881  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Corrupted privkey, BTC wallet from 2010, was crossed into a Doge client. on: October 14, 2023, 07:23:31 PM
Did they use compressed public keys back in 2010? Not sure why your keys are compressed, also I'm not seeing any balance on those addresses, one has to wonder what you are going to share 20% of, when there is nothing specified, though if the amount you are missing is more than 1000 bitcoins, then 20% would be 200, and if you have a public key needing to find it's private key, show it here.
882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CZ's view on Halving on: October 14, 2023, 04:28:20 PM
Have you asked this question?, if people already know that price will hit ATH several times after halving, why aren't they buying right now? Answer is really easy, they don't want to risk it, everybody is just waiting for the hype to start so they can ride the waves and earn max profits.

Anyways it's not recommended to use or at least hold any amount of crypto in centralized exchanges. Don't forget that.
883  Other / Meta / Re: Difficulty in writing language start from right side on: October 14, 2023, 04:00:37 PM
you can use right tag, like this
اردو, پشتو

[right*].........[/*right]
I forgot how to disable tags.😉 you just remove  the 2 *.
884  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ferrari introduced BTC payment option for their cars on: October 14, 2023, 10:04:28 AM
If you have 10k Bitcoins, why not spending a few to buy a car like that? How long are you gonna live to say it's not worth it? You should also buy other cars as well, just don't forget to put a young virgin on the front seat with a large golden medal with BTC carved into it and a sun glass with pink stars. Cuban cigar in one hand and a rolex in another hand.

Isn't this the "rich" descriptions depicted in medias? 😉
The only good thing coming out of buying a ferrari is that such cars are pussy magnets, you just need to ride one car in order to ride dozens of pussies.🤣
885  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Pollard's kangaroo ECDLP solver on: October 13, 2023, 08:54:47 PM
Hey Guys!

I was wondering if a feedback system be established to determine the relative positions of two secp256k1 public keys? For instance, if one wishes to ascertain the distance between the public key associated with private key 100 and the public key of 1, and observes that it takes an average of 5 minutes to transition from key 100 to key 1, could one infer that the distance is halved when moving from key 50 to key 1, resulting in an average time of 2.5 minutes? Is it feasible to obtain such feedback?
Well, at first I thought you just cracked elliptic curve cryptography, but again when I think about your idea, of course you can have that, but it won't be accurate and precise, though you are talking about 1 and 100, while in the case of puzzle keys, we are now looking at 2^129 to be the distance between 2 keys. However if you are seeing your speed, you can guess the time yourself, just set the counter on your pc and check how long it takes.

Wait let me tell you, it takes the same as your speed rate, if 10 key per second is your speed, it should take around 10 seconds to go from 1 to 100.

Now I have an idea, what if we divide our key by 2 and start adding 100 trillion G at each step, we should see our original target +100 T at some point in time, right?

For example, target 1000, divide by 2 = 500, if we keep adding 10 to 500 we would reach 1000 after 50 steps and in 51st step we would see 1010, that way we can find our target very fast, right?

Let me go try a few things.😉
886  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / If we find DLP solution for EC, what is the alternative to replace ECC? on: October 13, 2023, 02:15:32 PM
This has been my concern for a long time, I don't know how to find a working alternative if elliptic curve cryptography is broken by solving DLP.

I'd imagine if we find the solution for one curve, all the curves could be solved as well.

What happens if such solution is found?
Is there any alternatives to replace  ECC?

This is a serious discussion, please don't try saying "devs will find a way".  I want to know if finding a way is even possible or not.
887  Other / Archival / Re: My brothers in Satoshi, have you heard the trumpets of the halving? on: October 13, 2023, 02:02:59 PM
I think you have a problem and should seek medical help, if you are turned on by this nonsense.
888  Other / Meta / Re: Huge site outage! on: October 13, 2023, 12:01:39 PM
Yesterday I noticed internet archive was down at the same time, is there a way to check all the outages in the past and see which other sites were affected at the same time?
I'm saying this because LoyceV mentioned that their scrappers were down as well.  Maybe they are related?
889  Other / Meta / Re: strange user behavior on: October 13, 2023, 11:51:59 AM
How can a newbie post a few times in less than 4 minutes? Is that a copper member which doesn't wear the membership? It seems to be a spammer only interested in technical discussions.
890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: October 13, 2023, 10:29:19 AM
@Zahid888 and @nomachine and all other seed lovers, I have something for you.  https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/bounty-offered-for-secret-nsa-seeds-behind-nist-elliptic-curves-algo/
You guys are really talented and I'm sure you can come up with a script to brute force those seeds, don't forget to share the script.😉
891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: X=0 - anyone implement this before? on: October 13, 2023, 10:06:56 AM
You mean x coordinate of public keys? If yes then there is nothing to implement since x=0 only returns y for 0x1 and y for -0x1.  But if you mean x as the secret k signing a transaction? You should ask this in development board, experts lurk there most of their time.

