endangering billions of dollars investments.
1752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: March 03, 2023, 05:42:55 PM

Make sure to keep your anonymity at all times, one could only imagine what has happened to other developers working on ECDLP.

(     W     A     P     )
Added 3/1/2023: So I went on yandex.com using the Tor browser to see who is talking about how BSL-4 labs need to post cryptographic timestamps of all records on blockchains, and I am the only one who is talking about this. I bet that none of you fools will listen to me because you are all a bunch of suicidally stupid (  W  A      P  ) idiots who would rather die than listen to someone who is much smarter and better than you    (  W     A     P    )    . This means that when the next pandemic comes in a few years, none of the BSL-4 labs will post cryptographic timestamps of anything, and that means that they are free to fudge their data to cover up their crimes, and as a result people will die, and nobody will learn anything from it.

I'm afraid this category of monster dildo up on our ass is locked/ inaccessible even for a hard core OnlyFan person like me. [ lol in order of P=7]. You need to pull it out a bit, we're not that kind of a whore.[order of P=7^lol].

Jokes and trolling aside, where do you get your meth? I wanna try it, seems to be dope.
Nobody is going to listen to your whining about a certain totally dead coin, stop trying to convince people otherwise by rather your extremely offensive wordings. Lol at your use of yandex via Tor browser, it's not like anyone would care if you went there without Tor, only thing they could care about would be their sanity.

Damn I haven't been this harsh for a long time, look what you made me to do.🤨
1754  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Why didn't any deity sign the scriptures with a divine digital signature? on: March 03, 2023, 12:54:25 AM
Well, we can only upgrade our religious beliefs if someone is willing to pay me my $200/hr to develop a divine digital signature algorithm. I can use my notion of the L_{2,d}-spectral radius https://circcashcore.com/2022/08/08/measuring-block-cipher-round-function-security-using-spectral-radii/ to evaluate the cryptographic security of some divine digital signature algorithms. Since nobody except for me understands the L_{2,d}-spectral radius, I am the only one who can help develop divine digital signature algorithms.
I know I'm going against the rules of this board on this one but I can't help it, sorry @theymos/ mods.
I would like to throw a BIG fucking LOL here.

Divine signature is everywhere, space/time/matter, language we use to communicate, pencil and paper we use to write and read, the holy Quran has so many divine secrets and signatures it just needs the blessing of understanding which is also given to people by the creator.

Every thing in existence is the signature of our divine creator, we just need to put aside our arrogance in order to see and understand more clearly, the knowledge, the wisdom, what we seek is already here, we just need to ask for it and it shall be given.
Existing is on itself of enough evidence of divine signature, easily verifiable by all and everyone. The bless of knowledge and understanding is given to all by default, what we do after the fact is what determines the continued flow of blessing towards us.

Just don't push it too hard, nobody is going to buy your dead coin or pay you for something which you can't possibly provide/ deliver.  If you are especially talented you should join us in the hunt for the puzzle challenge https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5218972.0 who knows you might actually end up with more than 200$ per hour that you are asking for. Chop chop, get to work and leave some funny jokes for us to tell in order to make people laugh for a few short moments.😉
1755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: == Bitcoin challenge transaction: ~100 BTC total bounty to solvers! ==UPDATED== on: March 02, 2023, 11:57:52 PM
+1 I am also interested but I think it's just playing with the ripemd160 hash
You think? Lol.

Could you at least share the process, maybe some code somewhere can help you automate it.

Convert each of them into hash160 and look at the last hex characters, change their values in an orderly fashion to be amazed by the beauty of order amongst the chaos.
Have you seen websites providing an online(totally unsafe) service where you could just insert your desired private key in hex format and see all the corresponding properties such as addresses, public/ private keys even for many coins etc? It would be great if we could build an algorithm specifically designed to do the same for addresses only, this way we wouldn't need to count from 1 up to 2^256, we'd only need to represent 2^160.8 (more or less) total number of addresses with hexadecimal values, so when you search for the address #0 you'd get
Code:
1111111111111111111114oLvT2
for #1 you'd get
Code:
11111111111111111111BZbvjr
and so on until you reach the end of the address range. This is just for entertainment and would have no use case for storing bitcoins because you don't know the private keys, you might only know the private keys which you had generated before, i.e, using a wallet etc.

If we could manage to do something like that, imagine the awe of the beholder! Being present at such a mesmerizing sight!