For security reasons, it's best if you use a random generator to get x.😉
892  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: October 12, 2023, 04:18:14 AM
import random
import random

Why importing random twice? Lol, your script only generates one seed and the counter only stays at 1, how can I iterate through the range, come on man, look at me chest deep in the swamp, I need some pull.😉

Yo @nomachine, what's that error dev/urandom thingy?

Is it obvious I just opened my laptop and now trying all the scripts in one go, you will see more from me.😅
893  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your view on abortion? on: October 12, 2023, 12:37:11 AM
let say when a couple discovered that the woman is just 1 week in,  that stage it still blood and not human although the heartbeat will be present,  but at that stage if the government approve such case,  it still within the acceptable for limits.
Have you heard the heartbeat after a week? I bet after a week the sperms reach the shores of safety, they are not in the mood to get working, besides they have a battle to win.

After a month it starts showing because embryo is attached by then, though I'm not a doctor, it's just that I know that the heart starts beating after 5-6 weeks. Maybe mice start beating after a week but not humans.

Another thing is, God says if you are afraid of poverty, don't be, for that I am the one providing for the child, you just have to believe that.  But nowadays most of the abortion cases are either bastards or it happens out of fear that they can't afford to raise a child.
894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Project Atlas a Proof of Concept for surveilling the international flows of BTC on: October 11, 2023, 08:43:09 PM
So in other words not only they regulate exchanges but now they want to identify the people using Bitcoin from on_off chain data as well? What we have way too many is a mixer, unless they have a plan to control all the mixers as well, there is no way to ID people based on "addresses".
895  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / How to calculate Lambda and Beta for n and p? on: October 11, 2023, 04:38:40 PM
I know Hal (rip) talked about them here but since I'm not that good with math, I can't find a way to calculate them for other curves, if I'm not mistaken Lambda is derived from n while Beta is derived from p, correct? Is there a formula preferably in python to derive these 2 values for different curves?

I'd appreciate the help, I'm just trying to test different curves, using Lambda and Beta as n and p, then if I have a way to calculate the lambda value for secp256k1's Lambda I could use them for my studies.
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it on: October 11, 2023, 06:59:16 AM
Do we look like the kind of people capable of helping anyone? I mean can't they see we're waist deep in this swamp? Dude if we knew how to "solve" anything we would have solved our problem.🤣

Alright back on topic, I might have found a solution to divide a key with stride of 2, MEANING God willing we may be able to halve the entire key range and then search  our way to find a key, this is hot out of oven.

My problem is when I find a solution I forget what it was after 10 minutes. Only if I can repeat it several times, then it stays with me.

Everything I have managed to accomplish so far ( which is none, lol ), been with the help of scalar operations instead of curve ops.

For a few days I have been wondering, where are those guys who said they were working on some new scripts to divide by 3 etc, reduce bits etc?  More importantly, why are we publicly trying to crack a potentially $2 trillion vault, have we lost our minds or just don't care about anything but a few coins for ourselves? Taunting indeed.😅

Permission to dismiss the motion.
I always wanted to say that. 🤣
898  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your view on abortion? on: October 11, 2023, 03:59:43 AM
Condom, but when it's in, let the poor child be born, God will provide. God is enough.
899  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can Israeli - Palestinian conflict worsen the crisis? on: October 11, 2023, 03:29:14 AM
In my opinion all the leaders, presidents, kings, prime ministers, government officials of all the nations should go through "a walk of shame" and put in jail for the rest of their lives. This world needs a restart, something along the lines of Noa's flood and the event which killed dinosaurs. If you think about it, things are wrong from the root,  the tree of humanity needs correction, only way to achieve that is to terminate the population and rebuild the civilization  again.

This kind of restart is required every 10 to 12 thousand years. Nothing will change until the source of all evil is dead.

US, ISIS, RU, UK, Israel, Mullas, Nazis, Hitler, Trump, Satoshi, they all are the same ( evil humans ), except the last name.😂

While you are at it, don't forget to watch 2 kids a day, by David Wachsmann.

A world where we treat our children like that and nobody says anything about it, yeah it'd be better to restart this world. Starting with goliaths.🤔
900  Other / Meta / Re: Legendary Members Spread Completely Fake Information - Merit System Do Not Work on: October 10, 2023, 09:30:02 PM
This doctor from the link also spreading fake information. If there are some medicine, which can help against cancer, there are clinical trials and official recognition, not just webpage or legendary member or doctor, which advertise something fake, like animal medicine. Just try to get medicine degree in the university, and then you will understand.
Hey doc, why don't you say these stuff over there? If it's misinformation/ false, go there and prove him wrong by providing your evidence, imagine you are a moderator of medicine related topics, lets see if you can enlighten the minds of people reading your counter arguments, meta is not the place for this discussion, so please if you like, you can lock this and continue over there.