Just don't forget to include my address on the footer of the site for donations, make sure to name me as the cofounder . Lol.
And remember, no offensive words, no sacrilegious words, we wouldn't wanna upset the boss up stairs, so we should skip 4 to 8 percent of addresses.

This message is for @satoshi aka the author of this challenge, "Live long in prosperity under the bluish violet dome".

Now could you create a new challenge with riddles and equations for us to seek and solve please? We're bored honestly and it could light up the mood in crypto-community ushering new methods and never ending possibilities. Though not something that someone could solve them all with one go, maybe make them in episode where each riddle's answer is just a small piece of the greater puzzle. ❤👏💯
1756  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: BitCrack - A tool for brute-forcing private keys on: March 02, 2023, 10:46:36 PM
I wonder if keys were generated by some deterministic wallet first, and then truncated to N bits. Because in that case, it could be possible to recover the master key, and then sweep coins from all of them, while it would not mean that ECDSA is broken (because HD keys could be non-hardened).
Wonder no more big man, if you could find and sweep them all don't forget us, we're strongly outnumbered group of puzzle hunters with our primitive hardware licking the tip of the iceberg hoping to melt it down, lol.
"Care & share" you know? 😉

1757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Signed txn - inserting scriptsig on: March 02, 2023, 10:36:28 PM
So i have a signed txn with core but is missing the scriptsig which i do have....
Just wondering if there is anything else someone can recommend besides brain-wallet or coinb which never works correctly...
Is there something my python that will decompress it and allow edits step by step?  .... i cant post the transaction since its signed.

Thanks.
Is this somehow related to your case about the 10,000BTC lost/ stolen coins?
Hope you get a proper help with an open eye this time.
1758  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Villagers welcome bitcoin ideas. on: March 02, 2023, 10:25:33 PM
It all started as a joke, I was with a friend of mine discussing the marketcaps of cryptocurrency in our Paramount ruler palace, our discussion got to their ears and chief told me that he has heard of bitcoin changing lives and finances but is like lately the project wasn't doing great he guess. I say YES you're right and he said can you train the villagers, youths and women who will be interesting, I will pay you and I said that's fine sir.

So today we went to lay foundation of bitcoin and altcoin from our little ideas, we taught the basics important threads o terms of bitcoin like wallets, transactions, hash, price, buying and selling, keys and password, exchange rates and values. To my greatest amazement when are done chief was glad hearing youths ready to do something with their time than parading with villages with issues of cultism.

Is nice to learn with others it will give you hedges to learn more and prepared for further tasks. Chief actually show humility by fulfilling his promised of giving us $400 but we gladly turn it down because that's our community people, our home and our youths.

Nicely done my man, I wish there was something I could do to help you guys advance in your lives, if I had a total of 1000 BTC I would have traveled there and would have spent at least 25 BTC to build the necessary infrastructures for your community.
I believe bitcoin whales should do this kind of stuff regularly especially old time miners, hodlers to spread the news and awareness and as well to show the other side of the coin, you know.

However I believe small amounts like 2000-3000$ could give you guys a head start, hopefully forum philanthropists stumble upon such topics.😉
1759  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can you quit your job for a bounty-hunting full time on: March 02, 2023, 01:31:05 PM
Since most of the projects end up being a scam, I strongly suggest to examine the project you want to promote, remember that earning a few bucks is not worth the loss of potentially millions out of investor's pockets. 99% are scam, don't do it, someday you will have to answer to your maker.
1760  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: How secure is a brain wallet with a randomly generated password? on: March 02, 2023, 11:56:45 AM
To expand on this for any future readers, there's been attempts in the past, success one's that have tried to demonstrate the security of a brain wallet, with a large randomly generated password, and they were never cracked. However, the problem with brain wallets is how you generate them, a lot of users will probably go to a website to generate it, and that introduces a number of attack vectors, which you wouldn't have if you generated your seed via a offline computer. You've first got to trust the website, then you've got to make sure there's no man in the middle attacks going on, and ultimately you have to either download the code or run it via the internet through your web browser.

Also, it's worth mentioning just because something is open source, it doesn't mean it's secure or isn't malicious.
How would you explain some brainwallet passwords complicated enough like a bitcoin address or a long hex string which have been cracked already and people did use them with amounts as big as hundreds of bitcoins?

Brain wallet concept is a high risk method in general.
For security and privacy sake, it's better to generate several addresses with separate private keys, that way you could sever the links between wallets.
